Das Downtown Cottage ist ein neu renoviertes Haus im modernen Landhausstil. Es ist ein malerisches Haus, versteckt in den Kiefern, nur 2 Minuten von der wunderschönen Innenstadt von Prescott entfernt. Es ist voll möbliert und bereit für Sie, um einen fantastischen Kurzurlaub zu genießen. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Master, ein Queensize-Bett im Gästezimmer Nr. 1 und 2 Einzelbetten im Gästezimmer Nr. 2. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und bereit, viele Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. If you are looking for a relaxing location this beautiful cottage is perfect. Close to downtown but still maintains a secluded feel. The inside has been updated and is so pretty. Easy to use the amenities with details on how things work. The driveway is steep which you will need to keep in mind. Just take it slow and steady and you will be fine.

Spent the weekend in this lovely updated home! The yard was amazing and my dogs really enjoyed running up and around the rocks and boulders. The home is clean spacious and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay! The host is also super responsive!

It can be pretty hard to find hosts willing to rent to younger adults so this was a total win!! The property was beautiful and has some awesome natural structures in the yard! it's super close to downtown (3 minute drive) as well as the local lakes (10 minute drive to watson/lynx)!! We had a lovely time, definitely recommend!!

We explored Prescott &Sedona. We had 4 adults and 2 kids, so the layout was just perfect. If ever in the area again, would definitely stay here again.

The property has a great set up for families with separate sleeping quarters and communal kitchen / living area. Close enough to walk into Prescott but far enough away not to be in the centre of town. Very peaceful and would definitely recommend / use again when we return.

We have stayed with Corrie before and this stay was amazing as usual 😁 The place was clean and well stocked up on arrival, the location cannot be beat( the property is literally 2 minutes from the heart of town) and she was in communication whenever we needed. You will love this rental and we HIGHLY recommend it!

This is the perfect place for a small family to stay. It was walking distance to downtown (about 1 mile), and in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, and everything was clean.

Excellent floorplan, nicely decorated, property manager was very helpful and responded quickly. Some help needed in the kitchen as the kitchen scissors are missing; knives were very, very dull. Would be helpful to warn visitors of the steep, narrow driveway.

This stay was absolutely perfect. Extremely clean and remodeled home that had everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. This home made us feal like we were in the middle of the forest althogh we were right in town. Almost a park like atmosphere outside. Can't wait to go back!

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful house! The neighborhood is nice, and perfect for walking in the evenings. The shaded yard is very large, well fenced, and our dog loved it. Very comfortable and clean house!

This 3-bed, 2-bath place was quiet and peaceful yet mere blocks away from downtown and Whiskey Row. everything was clean and new in this house. Everything worked beautifully, as advertised. The internet was good enough to allow for seamless streaming. The tv worked well. Parking is a bit tight if you have large SUVs. We chose to park one car up at the house and one on the street, which worked out just fine and allowed for ease of turning around.
Our three generations loved this place for the short time we were here. We would like to stay here again sometime.

This little house has been renovated into a charming and welcoming place. More room inside than you'd think based on the exterior view. For two days of our stay, the weather was miserable, but the house was comfy and cozy. The location is great, the neighborhood was quiet. I would definately stay here again.
