The apartment was very clean and well equipped, everything we needed was there. The facilites were fantastic. Host was very helpful and responded to our request well. Close enough to Panajachel to get to easily but not in the middle of everything. Perfect both for people who want to go and do tourist things or those who want to relax in a jacuzzi.

Small detail: the pool had weekly maintenance on Thursdays which we weren't made aware of and it was unavailable that day. Didn't ruin our stay but was a little disappointing we didn't know sooner.

Very clean and easy to access apartment. There are plenty of amenities and a beautiful view. The property owner was very responsive to my questions.

I didn't like that fact of not be able to have family visiting..I was informed that we could with a change and that was fine but the next Day when family came over they were not allowed to visit and we had to leave the facility before time

We liked the bathrooms, the hot water, the good conditions of the apartment and furniture, and that the bathroom and warm water actually worked fine. We also liked the view and the cleanliness.

The tall palm trees that hindered part of the scenery.

Great value for your money. Excellent location and good service. There was a problem with the food they gave us and fixed it instantly so we’re good, no complaints.

It was clean, neat, cozy and comfortable. The lake view is just awesome. The property definitely exceeded my expectations :)
