Three different households can comfortably stay here with enough individual space, as not to ruin an entire family trip. It was great and so much better than expected. Thank you so much, I highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was conveniently close to Anaheim Angels stadium and Disneyland. It is a safe neighborhood with an east walk to the park (we did it with 3 littles and other park attendees). Space is taken care of and clean. The privacy yard and kid space was nice. Owner is communicative and went above and beyond. We’re already talking about another trip. Would recommend this home to anyone, especially families. Thanks so much!!!

This was a perfect place to stay for a Disneyland trip! Fabi is an amazing host and clearly cares deeply about the guests and the property.
The home is in a very quiet neighborhood, close to a playground and the backyard is so amazing. It’s not even 3 blocks to the ART bus Katella 9 line so in total our walks to/from the Disney park entrances were 5 minutes to the bus stop, then off the bus, 2 minutes to the Disneyland entrance. If you don’t want to use the bus, it’s a 20-25 minute walk to the Disneyland park entrance along safe sidewalks with crosswalks.
There are so many amenities for families with kids - games and toys, books, even high chairs and good quality strollers. The hot tub is honestly one of the nicest I’ve ever used. The kitchen is very well stocked with supplies, utensils, and a very nice coffee maker with filters provided.
I’m so delighted we found this gem and we’re definitely saving the listing for our next Disneyland trip!

The place was initially impressive, but the hot tub was cloudy and dirty. The area isn’t safe enough or close enough to walk after dark. I would not recommend this for a Disney trip unless you pay to park at the garage.

Disney Trip 2019
What an exceptional vacation rental. So many extra amenities supplied. The location was excellent, we were able to walk to both parks within 15 minutes. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The games room was a bonus for hanging out. Lots of games, books and toys. Thank goodness for the use of the strollers, we made use of them everyday. The house and yard are very well maintained. The layout of the house is perfect for more than one family. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on each side of the house which are separated by the kitchen and livingroom. The hot tub was an added bonus at the end of the day. My grandson could see the Ferris Wheel in DL from the bedroom window, which he thought was really neat. We did watch the fireworks from the front yard on more than one occasion. We would definitely rent this property again.

The home is well maintained, very clean and well appointed for a family vacation. We really enjoyed the split floor plan. Nice quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Disneyland and California Adventure parks. We would love to come back and would recommend to friends and family.

Perfect location
Fabi’s RedDoor Hideaway was the perfect location for our extended family of 10 to stay will visiting Disneyland and Newport Beach. Communication was prompt. The property was exactly as described . The garage (play room) was a perfect place for the “littles” to escape and play with a variety of toys. We would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a great place to enjoy the Disney experience. Location to bus 9 (Anaheim Rapid Transit) was only 5 minutes away. Walking to Downtown Disney was about 15-20 minutes (easiest if you cut through the cast parking lot across from Denny’s). The thoughtful touches and comfortableness of the property couldn’t be beat!

A Wonderful Home Away From Home!
We really enjoyed our stay! It was so nice to have more space and comforts than a hotel, especially with a bigger group of people. The jacuzzi felt amazing after a long day of walking around Disneyland. The walk to Disney wasn’t too bad, but we opted to take an Uber or Lyft after the first time we tried walking. It was a short drive to Disney and we could see the fireworks from the yard. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed, plus some fun extras like the game room. Fabi was very helpful and responsive to the few questions we had and overall our stay was wonderful!

Amazing house, 8 of us stayed (1 year old up to 17 year old) there was something for everyone. The game room, large back yard and the hot tub in the back yard was a life saver after a day at both parks. Great fully stocked kitchen

Great house for our Disneyland vacation
What a cute property for a great location! Our stay was very pleasant and Fabi was great to work with. A short walk to downtown Disney and both Disney theme parks which made the location ideal for our trip. The garage/playroom was awesome. Our kids LOVED everything about it. The property was clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again if available the next time we visit Anaheim.

Overall perfect experience!
We were in awe by this house. Perfectly clean and comfortable. The layout of the house is amazing and our family had such a blast in the game room. It’s a true 15 minute walk from Disneyland or about an $8 uber ride. We decided we will not ever do Disneyland any different, but plan to stay in this house every time we come!

Enjoyed our stay very much. It's important to read the information included with the rental. Do not park on the street, my grand daughter got a $78 ticket for not having a permit. Not the homeowner's fault though.

We love the closest was to Disneyland park we walked there every day and it took about 15 minutes the house is very clean and everything seemed updated and in good shape it was also in a nice quiet neighborhood and very family-friendly

I wish I could give it more than five stars
I wish I could give this home more than five stars. It's exceeded our expectations by far. The house was very clean and every detail was considered. I didn't expect the addition of the Nature Preserve in the backyard. Not only was it very private , there were butterflies hummingbirds, mockingbirds and any other critter you could think of that visited us well relaxing in the hot tub in the backyard. It is so extremely close to Disney and very easy to get to other locations like Knott's Berry Farms, Medieval Times, Huntington Beach, Venice Beach and much more. I will never stay in a hotel again if I don't have to. This experience has changed the way I plan to stay away from home from now on. Thank you for such a great experience and for the lasting memories you allowed my family to make in your beautiful home.

