Me gustó la cercanía con el aeropuerto aunque esto genera mucho ruido, me gustó la ubicación muy cerca de todo. La amabilidad de Ariel y sus atenciones, y la amabilidad de Oliver el anfitrión.

La apariencia por fuera, debes comprender que el acceso es por un parqueo que en el día es abierto al público, el edificio está al final, debes pasar por la sala y llegar hasta el nivel 3 donde yo estaba, para acceder a mi habitación porque solo había dos en ese nivel, tienes que pasar por una especie de oficinas, había ordenadores encendidos las 25 horas del día, el lugar en si no es solo para alojamiento sino funciona como parqueo, oficinas, casa, etc. Yo viajé por trabajo y tenía que salir de noche, pero debes llamar cada vez que salgas para que te puedan abrir el portón de acceso y desvelas al personal. A parte ten cuidado con la ducha, es muy lisa y puede causar accidentes, mi reserva incluía desayuno pero en ninguna de las noches me lo brindaron.

great location near the airport , Oliver was a great host. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us great tips about Gautemala. He also facilitated a car for us to pick us up from the airport and to Antigua next morning. Highly recommend.

Oliver went out of his way to find me bus and taxi options to get to lake atitlan, as the normal shuttle was fully booked. He also managed to negotiate me a good price! Also his wife made me a delicious vegetarian breakfast.

Breakfast was well prepared and plentiful. Olivar picked me up at the airport at 3am and took me right to the apartment. Then he drove me all the way to Antigua, over an hour away.

There were no problems.

Owner very friendly and helpful. Location exceptional. Included breakfast was excellent, large portions and served at my convenience..

It was not a seperate apartment. Kitchen was seperate from apartment and not private. Had to share with others who left dirty dishes in sink.
