This property was great! Walking distance from town which was super nice! And we loved having the pool at our place! The owner was super friendly and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again! One thing worth mentioning is there are a lot of stairs to walk into town and the walk back up can be tough on a warm day. Luckily the pool and great views are there when you get back

Very nice unit with excellent views and a great pool. It is very close to downtown but you have to go up a bunch of stairs to get home - hence, the great views! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I would definitely return.

6 of us stayed here for a week. Great house for a week stay, plenty of room for 6 people. The location can’t be beat, only about 10-15 minute walk down to the marina. 130 steps to get up to the house on the way back though. The pool is awesome along with the views of Cabo from outside and the living room. The rooms were clean and spacious. Fernando and Tony were super helpful and welcoming too. Would stay here again.

The overall stay and experience at Casa Kathleen was amazing. We stayed over for the weekend for my bachelor party and had the greatest time. The house was very spacious and all the beds were comfortable. It is seated at the top of the Pedregal community which overlooks the ocean and the city of Cabo. It is just a 10-15 mins walk to the main area and Marina. Uber and taxis can drop you off right at the doorstep if needed. Concierge service was top notch as well. They include private chefs, grocery runs, and massages. The guys on the ground, Fernando and Tony, were always in communication with me. They organized transportation from and to the airport. We will definitely be back!

Great great stay. Close to town, very nice place, Fabulous views. If you dont mind walking up stairs, great exercise or just opt for an inexpensive ride back to the unit, no issues either way. Antonio and his partner were 5 star service (they are in the hotel business so they know). Were there for us anytime we needed. Will be back!!! They made that decision easy.

The staff was phenomenal!! They really made the stay there exceptional. The Villa is new and modern. Very spacious, perfect for 3 couples. The food was great. Would’ve been nice to have some options that weren’t so common, but everything was delicious. We would’ve liked to have dinner on the patio each night, but the furniture is too big for the space. So we had to eat inside. The pool is beautiful, but a little tricky getting into it. The space is beautiful, but a few details like the painting on the windows and need to be cleaned. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay and I will come back.

We have stayed in this house before & is why we came back with our kids!! Great house, our own pool & walking distance to the marina & restaurants! A couple of minor misses would be more kitchen utensils, spices etc. to be able to cook a meal & access to get thru the patrolled gate after if closes at night!

Enjoyed a week with our grown children for Christmas at Casa Cathleen. Short walk to back gate but all vertical be prepared for 130 steps up to villa. Spacious. I wouldn't say it was recently remodeled but met all our needs. Fernando the house manager was excellent and checked in regularly. Maid service every other day if you want. Pisces Luxery boat rentals was the best day!!

Very clean and everything working property (appliances). Hosts are legitimate concierges, they will arrange transportation, reservations and private chefs (worth it). It’s about a 5 min walk to hit downtown, going back it’s steps, but nothing terrible (unless you have issues with steep steps). Pool is really nice, heated, and amazing views. Cannot beat it. AC in rooms is solid and beds are really comfy. Also, the rooms are far apart so you have a lot of privacy. Not sure I would take toddlers here due to steps and pool, but adults and teenagers would love this place. We will be coming back!! Go to these restaurants, Mother Flower, Chubby Noodle, Outpost. All within 8 min of property walking distance.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. From the house to the location to the service from Joaquin, this was a TOP notch experience. Highly highly recommend for anyone looking to experience Cabo!

Our family enjoyed every minute at this house. Plenty of room! Bedrooms and bathrooms are all good sizes. The view is beautiful! Our host was amazing was available quickly when needed. He had great advise on where to eat. Short walk to shopping , the marina and lots of great food. For sure will be staying here again!

Property was very nicely located with an awesome view. Great access to the marina but be ready for some exercise walking up and down the steps. We are an adventurous crew so we didn’t mind. The neighborhood is nice but the gate to get out closest to the marina closes at 8pm everyday so we had to get a taxi to get out. It was cool just a minor adjustment. Concierge was on point!! Excellent view all day long and the pool was exceptional!! The property is nice, clean and needed some minor repairs but nothing to complain about. People of Cabo were awesome and the food was very reasonable and very good! We were not pressed by the haggling but we did as much as we could to support the locals of Cabo. When we travel, one of our goals is to make peoples lives better along the way. I truly hope we left that impression in Cabo San Lucas. As human beings we have a responsibility to each other to show love and respect. We are looking forward to returning soon. Until Next…. Peace

Our stay was very enjoyable. Nice house and great location. Couple of things that could improve..no measuring cups or spoons, lack of blankets, wash clothes & bath towels. We had a sheet and very thin cover on each bed. Other than that, it was great.

Amazing place to stay when in Cabo San Lucas. Joaquin is absolutely amazing, and took care of us at the drop of a hat.

The house was perfect, exactly as pictured and the host was great. 10/10.