Loved the house and it had everything we needed and more! The house was clean, comfortable and stylish! Owner was very friendly, informative and answered all our questions prior to our stay. There was a wonderful gift basket welcoming us to the house! So thoughtful and made us feel very welcomed! She was also prompt in responding to questions during our stay! Very family and kid friendly. The house was so close to Disneyland resorts and downtown Disney we could walk to it all even with young children! We enjoyed nice quiet viewing of Disney fireworks from the front yard without the crowds! Definitely would return to this house if we have a chance in the future! Thank you for everything and wish we could've stayed longer!

My family stayed in this beautiful home in Feb of 2014. The home, accommodations and location were stellar! Fabi was an amazing host. The photos of the home were accurate and reflected the true condition and amenities of the home. This home is spotless and very well maintained. I would recommend this home to everyone planning a trip to the Anaheim area and I will definitely stay here again if my travels take me to Orange County.

The neighborhood was great. Walking distance to DL & Cal Adventure. Only 30 minutes from the beach. Loved the hot tub! Felt great after a fun full day at the parks and beach. We all hated to leave "our home". This is an Amazing Location!
One small item and that's no big deal, but there were no face cloths. (can bring ours next year) Great having the washer machine/dryer. The kids LOVED the play room! No body wanted to leave. Thanks Fabi, you are Fabulous to work with!

My colleagues and I rented this house for a week while attending a conference at the Anaheim Convention Center. It was about 15 minutes walking distance so we were able to return our rental car after arriving from the airport. This is one of the most well-appointed rental houses I have ever seen with everything you would need to actually live there for quite some time. I'd highly recommend it for any family or professional group needing 4 bedrooms. Thanks, Red Door!

We rented this great house for a mini-family reunion and trip to Disneyland. Everything was just as advertised: well stocked, perfectly clean, updated beautifully. The check-in process was so easy, too. The location is wonderful for accessing Disneyland, although at the end of a long day the walk does feel longer than it actually is! But the best part of the stay was working with Fabi - she was so accommodating and always ready to help when needed. Fully recommend!

The Red Door Hideway was perfect for our family Christmas vacation. Fabi, the owner, was extremely accommodating & helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with strollers, car seats, even a gift basket with mickey dolls for the 2 children in the family.
The house is very clean and fully stocked with all possible necessities (shower, laundry, kitchen supplies, etc). Beds were extremely comfortable. We were 8 adults & 2 children on our trip and there was plenty of room for everyone.
The game room was a great place for us to unwind after long days of sightseeing. Air hockey for the adults & a play tent and other toys for the kids.
This was much better than staying at a hotel. Although we didn't have time to use the hot tub, it would've been a great place to unwind as well.
Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. you wont be disappointed! Already planning another trip in the summer so we can enjoy the amazing water activities California has to offer.

We really enjoyed our week that we stayed here. You really can walk to Disneyland. Great location in a nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. My kids loved the game room. My son would have stayed to play in there instead of going to Disneyland if we let him. Plenty of room for all of us that stayed there. Fabi is really great and easy to work with. She answers questions quickly and even sent texts to make sure all was well and we were having a good time. The gift basket that she left was very nice with a personal note from her. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a place to relax after a long day of playing at the Disneyland Resort.

Seriously…in 12 years…this was our BEST trip to Disney!!! We have been going to Disneyland in April of every year (for the past 12 years) to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. But at the last minute, we decided to go back again this year since we have never seen the park during Christmas time. Maybe because it was a last minute decision, we had a hard time booking a room at the hotel we usually stay at, so we decided to book this house and make it a family trip with my parents and my brother’s family (his wife and his daughter). So at the end of the day, it was 8 of us in the house and it was great!!! My parents, my brother (with his wife) and myself (with my wife) had a room of our own. My daughter and niece shared a room. To our surprise (because I didn’t see any picture of it before), the house had this great room with an air hockey table and foosball table. There is a Costco about 2 miles or so from the house, maybe 3 miles. So we saved a bunch on meals. Everything in the house by the way was brand new or felt brand new!!! Everything super comfortable and convenient, we felt we were in a luxury resort!!! Kids had a great time. The ladies had a great time. And the men had a great time. Amazing!!! We will definitely be back again!!!

We travel to S. California often to visit friends and relatives (and of course to take our 2 young girls to Disney). After years of staying a better hotels in the Irvine/Orange County area and having to split the family into 2 rooms, we decided to try out VRBO for the first time (especially considering the rates during Thanksgiving weekend) and were very glad we did.
We were lucky enough to have found Alex & Fabi's place just a day after it was posted and have had the pleasure to be the inaugural guests. The place was exactly as described and pictured (actually much more spacious than we thought). They were terrific in their communication process, being open and honest about a few pending things that still had to be installed in the house (minor decorative items, ceiling fans, mirrors, etc) and all of which were taken care of during the first 2 days of our stay. The property was spotlessly clean, with tastefully arranged furniture and fully equipped kitchen (I love baking and was pleased to have found most of the kitchen tools I needed) -- things like the bedding sheets and towels of 5* hotel quality and a nice welcome basket of fruits/chocolates/wine provided that extra touch.
Location wise, it beat any hotel properties we ever stayed in. Located in a fairly quiet street, it provided a quiet setting to relax after a day running out and about. In the two days we ventured into Disney, we were able to access the park in less than 15mins door to door and avoid normal traffic congestion that one gets when travelling into Disney. On our last day, we even enjoyed an outdoor dinner in the backyard under the clear skies and the fantastic fireworks (compliments of Disney of course).
We are glad to have found this hidden GEM and will definitely come back again. Thank you Alex & Fabi for making our Thanksgiving stay in OC that extra special!
