We had a great time on the island celebrating with our family. The location and views are great. You need a car and be comfortable driving on the island, but the house is centrally located and the views are spectacular. There is no operating security gate and doors / windows don't operate open, close and/or lock properly in certain instances, but the neighborhood is generally very safe.
The house has air-conditioning in each bedroom which is key. The main parts of the house do not so if there's not a breeze, it can get very warm. This is probably not a problem most times of the year and on those hot nights, there's tons of great space to socialize outside assuming no rain.
Check-in was simple and property description is generally accurate. We had a problem with an air-conditioning unit and house cleaning/sanitary supplies were limited, but that was fixed the next day. And key to have a great generator at the property which can run the appliances at the house without issues when WAPA goes down . . . which on that island is just about everyday.
Overall, we had a terrific stay - it's not the lap of luxury, but certainly is a great place for the cost, location, size and views.

Divine, the property manager made our stay so special. She was amazing! She helped us with all of our needs and requests. Loved the pool and views of the ocean. Would have only been better if there was air conditioning or more windows that could open for air flow in the main living areas. Had plenty of towels for our large group and coolers and pool/beach items.

We had a great stay. Colleen was super responsive as was Divine, the property manager. She even checked on us to make sure all was well a day in. Property just as described, we had 12 people ages 15+. Comfortable stay if you are okay sleeping 3 in the king sized beds. The room downstairs was great for our older teens who wanted to stay up late, could see how it would be difficult for someone older to get up and down the stairs to that room. GPS was usually off and once you turn on to Harmony it always told us to turn right up a steep drive even though the property was down a hill, on the left sharp turn into the drive way but clearly marked with “Paradise in Harmony sign” Heads up the property recommends Adventure Awaits charter tours and they are closed down but still have an active website. Overall we loved it and would stay again and again. Beat first trip to this island.

The property description is spot on! The view is amazing! Pool was a great way to end the day. We had 10 adults and felt there was plenty of room for everyone and enjoyed the deck along with the ability to grill out. Location was great as it was a short drive to Red Hook to catch a ferry to St. John. If there was one issue it was the AC unit in one bedroom was not cooling so fans were necessary.

This property was ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING!!!!!! I stayed here for my sister’s 40th birthday with a few friends and it honestly was the BEST experience ever. The ride up was rocky but boy was it worth it. 10/10 across the board. We were so impressed with the rooms, the views and the cleanliness. We are already planning our next trip back. We had an amazing time!!!!

We had such an amazing family vacation staying at this property. It’s the perfect space for a group, where you would never feel like you’re missing out by lounging at the house and at the amazing pool all day long! Great communication and contact with the property manager too! Overall an amazing stay and property. Will definitely recommend to friends and would come back to stay again.

Host was very accommodating when our flight was delayed by one day allowing us to extend our stay. Both the host and the property manager were so easy to work with. The property has stunning views and the house was everything we hoped for. We did not use the downstairs bedroom as we are older and it is a tricky path to get down the hill. It was great cooking on the grill in the evening and we enjoyed the pool morning, noon and night. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The property was a bit hard to find at first, but once we got there we had no problems finding our way around. Rental car is a must!! Will definitely stay here again!!!

The villa was perfect for our group of 11. We had ages from infant to 80. Everyone had plenty of room and the villa has everything you need and more.
Communication with Colleen and Divine was great and the location is perfect to easily explore the island.
We cooked several meals at home and we were able to find everything we needed in the kitchen.
The infinity pool and BBq grill was perfect for nights hanging out on the patio. There is also a deck on the bottom level that our younger adults enjoyed when all the older folks went to sleep.
There are also several beach chairs and rafts that we took to the beach with us.
I like that guests leave things they can’t take with them like sunscreen, beach chairs, bug spray, shampoo ect. It was very useful and we in turn left behind some things the next guests could use:).
I would definitely recommend this villa to large groups who are concerned about having enough space and privacy.

What a great VRBO! We came to St Thomas for a family wedding, and this house perfectly accommodated our size of group. It really has all the amenities you could want, made even better with such spectacular views. Both the host, Colleen, and manager, Divine, were readily available for any questions we had both before the trip and during our stay. We rented cars for our time here, which I would recommend, as the house is a little off the beaten path. Driving was no nig deal here, and would gladly drive again to experience the views this house has to offer. Book it, you won't be disappointed!

We stayed with 4 couples for a week to celebrate milestone birthdays. The house was perfect for a group of that size. Each couple had their own bathroom and bedroom. There were plenty of gathering areas inside and out. The pool was the perfect lounging space and we loved the deck for sunrises every morning. We grilled our dinner most nights and ate outside.
This is the perfect place if it is your first stay in St. Thomas. The house is well appointed for pool days, beach trips, and anything you might need. The parking was spacious and close to the entrance. That might not seem like a big deal until you have to carry groceries for 8 people into the house.
The property manager was very attentive to our needs. Storms rolled in at the end of our week, and Divine made sure to check on us. She reached out the next day as our large group dealt with canceled flights and re-bookings. She made sure we felt supported and had any help we needed even thought she was surely busy herself.

I’ve always wanted to spend Christmas someplace warm, and this was the year! We had a full moon, which was just incredible to see rising over the water.
Toughest part of the trip was getting used to the driving! The hills are super steep… but after a few days it got easier.
Close to Magen’s Bay in one direction, Red Hook in the other. Loved our trip!

