We stayed with our family of 12 and the property was absolutely perfect. The bedroom layout works perfect for multiple adult couples, or for parents with older children. The basement is super cozy and comfortable and allows plenty of room for playing games or watching a movie together. The dock at the lake was perfect and in a perfect location on the lake!

The house was amazing! The doc was so much fun. Everyone in our group loved every minute! We rented kayaks through the property manager. It was easy and inexpensive. The property manager was always communicating and friendly. This was one of our best vacations.

This property was perfect for our group of 8 adults to enjoy our annual golf getaway. There was plenty of room for all to sleep and the basement area provided plenty of entertainment for our group to enjoy during the evenings. The shuffleboard amenity gave us a two night event of a friendly tournament. Additionally, the downstairs table along with additional fridge & sink/bar area was perfect for our poker night and allowed some of us older folk to save the wear on our knees from having to travel upstairs for food or drinks while enjoying the entertainment area. The dock area was beautiful & one of our members in the group caught a decent sized Bass fairly quickly. Plenty of fish seen around the area to further enjoy if interested. The outside firepit & grill area was awesome and was used on our first night by the group. The grill was easy to use and large enough that we were able to cook 24 burgers on one cook.
The owners were excellent to work with and even accomadated to some of our group that happened to be in the area as early arrivals. They checked on us the day of arrival to ensure we all arrived safely and checked to make sure we didn't have any further questions or needed anything. We absolutely loved this property and will definitely keep it top on our list for any future trips. This is definitely a property that is well worth the money for what you receive in return!!!

Our multigenerational family enjoyed our spring break here with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and fire pit and the dock allowed us to bring our boat along for the fishers in the family.

This rental was well appointed, super clean, and accommodated 3 adult couples and a single amazingly!
It is rare that you find a rental with 3 king sized bedrooms all ensuite. Not only that, if we had the kids with us, this house could have accommodated 5 of them. Wow!
The three levels of this house allowed each member of our group to have their own space to retreat to, and then the living room and porch was expansive enough to allow all of us to congregate together.
The driveway also easily fit 3 cars and could fit many more if necessary.
Loved the peaceful dock and the alcove where the house is situated. I can't say enough about this rental, it really was perfect!

The house was a wonderful choice for my family of 12 to spend the week of Thanksgiving. It was large enough that we could all spread out and cooking Thanksgiving was made easy with their fully stocked kitchen. We also loved the great outdoor areas of this house.

We selected this property for our annual girl’s weekend as it is close to a nearby spa and winery. The home is beautiful, secluded, and well appointed with everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay.
The owner lives close by and reached out multiple times prior to our arrival and after we got there to make sure everything met our expectations. Check in was super easy!
The layout of the house is perfect and certainly allows plenty of room to relax and have privacy if you need for different age groups. Our group consisted of Mothers, Daughters, Sisters, and Cousins coming from 5 different locations so we enjoyed the space to be together, cook, and enjoy each other’s company. The main living space was plenty large enough for us to do this without feeling cramped.
We are a family of great cooks! It’s always important to us for the kitchen to be well stocked with most everything we need to cook up a wonderful meal. This property did not disappoint!
The outdoor kitchen space and adjoining patio area were beautiful and allowed us to have views of the lake. We also loved the fire pit! The porches have plenty of furniture to sit and enjoy the views and peaceful privacy.
Our party of 6 really had a wonderful time at this lakeside property and would definitely recommend to others.

This house was great for our group of friends with toddlers. The basement space gave us a place to hang out while the kids were asleep at night where we wouldn’t accidentally wake them with our conversations. Having 2 refrigerators made it easy to hold food for several families. The dock was great for afternoon swims in the lake. The house is at the end of the cove so not too much boat activity. We rented a boat from Port Royale marina that was super close to the house. Highly recommend that. Plenty of parking & outdoor space for hanging out in. We were very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you!

