The staff was super, treated me like family and really cared about my needs and did the most to go out of their way to make sure my stay was the very best.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Location was perfect and right on the beach. Literally just a few steps from the bar/patio to the water. They offered free use of snorkel gear which we used everyday. The water was so clear and you could see fish just a few feet into the water.

The only issue we had were the walls were thin. We had a room located by the lobby so we could hear every single person coming and going from extremely late at night to very early in the morning for breakfast. Also there was a group close to us that would come in super late yelling and laughing. Which is fine minus the fact the walls were so thin it was like they were in our room at 2am/3am.

The beach and the bar was the best part. Typical bar food nothing. Special. Bar tender was great. Room was spacious but very much like a motel. Nothing special. Had to ask for towels, toilet paper more than once.overall it was decent.

This is the most beautiful place on earth, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. THE OWNERS ARE AMAZING. GREAT FOOD. Very nice rooms, and extremely comfortable and very clean. Breathe taking views. THIS IS THE MOST AMAZING PLACE THAT I HAVE EVER STAYED!

Breakfast was not good, and no option for other breakfast to buy until weekend….also, on Booking.com stated you could smoke in common areas, but not in room… this was not true, had to be completely off the property and one morning when no other guests were outside, I was told by staff to go smoke across the street (we literally were on the end in a little hidden area with our own private table). In the evening it shut down early, no music etc….

Clean, relaxing, quiet, and staff friendly. In addition, the guests are friendly and say whatever the greeting of the day is.

It’s remote, if not renting a car, you have to rely on local taxi, which may take approximately 15-30 minutes to get to you, depending on the taxi service. Some areas, like going to the Louie & Nachos Bar Restaurant, I highly recommend not to go there for drinks and meal at night. staying at the property has a outdoor dining area but closes at 8:30 PM.

The location. The beach was beautiful and the hotel provided everything we needed to have a nice relaxing vacation.

I had a wonderful stay at Sand Castle. The hotel was spectacular, and I had a beach front room. The room attendants were great, and I had fresh linens, towels, and a clean room each day. However, the most notable experience was with Jordon Griffin, Ishaba (Shaba) Jackson, Jerome, and KT. They are servers/bartenders at the Sand Castle Restaurant and I am extremely impressed with their level of customer service, professionalism, and friendliness. Each of these servers/bartenders went above and beyond to provide me with excellent customer service, food, and drinks. These 4 are the reason why I will stay here again in future travels to St.Croix. I consider each of them as friends/family now, and they absolutely deserve ALL the praise and recognition. A heartfelt "Thank you" to EACH of you for making my vacation a wonderful experience ❤!
