I got there late because of traffic, your website didn't tell me they closed up shop at 6pm so I was unable to register or stay there at all and had to stay at a completely different hotel. The "manager" who was on duty ( just leaving when I got there) was not helpful at all and gave me no number to call to rebook or get help. Your website is also completely unhelpful about trying to get a refund or not charged for a stay I didn't actually get to do.

It was very comfortable those close to my job I'm still there and they didn't give us breakfast but everything else was well

READ THIS: I booked this hotel before I came all the way from West Virginia because it was cheap and more like a studio apartment and I needed something long term while I look for an apartment bc I’m moving down here permanently due to my partner being a flight attendant and based from Houston IAH. I started out with renting it for 12 nights as a test run!!!!!! I would later regret that bc first of all It ended up being a lot extra after I checked in and I should have sensed something was wrong from the jump when I was asked to check the room and see if it was at my liking I came and took a quick peek bc I was tired from driving 18 hours!!! As soon as I got settled the problems started to arise for one I noticed the cabinet was broken and it wasn’t very clean over all I ended up re-cleaning it with my own supplies and the next thing I started noticing on day 1 was how ghetto the hotel setting felt people smoking weed out front a lot of commotion in the halls and outside all through the night and day neighbors fighting a lot of gathering outside out the side door where the elevator is and very loud and The doors staying open and unlocked all the time so I just felt unsafe the whole time I was there I didn’t wanna leave after dark and I felt myself running to my room at times. I started researching and quickly learned that it was in a bad area and the hotel had horrible reviews and I regretted checking in from that moment even more because it only went downhill after night 3 I started seeing roaches!!! Literally they were in my bed in the ceiling all over the kitchenette and the bathroom I felt so uncomfortable to sleep there I left for a night and called the next morning and they said oh we will take care of it.

The room was dirty when I checked in The carpet was brown with stains all over it the original color is blue. The cabinets and fridge were broken. The bath handles didnot work so we couldn't shower. The room had a bad smell I had to buy my own cleaning supplies and cleaned it throughout my stay.

The unsanitary conditions of the room and the fact the pictures online are very different from the real room. I sent a complaint to corporate no one got back to me.