My group and I opted to drive while in St.Thomas, and the drive to the property was quite the adventure. Steep cliffs and narrow driveways soon was quickly forgotten when we saw the view from the deck. Simply amazing. The house was very clean and spacious. And the owner had everything we forgot to pack including sunscreen and mosquito spray. The house only had 1 TV, which was a little inconvenient at times, but for the most part, we were enjoying the outside. I would definitely consider renting again

We really enjoyed this home and the location and spent a lot of time in the pool. 15 min from pretty much everything you will want to do. This side of the island seems to be cooler and has a some quick rains, which we enjoyed under the covered area. The view from the house, pool, and, patio is worth every dime and much more. This house has the most amazing views! The house is exactly as the pictures details. The house is great for a traveling family. We spent lots of evenings hanging out in the pool as most restaurants close by 9 and we are use to being up later. Jerscillia, the property manager, was amazing to work with and she stayed in contact with us and helped us out. Truly a great house to stay in.

Colleen was so kind to answer all of our questions, and we had a ton since we do not travel much and had never been to the island. The house is amazing. The views are breathtaking. This was the perfect spot for our family during a week of wedding events all over the island. The beds were all comfortable and we had plenty of space for 10 people. We loved having all the beach chairs. We were never more than 15 minutes away from where we needed to be. The only issue was taxi access to/ from the house. We had rented two cars, but no one else did that came for the wedding on the island. They couldn’t get rides to or from the house if they wanted to visit us.

St Thomas is my wife and my happy place and we wanted our family to experience this amazing place. So we brought our 3 adult kids and their significant others and my mother in-law. The views from this home are breathtaking and the location is perfect You not only see a perfect sunrise but the sunset as well. It’s perfectly located between Redhook and Magens Bay and Charlotte Amalie The pool is amazing and the home accommodated the entire family. The property manager is fantastic as she answered all our questions quickly. The only criticism would be to low water pressure in the one shower that is shared with the two rooms The other showers had good pressure so I’m not sure why this one was poor. Other than that the home is perfect. The AC in the bedrooms worked well, no AC in common areas but that is clearly stated in the description but the breeze from the ocean and the windows made it not an issue. The home is very private and you will not want to leave as I stated before the view, the view you will never forget.

I will definitely be back to this home. I’ve been to all the islands in the Caribbean and around the world, to be surrounded on all three sides with unobstructed views of the water was absolutely breathtaking!
The home was very comfortable and plenty of room with even some to spare for my son’s 30th birthday celebration with our friends and family. He even had his own apartment and deck when he got tired of all us “old” people as he calls us!
The pool was perfectly designed to lounge and soak up the view and rays! The bar was pretty much fully stocked even though we stopped in the way and the blender worked great!
The location was perfect for getting around the island but honestly we were having such a great time at the house we barley left for the entire stay!
The owner and the property manager was attentive and always available when we had any questions! Without a doubt. There’s no other place on the island I would rather stay!

Overall everything was just as advertised, some shade around the pool would have been nice. The roads and driveways can be a little challenging, but you get used to them pretty quickly. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room, we had 9 adults ages 43 to 72 and no one had any issues getting Around inside or outside of the home. We had all had a wonderful time. Thank you

The view at the this property was amazing! We used the pool daily, although the water level did get pretty low by the end of our trip. The house space was great with two living rooms. We used the kitchen area a lot, feeding all the kids and it was kind of difficult to work in the small space. Lots of places to sit and relax. We really enjoyed our visit.

This was our second stay at this property and we loved it just as much the second time as the first time. Views are just incredible and the proximity to so many incredible beaches (all within 10-20 mins) was great. Also our propety manger Divine is so nice and helped us even schedule a birthday cake for our son. Definitely a 5 star experience for us.

This house was great for our family and friends, with plenty of room to spread out. The views from the deck are phenomenal! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The owner and host were both great to work with! There are a few things that should be done to the property to make it 5 stars. There was no way to secure the house. The side door was swelled and could not be closed and locked. The house is remote enough that we did not worry about it too much. The wifi did not work if you got very far away from the modem. You could not use it at all outside or in the downstairs bedrooms. A few inexpensive wifi extenders would do the trick. The house is showing some age and is in need of some maintenance. Small thing but they add up. The deck is showing age with rusted screws and sections of the flooring are rotting. The walk around outside to the downstairs bedroom needs to be repaired as the hand wire to hold onto is broken. The microwave display did not work, so you had to guess on the setting. Old junk sitting outside behind the lower deck. Just a bunch of those types of things being taken care of would easily bump this to a five-star home. Overall we loved it though!

The views from this property are breathtaking. Pictures can’t do it justice. No matter the time of day, the view is surreal. Excellent set up for all our cooking needs. Stove was broken, but that was not important to us. Also had some trash bins unemptied from previous guests and also some cups at the bar were filled with sticky juice and had to be cleaned.

We had the opportunity to stay at Colleen's property over the holidays in 2022 (Dec 25-Jan 1). We were a family of 6 adults (2 grand parents), 2 young kids, and an infant. It was our first family vacation in a while and it was great to have our own place to spend some time together. The house is located on a cliff with great views of the Atlantic. It is fully furnished with all the necessary items one needs to be away from the comforts of home, especially with younger kids. The property manager, Divine, was very attentive and always a phone call away. Our family wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place for anyone and would welcome the opportunity to stay here again. It is close to some great beaches and basically anything you need from grocery stores to restaurants are about 10-15 min away, max. Thanks to Colleen and Divine for a great experience.

Loved staying here for family Thanksgiving. The pool is amazing. My brother was taking notes to build his own. Never got tired of all the rainbows we saw.

Overall, everything was great - the views from the house are beautiful, the house was stocked with everything we needed, and my family and I had a lovely time. Colleen was also very responsive and a pleasure to work with.
The only issue we faced was that the AC in one of the rooms did not
work and the repairman never came to fix.
