The garden with the lillypilly tree, the blackbirds in the morning, the quietness at night was delightful. Best of all the pantry treats, including fresh organic chicken eggs!
The bath was an extra boon, along with thoughtful bathroom products.
A mat to dust off our shoes coming in from the deck? Seriously we just took off our shoes though as it wasn't an issue.

Need a book of house stating where everything is it took me a while to find the dish cloths hidden behind the tea towels.in the third draw down. Some people may not have found them, or the pull out beds sheets are.... It's not a big problem at all, just a suggestion.

Breakfast was perfect, great location, friendly hosts,fantastic outside playground for my son,with free roaming chickens and friendly Teddy the cat🐱🐈. Awesome facilities, super clean,looking forward to going back!!

obviously the kids loved the descent wifi haha. The place was cute and. ice and quiet. the bed in the main room was comfortable.
The food out couch wasn’t too comfortable and the tv could be put in a spot where you could see it better from the fold out couch.

This is the greatest house we've rented in years in terms of cost and performance. It really made us feel at home. The owners took into consideration the needs of the quests and prepared all the things they might need. Everything was well-organized and indicated in the home. It is certainly suitable for couples or small families. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this guesthouse. From check-in to checkout everything went so smoothly.
WIFI connection was amazing, rooms and facilities were clean. There is a full kitchen so we were able to cook everything we needed. Host provide all the essentials like milk, tea, coffee, eggs, salt and pepper and continental breaky.
Will definitely stay again.
On top of everything this place was great value for money and probably the cheapest accomodation in Tauranga area.

Good size apartment with good comfortable bed.
Kitchen is small and basins, bath could do with an upgrade. Proximity of the railway is a problem.

Great space ,kitchen has breakfast food avail all you needed,use of tramp sandpit for kids was lovely for host family to let you use their backyard.
Don’t think they can stop the trains who run through the night,that may affect your sleep,kids don’t hear them though.

Trains going past during the night were a little distributing, aside from that very quite location.
