We liked how clean it was, the location close to airport and the shuttle service. Also the guy driving the shuttle was really kind.

The staff member who booked us in, changed our room to a double bed room without asking us if we wanted the change. We had to go back to reception to tell him we wanted the king bed, which is what we originally booked. He proceeded to question us and said he was “kind”to change us since we were two girls and thought we needed separate beds. It was uncomfortable to be put in a position where we had to explain that we booked a king bed on purpose. I told him we also didn’t want to be additionally charged for the double room change and he said he had not charged us extra and continued on saying that the double bed was actually more expensive than the king bedroom but he was nice enough not to charge us the extra fee because ; in a quote he replied “You wouldn’t be able to afford it.” We were there for one night because we needed somewhere to stay before heading to the airport the next morning and unfortunately we had to encounter this uncomfortable situation at the hotel. Not to mention the looks we were given by this employee after we requested our king bedroom back. This complaint was thought over for a period of time because we realized this may affect the stability of a person. However we do feel the need to bring it up because if this happened to us who’s to say it hasn’t happened to others. Needless to say this employee really needed some customer service training.

Hard to reach the person for the shuttle service once you are at the airportZ There is a list for the drop of shuttle service where you have to sign up. However, in the morning it was first come first save place. There is only one Bus which then makes the waiting time very long. We could not male use of the breakfast, because it started at 7:00 and there was no lunch package available. At the check in there ask for a 50$ deposit, however during you get no information about the return of the deposit.

Nice and quiet room very close to the airport, and also close to restaurants. I was able to have a nice rest after a long trip overseas. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom.

Shuttle bus from the airport little too complicated and late but at the end it arrived and got us safely to the hotel. The driver very very nice!

A clean, safe location with good staff

There isn’t much around outside the hotel. Definitely just an overnight stay

It is a great hotel with an amazing staff. We really enjoyed the stay and did find really clean room.

The staff! The cleaning staff!! When maid service comes into room, they usually clean and restock coffee area. That DID NOT happen!!! They usually replace any towels used!! They DID NOT!!! When we asked for more towels, we were told we could only have a certain amount because the hotel was only given a certain amount. That’s totally ridiculous. We did not use a ridiculous amount of towels, only what the average person uses. The clerks at the desk were rude!! We will most definitely NOT be using this hotel again!!!!

They promised a free airport shuttle. When we came down for our 5 am shuttle, the receptionist informed us the shuttle driver didn't show up. I requested a the receptionist call a taxi and he informed me he would call the person they always use. A car showed up that was a private vehicle and not a taxi. We were charged $80 to drive 3 miles to the airport. We felt taken advantage of and not cared for my the hotel. The walls in this hotel are also paper thin. We could hear every conversation and bathroom break from the adjoining room.

We liked the breakfast. It was a full continental hot breakfast with omelettes, sausage, and biscuits. As well as having cereal, yogurt and more.

The bed was a little bit too soft and although it didn't go on for long, there was a party, in the party room, next to our room that was a bit loud.

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers shuttle service to and from the airport. It is a great place to stay when cruising.

Property was fine

Was charged a 50 dollar security deposit with a reservation but a walk in guest was only charged 25. Was also charged more than my booking reservation with explanation why and no attempt to rectify the issue.
