Genießen Sie diese voll klassischen Strandhaus in einem ruhigen Meer Nachbarschaft restauriert. Zwei kurze Blöcke zum Strand, der Ozean-Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2. 5 Bäder, plus zwei weitere Schlafbereich bequem zu neun Freunden oder Familienmitgliedern zu beherbergen. Sie werden Queen-Betten im Schlafzimmer und ein zweites Schlafzimmer und zwei Einzelbetten im dritten Schlafzimmer. Für Unterhaltung nach Tagen am Strand, verfügt das Haus über einen Media-Raum mit neuen 50 '' Flachbild-LED-TV mit Apple TV, DVD-Player und Netflix für Filmabende.

Very clean, had everything we needed, absolutely no complaints!

The location (near beach and town center) was best part of the Vrbo. Easy walk to both.
Host was easy to communicate with.

However, the house is "rustic" with a splash of retro. In desperate need of a refresh.
Although dwelling was clean, all towels had the soured smell and one even had a urine smell. We washed and dried them all 3 consecutive times which helped. One queen bed sunk in the middle. The 2 twin beds were comfortable but the box springs were extremely squeaky and could be heard in the other bedrooms when occupant rolled over. The Jack & Jill bathroom shower sprayed everywhere from the shower engage knob when it was pulled up. Very limited closet space to hang clothes.
The value received fell short of the price paid.

We really enjoyed this house, 2 blocks from the promenade. The beds and couches were comfortable and the 2.5 bathrooms were great for our 8 adults. Two of our adult kids were on a “working” vacations and they were able to use one end of the house for their office space.

This home worked perfectly for me and my sibling’s family. We had plenty of space to come together or space out if needed. We were also pleasantly surprised with the quiet neighborhood and proximity to the beach. It gave me a new appreciation for Seaside, Oregon.

We enjoyed our stay. Dan was quick to reply and answer any questions. It’s a quick walk to the beach. The house has everything you could want.

Happily surprised that furniture, kitchenware, knotty pine walls & bathroom supplies felt like home. We were instantly delighted & content. Disappointed that bicycles weren't working. Otherwise, just dandy!

Our family enjoyed staying at the Eco Beach House in Seaside. The room layout is great with 2 queen-bed bedrooms and a kids room with 2 twin beds. The kitchen is amply stocked and we cooked some dinners in, and ate out some. The WiFi is fast and allowed us to stream movies and work virtually.
We took advantage of the provided beach chairs for some quality sunset viewing. We enjoyed riding the supplied bicycles on the prom and in town.
The large coffee table in the living room and the round table in the family room work well for puzzles, cards, and board games.
Looking forward to a return trip next summer!

Our family and dog stayed for 4 nights. This cottage was very spacious and it was so helpful having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and many towels. After taking the dog to the beach, coming home and having hot and cold water available for a rinsing station outside was very convenient. Just 2 blocks to the beach which was pretty private. It was very unique and charming. Located in the quiet neighborhood. Overall had a great time and would recommend to others.

This was perfect for us during a family reunion. 3 adults and 2 younger children fit perfectly and enough space for us to host a dinner for 10 more relatives. I would definitely stay here again, but would love to see a barbecue set up on the front patio!

Great location close to beach and town. Don't need a/c often at the coast but it was useful this week. Wish there was a gate so the yard would be secure for dogs, but we made due just fine.

We so enjoyed our stay in this neat and interesting, remodeled home. So much character with modern updates like appliances, very comfortable layout and awesome water pressure. Very short walk to the beach near beautiful homes. An overall very cozy and lovely place!

We loved our stay at this Seaside beach house. The layout was perfect for our family, having two bedrooms with a shared bath between them (for our tween kids) and another bedroom with an en suite bath for the parents. It has a family room/den for watching movies as well as a large very comfortable living room with tons of light for visiting, reading, etc. So close to the beach and an easy walk to all the activities in town. We will be back!

Perfect quaint home!
I reserved this house a year in advance to have a get together with my Mom(85) and share it with my sisters, niece and grand daughter. It was the perfect set up for us. We wandered downtown and spent a day shopping. The boardwalk was only a couple blocks away. We had a fire in the beach, which was a short walk too. It was the perfect distance from town and in a quiet neighborhood.

Good location
Our only critique would be the beds need to be replaced, too soft and sunk in the middle, and the towels smelled sour. If those things were upgraded we’d stay there again..

Great for a family, easy walk to beach, quiet
We would totally stay here again, it was a really cute place. The last day/ night people renting behind were super loud partying, but shortly after 10pm they went inside, seemed like someone talked to them. Which would make me stay there even more knowing people are checking on situations like that. It’s a very quiet place not near the bustle of Seaside.

Beach cottage for Family and Dog
This is a classic Oregon Coast beach cottage with plenty of room for a family and their dog. We take advantage of the full kitchen and dining table for up to 6 adults. We spend relaxing moments reading and chatting on the comfy sofas and leather chair in the LR, and we find that the huge coffee table is perfect for board games.
We use the large LCD TV and Apple TV for movie night, and the nearby round table for puzzles.
The doggie amenities are first rate - a blow dryer for wet fur, a Chuck-It, and an extra large kennel for when we're out to a restaurant or the Boardwalk.

Perfect getaway
This is our families third stay at this lovely home if the long Memorial Day Weekend. We love the location of the house, how quiet the neighborhood. Definitely recommend anyone visiting Seaside to stay here

Near the beach plus all the amenities
The EcoHouse is a classic Seaside beach house. It's conveniently located a couples blocks from the prom and beach and a short 10 blocks walk to downtown. The property offers a full complement of amenities: comfy sofas and lamps in the Living Room, a giant square coffee table perfect for board games, a fully stocked kitchen and dining room table, a TV room, high-speed WiFi, bicycles, beach chairs, and more.
Our family of adults plus teens loved staying at the EcoHouse and look forward to many future stays.