We really enjoy this property and location. Mike the owner is very quick to respond to any questions and the on-location manager Joaquin was also always responding to our requests immediately. We enjoy the privacy the property offers the most.

the Owner mike is super responsive his house manager Joaquin is great set up in home covid tests even found me a special bottle of tequila for check in ! the home for the money is everything and more then the pictures show ! for Pedegral you won't find a nicer view and home and experience for the money ! we will be back !

The villa has fantastic views and is very spacious. Outdoor area has a fabulous infinity pool, which can be heated, and a great outdoor BBQ to cook your fresh caught fish. But the very best part of this home is the availability and prompt communication of both the owner, Mike, and the home's concierge, Joaquin. They helped us book golf, fishing, restaurants and even our required COVID tests, and were available throughout our trip for anything we needed. Others have already noted the numerous stairs if you want to walk into town- not good for strollers or those who have mobility issues. Overall, this is a wonderful home, in a great location, with excellent space, and amazing people at your service.

Location, view, and security are a 5 out of 5. The homes condition upon arrival relative to the price point, and compared to other places we've stayed in Cabo, a 2 out of 5 at best. The home and its furniture show signs of significant ware. Multiple concerns were address after our arrival but we had to prompt those. It felt like the home was being reactively managed under the direction of the owner. Joaquin (property manager) was nice, and the maids were VERY kind and quick to come back, however, we didn't feel we should have to ask to have for the chairs to be wiped down from the previous guests, dead bugs in the light fixtures, many lights throughout the property were burnt out, hard to see in the rooms, etc. Not to mention, feeling like we were being first world brats for asking our concerns to be addressed, that alone caused unnecessary stress. Again, based on the price point, at best, this place should be much reduced. We did reach out to the owner, and again, Mike was nice to talk to, but based on pricing, this place significantly fell short in the advertisements. We have various pictures of our concerns to submit if requested. Drywall cracking, door stops jammed into the walls, thin sheets on the beds, little or no blankets for the beds, dishes chipped, utensils, baking sheets were none, or in poor condition. Various liquids (potentially vomit) dried on the walls. VRBO did nothing to accommodate or help us rebook somewhere else and told us to work it out with the owner which is ironic considering we paid $680 in VRBO fees. It felt uncomfortable that we had to point out these concerns during our stay. Long story short, it's prob great for a frat party weekend, not so much for mature-ish adults who have experienced the nicer side of things, esp at this price point. We thought we were splurging on this property only to find that we paid $2500-3000 more for the 2 weeks compared to other places we've stayed in Cabo AND had much lessor quality conditions and amenities.

Great views, close to city, amazing pool, host was quick to respond, great connection for fishing excursion, and prop mgr Joaquin was there for anything we needed. Already booked another stay here in March. Highly recommend

The property is beautiful, relaxing, and perfect. It's well kept and very modern. The pool and view were everything we had expected and much more. The home is in a very safe area (its in a gated community). The home is also a short 5 min walk to the main areas with restaurants and grocery stores. The property manager Joaquin was incredibly responsive before and during our stay. The owner Mike was fantastic as well with any questions we had beforehand before connecting us with the property manager. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you are coming to Cabo.

The property was absolutely wonderful, all that was advertised. The villa, private pool and location to all the action were so enjoyable. Joaquin was a wonderful host! He worked with us prior to our arrival and though out I our entire stay, personal service like nothing we've experienced before.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this location. This condo actually had 4 bedrooms, even though it was advertised as 3- there is a small, dark 'kids room' off of the upstairs master, with a twin bunk and a crib. We didn't even discover it till the second day! The location of this property is very good, up on the hill in Pedregal with a steep walking path that gets you down to town (about a 5 minute walk). The view from the large patio is excellent, and the pool is awesome! The pool is heated (it seems to come on for 90 minutes in the morning) so it's pleasant all day long, but too cold to swim in at night in April. The indoor living space is a bit chopped up, on multiple levels, with lots of stairs - definitely not good for people with mobility issues. But the location and view is really the key for this place; i spent most of the day sitting in the pool and enjoying watching the ships come in and out of the harbor and the birds flying overhead. Very relaxing!

We had such a great stay here...Joaquín did an amazing job and helped us book an awesome in-house massage as well as an in-house chef, that is HIGHLY recommended for breakfast. We loved the pool, the cozy linens, great couch and the expresso machine. The bedroom closest to pool has a nice shower - the other bathrooms could have their shower heads replaced and better shampoo/soaps/body wash for that final touch of luxury. The housekeeping was perfect - TONS of nice towels for the pool as well as blankets and shower towels. Amazing place!

The house was absolutely perfect for 3 couples. We loved the pool, and the amazing view! It was very convenient to walk to town and the marina. Even though it's a little bit of a hike back up, it was quick! We felt very safe with security at the main and walking gates.

Been coming to Cabo with family and friends now for a few years and this was the best place I have stayed. We enjoyed it so much we didnt bother even going out at night, just grilled and hung out in the pool. Mike and the property manager are A+
