Smell was horrible. Roaches in room. Poor Wifi. Carpet dirty, stained work debris all over the floor.

I don't understand what the point of a hotel room with a kitchen is if it doesn't have the implements (pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.) and you have to order everything separately from the staff and they don't have anything in stock... In addition, the room with cockroaches. Unpleasant experience.

I stayed here for 4 months when I got stuck here during that winter storm when I came to visit some people in Houston and I ended up getting a job because somebody had hit my car on the day of the winter storm on the way to check on my grandmother because she lives in a trailer and I wanted to come and get her to take her to where I was staying so that I knew she would be okay and on the way to my grandmother's somebody spun clockwise backwards into the car which was me that was behind them as we went over and overpass now me being from up North and Wyoming I know how to drive all night so I even lived in Colorado and Missouri oh my God is it cold there but so I know how to drive all nice you know it's not even not even an issue so I really didn't you know completely blame the guy that hit me so you know I didn't even going to do anything about that but beside that so I got a job because I had my car for a month I got a job at an animal hospital so I stayed at that hotel for 4 months and you know booking.

staff wasn’t friendly at all … room wasnt ready even after i checked in after 4 when i got to my room it was still being cleaned and pillows still needed pillow cases … room phone didnt work neither did the clock … vending machines are down and water fountains are out of order. I was very dissatisfied

I did not get to stay at the property. when we arrived we were told there were no rooms available.

I was charged a cancellation fee when they did not have a room available for me to stay in. I WANT A REFUND OF THAT MONEY.
