It was very disappointing to find out we had no kitchen or dining equipment and that the restaurant was unavailable to us that weekend so we had to go elsewhere. The pool was also closed and we didn’t know until we got there

The room was just fair for the price you pay the shower was terrible the door didn't shut properly water everywhere The sliding door to the outside was very difficult to open the room hadn't been vacumed well The room was very very noisy

We loved everything the service and food were amazing and they allowed us to get steak even though they were closing soon they allowed us to still be served. Amazing view in the morning and amazing aroma in the hotel

We really loved the view from the room and how spacious it was, the staff were really nice and helpful

open door to deck and noisy all day and night from bridge traffic. only one lot of toiletries not enough for couple to both shower or bath. tea in restaurant limited selection and chef refused to send fish up to room unless had whole main. breakfast expensive considering food cold and poached eggs sitting too long in water. would not class as a four and half star motel we have stayed in better 3 plus star.

The bed was very comfy, great blackout curtains for an amazing sleep! Clean, nice shower, nice view.

The only problem we ran into was that almost all the carparks were taken so it was a bit awkward to park.

The rooms were clean, comfy and a good size. The bathrooms were nice and had underfloor heating. Nice view out to the wharf from the restaurant. Good coffee!
