NEWLY RENOVATED Oceanfront 6 BR Upper Level Triplex P817-1
Dies ist eine wunderschöne Einheit am Meer, die Teil eines Triplex ist und die TOP 2 STUFEN des gesamten Triplex ist. Der Eingang befindet sich eine Ebene höher als die Straße. Diese Etage verfügt über ein großes Esszimmer und eine Küche mit Granit, Geräten und allem Zubehör, das Sie zum Kochen für Ihre Familie und Freunde benötigen. Es gibt eine Terrasse am Meer vor dem Esszimmer. Auf dieser Ebene befinden sich auch drei Schlafzimmer, alle mit eigenem Bad. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat ein Deck, das sich auf der Ostseite des Hauses befindet. Eine Etage höher gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Terrasse am Meer und 3 weitere Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad (ein Schlafzimmer mit Ostseite) sowie ein weiteres Badezimmer auf dem Flur. Very spacious. We would come back with extended family. Kitchen is a tight space if you want to cook a lot. Amazing location. Good communication and support from host.

This place was perfect for our group of 11, ages ranging from 4 to 83! I was able to cook large meals in the well-appointed kitchen while watching the waves of the Pacific roll in. You cant beat that! We were also not far from some delicious restaurants and stores. The market, only 2 blocks away, came in handy for a few items i had forgotten. Of course, i was able to have a lovely walk in this beachside community as well. We had more than 2 vehicles, but street parking was always available.

We love this property. It’s our second year for our retreat. The only issue is that ceiling fans have tons of dust on them so couldn’t use. Also, slow drain in in bath sink off the kitchen. Look forward to next year!!

This place was definitely not the same as pictures. When you see the pictures you think that you’re booking your dream once in a life place. But it’s far from great.

The process is annoying, u have to fill up a list with all the peoples coming names, sign papers online and not to mention that if you need any details about the listing like your wifi password you have to open a file on the email to access the details.
It’s not integrated on your vrbo booking like other websites.
It’s a two story in a 4 story house. You get the third and the fourth levels with no direct access to the beach. You have to go through the bottom house and outside to get to the beach i mean the rocks because no beach in front of you. ( just a pathway to the beach ) more than six thousands for 2 nights
If you just search lisitngs for Hawaii you can book a big 5 bedroom house for 5 days with a huge pool for the same price ( summer time may to August 🤷🏼♂️
There is an elevator but it’s not working or they shut it off, so u haul your two big bags 3 stories from the garage to the third level rooms each guest.
The microwave was not working and the other cheap side one on the counter was missing the glass rotating plate. We asked them to address the issue and they sent a maintenance guy right away but to tell us it’s night time will replace it in the moring. And no one showed up in the morning
We have kids and we needed the microwave.

No board games or anything for kids
And the last thing there was no closet nor side tables or any tables whatsoever. So u basically open your bags on the floor and put your shoes next to it.

We enjoyed our stay at this big house. Plenty of room for everyone. Waking distance to the pier. Big big house. All the kitchen stuff there so nice we didn’t have to buy anything. Plenty of towels.
The only thing I took a star off is the cleanliness. We have 2 toddlers and the floor was dirty. We could not put them on the floor at least in the main room. Overall great property and if we ever in the neighborhood we will definitely stay there again.

This house was perfect for my family. We had 5 rooms for adults and the large bunk room for the kids. All the beds were very comfortable. The views were outstanding. Would rent here again.

This company had wonderful communication throughout the entire stay. The place was very clean and the views were awesome! It was perfect for our family trip! Having 2 different levels made it feel incredibly spacious. The grill and the hot tub were also nice features. I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely property with a great view right on the ocean. Children and adults all had a good time. The kids especially like the “bunk room” which was their headquarters for fun. Having a bathroom with every bedroom was also nice to give each group their own private space and then there was plenty of public space in the dining room and living room to gather together.

Property Management refused to correct issues with the tenants in the unit directly under ours. They partied night and day with disregards to everyone. Needless to say, we had no sleep for two days as the noise ordinance was not enforced. We called property management numerous times asking for the situation to be dealt with and received no help. When threatening actions were made towards us, once again property management dismissed our concerns. We felt extremely unsafe with the riffraff and activities going on. As stated check yelp for reviews that reflect this property and others managed by Beach Front Only Vacation Rentals.

Great for multiple families!
We rented this place for my senior parents, my family that includes 2 toddlers, our dog and my brothers. We had a great time and loved the view and all the bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a great local family getaway here.

The property description was accurate in terms of location, layout, & amenities. Customer service was great & answered all our concerns. Only wished that the elevator was included with the rental fee (extra $100 if you want elevator access). The place was available a day early so we decided to rent it and we were so glad that they gave us a discount. The whole place was clean and well-maintained. Bigger coffee mugs will be more appreciated. Our family reunion had a blast. We would love to come back someday. Highly Recommended!

When I finally called them to follow up on unsatisfying texts back and forth, they assessed the issue with the spa without even coming to the property -- definitely made it sound like they had known about the problem prior to our arrival -- and wouldn't be able to fix it during our stay. Sadly, a small credit they offered didn't really help that our expectations had not been met, and they since haven't returned my calls and messages. The experience feels a bit hollow; I'm not sure we would return, even though we did enjoy many of the things about our stay. It's a lot of money to spend, given the frustrating circumstances that we experienced there, especially since it could have been foreseen by them and avoided.

Birthiversary
A wonderful time had by all!!! Ample space, clean beds, plenty of bath and beach towels. All the supplies needed in the kitchen. A perfect quick getaway and look forward to doing it again!

It took us three hours to sanitize both floors. I have lots of out-of-state clients and friends who as for recommendations - I would not feel comfortable recommending your organization.

What an amazing property
This rental is absolutely beyond what I imagined. It’s perfectly set up for large families to stay comfortably on the beach without being on top of each other. It has everything you need for cooking and showering. Lots of towels. The location is a dream, and each of the 6 bedrooms has its own private shower making everyone able to have private space. We had 6 adults and 6 children and it was fantastic. Highly recommend!!!!

Looking Forward to Our Next Visit
Hopefully sooner rather than later! We had such an amazing time staying at this site. We can not recommend it enough. There were three families staying and the biggest takeaway for everyone was the NUMEROUS amount of restrooms! Every room had their own bathroom. Can we get a hallelujah!? The location is prime and the views are amazing. Whoever was the cleaning crew needs to also be acknowledged and given some props because it cannot be an easy task to keep a beachside property clean and sand free! There are so many amenities included with the stay. We did not need to pack much supplies, we brought food to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked! The showers have wall mounted shampoo, conditioner and body soap. There's toilet paper, tissue paper, paper towels, trash can liners, etc all readily available. The best is the little tub of water by the front door so you can clean your feet of sand before going into the house. INGENIOUS! I need to start doing that at our house! :) Basically, this is like a hotel but a lot more private. I think the icing on the cake for us moms (three of us) during our stay was that we literally just packed up and left. We left the dishes, the trash, the dirty towels.... we felt a deep sense of guilt but that's what the instructions read: JUST PACK UP AND LEAVE. So we did and man, it was totally worth paying the facility clean up fee!! Now if only we can have that same service back home... in reality. >_<
P.S. They provide all the towels for bathing as well as beach towels. What we packed were bikes and beach gear/toys. They sent multiple emails providing VERY THOROUGH instructions and many FAQs so we didn't even need to bother management during our stay. The only pitfall was that the TV was not working and there was a work order to replace it but that never happened. :( The wifi isn't the strongest but my suggestion is to get off your electronics and get outside!
