We were very comfortable at this property. The location is great! Great communication with the owner. Side Note: There is a ton of silverware in a hidden drawer above the glasses. Keep looking. 5 of us had 3 spoons the entire stay. We found all the silverware on the last day. HA HA. I highly recommend this property!

We had a great time here. It was our second stay here and it was just as good as our first stay. Place is clean and spacious and has all the amenities you would need. Definitely recommend.

Great place but the hot tub is communal so you have time slots for it.

Plenty of space to relax and enjoy this home away from home. Communication from the host was timely and informative. Check in was super easy! Hot tub controls could use some attention, but the home was excellent overall.

We had a fun experience at this house. Very close to downtown Fort Collins and almost across the street from human bean coffee house, which is a drive-through. The parking could be a little tricky because the garage is being used by the owners for storage. The house has a great basement that has a full bedroom and full bath and also a daybed plus large U-shaped sofa and big TV. Very large and usable space. They had a nice rooftop hot tub which we did not use but look like it could have been fun. There is a schedule for use of the hot tub because you share it with another house. We would definitely use this house again on our next visit to Fort Collins

Our stay was fantastic! Rooms were spacious and beds were so comfortable. TV was easy to use which I find to be a challenge in most rentals. And everything is a 5-10 min drive away. Would definitely stay again!

Family of 5 had a blast. Great location , clean property.

Very convenient location to downtown stores & restaurants. Was a little surprised at the size of the beds. Website indicated 4 king beds, but in reality only 2 were king size. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The amount of space is great for families though a more well appointed kitchen to cook for 10 would have been nice. Easy street parking and didn’t realized hot tub was only free at certain times and never after 9p but otherwise, our large family enjoyed the stay and felt safe.

Clean modern property, great access to Poudre River walking trails and Fort Collins Old Town.

Great place close to some fun breweries and downtown. We had a great time.

Very nice place. Just as described. The hot tub aspect is a bit unpractical as you only have certain windows in which you can use. It's also atop the roof via a plastic spiral staircase. Very difficult to get to especially is you are older. Other than that, very nice place.

Great house to host a big group of friends. The location is minutes away from the main downtown area in Fort Collins. The house was plenty big with everything we needed. I highly recommend this rental if you are a large group.

This place was fantastic! Brand new home in new construction area of Fort Collins. Close to everything! We did not want to leave. It was such a great area, we actually started pricing properties!!!