Our family recently took a trip to Lake Lanier and stayed at a house that exceeded all our expectations. The layout was fantastic, with an abundance of bedrooms and bathrooms. What really impressed us was how clean everything was. We had no problem finding space to store our belongings, thanks to the spacious bedrooms and the empty pantry in the well-equipped kitchen.
To make the most of our lake experience, we rented a boat from Port Royale Marina, which was conveniently located nearby. Taking the boat to dinner was an absolute blast and added an extra element of fun to our trip. We would highly recommend this option to anyone looking to fully enjoy the beauty of the lake.
We have to give a shoutout to our amazing host, Joni. She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond in providing us with valuable information about the area. Extended family trip to lake Lanier. The house had a great layout with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything seemed clean. Plenty of room to store your stuff in the bedrooms and kitchen had an empty pantry. Outdoor fire pit and kitchen area were great for making dinner, s'mores and hanging out. The walk to the dock was pretty. The path closest to the house is pretty steep or take the stairs. But mostly level after that. Kids swam off the dock, the water level when we were there left a little bit of a beach area so the toddlers in our group were able to stand in the water and just play where it was shallow after climbing down a very small drop off. Owner was very quick to respond and kept in touch well. The cove you are off is perfect for kayaking, also used it for tubing.
Only negative is the temp in the house. The lowest you can set the A/C is 75 and the rooms upstairs were reading 78 most nights (thermometer on baby camera) we bought a couple fans for the room with 3 twin beds so the kids could sleep better. Other 2 upstairs room has ceiling fans. So if you need it cool to sleep the only room that was cool was the king bedroom on the lowest level.

The manager was very helpful and check-in was super easy. We had 8 in our family and the home was comfortable for everyone.
There is a long walk to the lake and some steep areas to get there. Might be hard for some to navigate but it’s good exercise.
There is shopping and marinas close by which is very helpful.
We rented a boat at Port Royale Marina which is not far. Would highly recommend if you want to enjoy the lake. It was nice we had a dock to use as well.

Joni was a fantastic host. She worked with us to set up a wonderful weekend get-together for our 20 family members. The house was in great condition, clean and large enough to hold everyone without feeling cramped. The dock was in great shape and the outdoor kitchen and firepit is an added bonus! The property was as advertised. The property owner was wonderful to work with. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had 10 adults and 2 babies. There was plenty of room for everyone. The walk down to the lake is not bad, but someone with mobility issues may have a difficult time. It was very windy and a little bit of rain so we did not use the dock as much as we hoped, but it definitely served the purpose of gathering with the family to spend time together playing games and cooking meals! We would definitely rent here again.

The house was nice. Big enough to sleep the groom’s attendants. The outdoor kitchen needed cleaning as well as the spiderwebs on windows. Surprised at being charged to add a 5 year old at the last minute.

This lake home is perfect! We had 10 ladies celebrating our friend’s 60th birthday. Everyone had their own space and we could spread out if we wanted to. The great room and basement made for two great areas for entertainment. The deck off of the main floor is covered and has plenty of tables and chairs so everyone can get together outside. The outdoor kitchen and fire pit were fantastic, including their location to the right of the house. The path to the dock was easy and well maintained, including lights. The house was very clean and the furniture was well maintained. Joni was very responsive and kept in touch to see if we needed anything. We will defInitely rent this home again!

We loved the property. It was so nice to have a dock (with a little rope you can swing into the water from!). 3 of the 5 bedrooms had their own bathroom (and the downstairs one was practically a bathroom for the downstairs room at night) which was GREAT for having multiple families. Pleasant layout and lots of light. Having all the trees and the hill made it feel private. Would definitely recommend!

Great week at the lake
My family recently spent a wonderful week at this property. It was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, with a double oven. Back porch was nice in the morning to enjoy coffee. Covered dock is a plus in hot summertime. Near to food stores and other retail. It's a hike to the dock but after a week, hardly notice it.

Lake Lanier Vacation
The property was astonishing at first sight. We started looking around the house and were even more surprised to see everything tidy and clean. The house is huge a perfect getaway for a large group. There are many utilities like a firpit, a grill and two ovens. The gorgeous view of the outer length of the property treats you to a great view of wildlife and open forest, a beautiful sight. Going down the path to the lake we get a dock filled with an amazing view. The lake was fun to swim in and was an outstanding activity to have fun in each day. Overall it is safe to say we enjoyed our stay!

Be advised that the bathrooms are located inside of the bedrooms leaving one 1/2 bath to be used by the individuals that are staying in the bunk bedroom. The home is rather dated and could use some updating mostly in the bedrooms. Lastly, the backyard is very steep and not idea for anyone with knee issues.
