Es gibt einen Aufzug in dieser Einheit für diejenigen, die Schwierigkeiten beim Treppensteigen haben. Das Gebäude und die Eigentumswohnung sind für Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich und die Vermietung verfügt über schöne Schieferböden, eine große Küche, die sich perfekt für jeden Koch mit Granit- und Edelstahlgeräten eignet, ein Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Flachbild-TV, Blick auf den Strand und einen Balkon mit Meerblick und ein privates Spa. We had a soccer tournament in Oceanside and this was the perfect spot. 20 minutes from the fields and walking distance to breweries, restaurants and of course the beach. View was amazing. Perfect spot for our group!

The property is gorgeous. Spacious, clean and well equipped, with the most magnificent view possible. We stayed in winter, so the front living area provided an open environment protected from the elements. We had difficulty with the check-in process. Not one document gave us all the info we needed. The address we were given had a letter suffix, but the units are numbered. We received a message someone would greet us, but no one did. We called the rental office for clarification, but the process ate up almost an hour of our time to enter the property. It was quite frustrating.

We had a range of ages from 30s up to late 80s. This place is great for groups where there will be a variety of ages and members with limited mobility issues. The elevator in the parking garage took us straight to our unit. All of the bathrooms had handles and rails which made the unit highly accessible.
The kitchen was fully stocked and a cook's dream. The only issue we had was one of the coffeemakers stopped working. I notified them and within an hour, we had a brand new coffeemaker at our door.
There are 2 washers and 2 dryers which was a nice touch.
The view of the water was AMAZING and our favorite part. Hearing the crashing of the waves and watching the sunset and sunrise everyday was priceless.
We had several grocery and food deliveries that were always very smooth and easy. We would just meet them at the walk-in gate which was right at our front door.
We totally plan to return and stay in this exact unit again. Everyone in the family enjoyed our stay.

We had a group of gals that needed to meet and plan for the upcoming year of events. This rental was wonderful in that there were plenty of King and Queen size beds, location was perfection, spaciousness of the unit was perfect, and the rules to checkout were simple - they said they take care of everything! It was a great trip!!

This was a great spot. Even though there’s no direct Beach access in front of the property, there is a beach nearby. Tons of great restaurants and shops to go to. Would go again.

We always love staying at the beach for my daughters bday. This is the 5th year we have rented from Beach Front. This experience was not as good as others. Construction was taking place next door and workers started making noise at 6am. Also on last day there was a leak in one of the bathroom and service men were in and out of the rental all day. We could not use the main guest bathroom all day. Otherwise everything else was good.

We enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront property. The property was very similar to the VRBO photos. The view is very nice and the location is great. The water was instantly hot in the showers, which was nice after a cool dip in the ocean. We had an issue with the television but the property managers responded quickly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at BeachFrontOnly's beachhouse condo in Oceanside. The condo itself is top notch: 5 bd, 4 bath with a full sized kitchen. The place was spotless clean and ready to go when we arrived. The view was amazing. The condo included nice extras like pots and pans, an ice maker, jacuzzi, barbeque, extra fans, two washer and dryers and garage parking. Communication with the management company was friendly and helpful. There is good eating within a half mile to a mile. There is a Walmart 1.5 miles away for stocking up. If I had to nitpick I say that they condo needed some additional utensils for larger groups but there is a convivence store right up the street and we just bought plastic wear. Depending on the time of the year there may not be any "beach" directly outside. At Low tide the water was coming up to the rocks and high tide the water was splashing over. We walked 10 minutes north to the public beach by the pier.

This place was dirty. The bedding had not been washed, the countertops were dusty, floors were downright filthy and to top it off, there was no television cable and only one bedroom had a small TV. I was embarrassed when my guests pointed out the unclean, stinky bedding. I complained to staff about the counters and flooring (before I learned of bedding). They offered to send someone over to clean but I was prepping food and waiting for guests to arrive. I asked for my cleaning fee back and no response. I complained 3 times while there with little response.

Not 7 min to the beach :( , unbeatable view though
If you have small children, beware that the beach is a mile away, though you are very close to the water, beach isn't close. The distance listed on the website is incorrect. I have used my apple watch to measure the distance while walker from the property to the beach area.
Property is roomy, well equipped and stocked with amenities,
* BBQ grill did not function properly and we were stock with the raw meat to cook and ended up using the stove. call management, they said they will send someone immediately, then they text me to ask, do I need it fix immediately.
* One of the washers was shaking out of control, hope the management fix it.
* Balcony light was out and the bulb was a special one so we couldn't just replace it.
*Dont take more than two cars! 3rd car parking is more than a mile away and its not practical or functional. we were 3 families and stuck with carpooling to the office parking . I asked about the parking and spoke to someone. they told me there is plenty of office parking but they didn't tell me its more than a mile away.
when I was checking in, I asked them how come they didn't tell me the parking way so far, they simply said, itson their website.
So yea DONT ASSUME ITS CLOSE!

Arrived late. Though a little confused as the unit was labeled “2” and the email confirmation is “B”, the hotline was prompt in helping me get it. Probably better to relabel the emails to reflect actual property names?
Besides that the property was amazing. We had 11 people stay in one and the rooms were huge, the hot tub was nice, the seaside breeze was unbeatable.
So much so, that 12 more from our group decided to rent the next door property for one night more!

We did have a slight issue with the small parking area and were blocked in by maintenance vehicles or cleaning vans multiple times.
We also had an issue with the WiFi. We could never get anything to connect for longer than 3 minutes at a time. The management company reset the modem for us and it was still impossible to use any sort of streaming device the entirety of our stay.
It would be nice to have a broom or vacuum to be able to clean up the messes that are inevitable when a large group stays together.
Other than those few small things... we loved staying here and had a great time.

It was our first time staying in Oceanside and it was a great experience! The location of this property is amazing! The view is unbelievable! It will leave you in awe. The sounds of the ocean waves crashing onto the shore are so relaxing. The rental property itself was very nice. It was roomy enough to fit our family of 8 plus two dogs! We would definitely recommend this property to others!

Excellent Stay
Property is exactly as listed. The only downside is, to walk like 15 mins to get to the beach as there is no beach access near to the property. Views are awesome and have kept the doors opened to hear the buzz of the ocean.

The view here is everything!!
Had a great time, condo was lovely. The only thing that was a drag was the controlled AC and fridge temperature. Out frozen foods melted and the AC wouldn’t allow us to cool down from the humidity. Other than that the size and space was ideal and we had almost everything we needed already included in there!

Perfect spot for a weekend friends outing
Loved the place. It was spotless and very clean and organized. Checking in was great, thank you so much for letting us have a great time without having to worry about anything.
