We had a wonderful long weekend with my family. There were 4 couples and each family was comfortable in their own room. The kitchen was easy to use and had all the tools and equip. that we needed so our meals were really nice too. There were good hang-out spaces for folks to take a break when the hustle and bustle of the larger group was tiring. It was a lovely family weekend and the location and house were just right for us. Thank you.

We’ve been staying there the last couple years during Deer Hunting. We love going up there every year! The host are great and very accommodating. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay up north.

all interests. Location is perfect. Fishing, biking, walking, shopping, eating, kayaking, reading, games, puzzles, movies, smores by the fire! We stayed there the month of September & would not hesitate to book again! It will be our 1st choice. Great communication with Monica! We cannot say enough good about this home. Our second annual Labor Day gathering for our family. We just love this place. Gorgeous point on a lovely bay of Leech Lake which is perfect for relaxing, swimming, playing bocce ball & Frisbee, and just hanging out. The lake house is beautifully appointed with everything you need. Highly recommended!

We loved the beautiful north woods cabin right on the shoreline with amazing sunsets. Our 2 English setters also had a blast. The kitchen was very well stocked, with everything you can imagine.

This is our 2nd time staying at this VRBO! The cabin and lake is absolutely gorgeous. Monica is a wonderful host and a pleasure to deal with. We are already planning our next trip. Can’t recommend this place enough. It works out perfectly for our family.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! We had 2 families with 4 adults and 5 teenagers. The cabin was spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed the close proximity to the snowmobile trail. It was a little tight getting the snowmobile trailers turned around in the yard. The owner was very quick to respond when we had trouble with the door lock and reset the code for us. Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again!

After having our own lake place for 20 years we had to give it up about 10 years ago as our parents aged. This was a chance to get our family together again for Labor Day at a gorgeous Minnesota lake and it exceeded all our expectations. A magical stay at a wonderful lake home.

I can’t say enuf about the location and the accommodations; Niki and Monica have a very wonderful location and cabin that they graciously share with their guests. We are so appreciative of them opening up this gem for the rest of us…

Wonderful!
Great property with amazing view of the bay. It is a really nice cabin, with plenty of space and supplied with everything you need for a relaxing stay up north. We rented a pontoon boat with sea legs and it worked our great with the docks. The owners were very responsive and great to work with.

Amazing location and beautiful cabin
This was a home run for us. The location is right on the bay and has a beautiful view. Dock access for two boats was helpful and the number of bedrooms and living spaces let us bring out family with four children. We would definitely visit again!!

Beautiful home tucked away from neighbors and overlooking the water! It was too early in the season to enjoy the water/outdoors but the views were beautiful! Owners were great communicators prior to the stay. My sisters and I checked availability right away for future stay!

Perfect Christmas getaway

Wonderful property
This cabin and lake view were stunning! We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back again. It was perfect for our handicap mother in law. She was able to roam around on the main floor and outside easily. Perfect for both summer and fall rentals.

Solitude
We had a great time at the point Cabin. There were 5 of us, my son, my son-in-law and two of my college football buddies. We enjoyed boating, fishing , 18 holes of golf and touring the beautiful town of Walker. Our host were a class act, if you asked a question you received the answer right away. Our only downfall was that we did not stay for two weeks.

Great Guys Weekend
Repeat visit to the Point Cabin. Another awesome trip. Actually had mosquitoes in October, so we spent the evening in the newly remodeled screen porch. We blame Mother Nature for the weather, low water levels, and fishing results, but have to thank Niki and Monica for the great accommodations! Everything we needed and so easy to feel at home. We look forward to this trip each year! Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Early Fall Vacation
We loved our two weeks at the cabin and would highly recommend this property. The log home is very nice and you definately feel "Up North" on the lake. The sunsets were magical and the easy access to Leech Lake was perfect. Another great bonus to this property is the easy access to the Paul Bunyon trail at the end of the street. Bring your bikes and your boat and you will not be disappointed. We had a great time!

Great Cabin Get-Away!
This authentic log cabin with beautiful addition worked perfectly for our family of 9. It's a fabulous property!! Kids had a ball catching fish off the dock; Kabekona Bay is great for water sports; the sand beach was so much fun and the big yard was super for yard games. Loved the big screen porch and patio. This place has it all!!

Beautiful Lake Home
Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful lakefront property! The house was very clean and well-appointed. The kitchen is well-stocked and beds are very comfortable. The views of the lake at sunset were amazing!! There are numerous hiking trails close to the house. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation and our family hopes to return in the future.

All was wonderful at the home.
We had a great winter escape. Home was cozy and spacious, very comfortable. All nice amenities but I think it advertised as queen beds and they were double beds in all but the master. So cozier than expected. Down side was the check out time of 10:00 am and the door code stopped working at 8:30am. Found this out when my husband was loading the car and could not get back in the house, luckily I could let him back in. Be wary of this if you have smaller children, you could get locked out and have to call the owner to get back in to continue packing. I recommend the door code not be changed until actual check out time at 10:00 am please. Overall a great stay!!

Absolutely Amazing
The cabin and property exceeded our expectations. It was roomy and spacious, and very comfortable. Our group came to go fishing on Leech Lake, and the location was perfect. We had a great time, and will definitely be back.
