I like the excellent cleaning, willingness of the staff to help and their friendliness. I enjoyed my stay. Edward and Agatha are very good people.

Difficulty in identifying the facility by Uber drivers. I would have love to have stove, microwave and refrigerator without having to pay extra charges. However I understand their discouragement of self catering because it will affect their restaurant business.

Comfortable room, spacious. Near places to eat and as well as a mall. Aesthetically nice hotel, clean. Big bed.

A lot of noise in the building or surroundings. And even having our booking reservation with a fixed price they wanted to charge us the double, a typical thing we found in Kenya for being white... But after some discussions all was solved perfectly and the staff was helping.

The compound was well kept.

1. There was no lounge. 2. There was no food onsite. 3. Breakfast was not included in the price so I had to pay extra. 4. The cafe they partner with did not have a chef when I was taken there in the early evening. 5. The mattress was hard - hard foam. 6. The room was very hot because of the construction materials of the hotel that heat up during the day and radiate the heat at night.
