Everything was better than advertised. House was spotless. The neighborhood was good. Short walk to the beach. Not far from any form of entertainment at all. I would recommend this place for anyone.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! This was our first time to Biloxi and hopefully won't be our last!
James was a great host! Accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. The kitchen was fully stocked. The only things I might recommend you bring with you is a lighter for the charcoal grill and kids plates/utensils, if needed. The home was truly centralized to everything. A quick walk down the block to the beach or you can drive, if you choose, because there was plenty of free parking. If you forget to bring anything with you, there were plenty of stores within 5 minutes away from the house. About 5-8 minutes from a lot of the popular restaurants and entertainment in Biloxi. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!!

This property is our go to place anytime we visit the great city of Biloxi. Clean, roomy, location, quiet neighborhood all in one stop. Owner goes above and beyond to ensure our comfortable stay. Plenty of hot water and comfortable beds! kept secret (not now lol)

This worked out great for us. There for a cheer event and it was so close. Saved money by cooking and eating in.

Very nice. A few things could be improved easily, however. Bedrooms need a small chair to assist with dressing as the beds are too tall to sit on. One bathroom needs a towel rack. Hangers would be nice. Several light bulbs in the apartment need replacing. None of these little things kept this from being a five out of five.

4 seniors with limited mobility found this place very accomodating. Close to everything, beach, casinos, snd restaraunts. Would definately stay sgain.

Group of high school girlfriends came to Biloxi for the Journey & Toto concert. House was a short walk to the Coliseum and 2 blocks to the beach. Plenty of room for all 6 of us and the house was well stocked. Neighborhood was quiet. Will definitely stay at this property again, if we are ever back in Biloxi.

We loved this home, the location & the owner! We are still relatively new to staying at VRBOs (this is our 5th or 6th time). Until this trip, our favorite one was also in Biloxi, but it wasn't available this time. But we hit the jackpot when we chose this property as our "2nd choice" - and it will be our 1st choice from now on! It was not only beautifully & comfortably furnished, it was easy to get to & was so close to all the places we need to go to - Beau Rivage, the mall, Walmart & a nice choice of fast food restaurants. Thank you to James for allowing us to stay in his family's home!

This property was perfect for our stay. We were there to spend Christmas with family stationed at Kessler. We were so happy to see that the owner had put up a Christmas tree for our visit - little details mean so much. They were quick to respond to an issue with the ice maker in the fridge and we didn’t have any other issues at all after that. This house is within walking distance to the beach so would be great in the summer season. Would definitely rent this house again.

Stayed here for a couple of nights and this home met and exceed all my expectations. Quiet safe neighborhood. A couple blocks from the beach. Ample space if you have a few folks traveling with you. Nice backyard with a seating area. It was great having a carport to park my car in and out of the sun. This home is obviously well taken care of. I would 100% stay here again.

My family and I traveled here from East Texas to visit my husband for his Air Force graduation. The house was a great place to stay, and had everything we needed. It was also minutes away from his base, so that was great. We got to enjoy the beach, and nearby places to eat. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

The home was very clean and roomy. Quite neighborhood and easy excess to beach, shopping and casino. It was my sister and two nieces and nephew. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will visit again.

Came here with my 3 teen daughters and my teen son. There was plenty of space, and everything we needed was right there. Our only disappointment was not the property’s fault, but the city of Biloxi. The house is a short walk from the beach, but there were no crosswalks close by. We played real life Frogger our first time down and drove the rest.

The property and its owner were a breath of fresh air. We met the owner and he is considerate that those who stay are on “vacation.” This is a gem and perfect size for my family. We will use the property again. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay for a large group. This rental was very clean and spacious for a bigger group. The apartment out back provided extra space for a minimal fee. Location was great. Walking distance to the beach for the younger family members and just a short drive to casinos for the older members. We had a great time!! Can't wait until next time! Thanks for sharing this property with us!

Great place to stay very clean. It would have be nice if they add a few USB outlets particularly in the bedrooms. Also maybe some full length mirrors in the bedrooms, there was only in one bedroom 0.

My family and I came to the area to visit my niece who is in the Air Force. The house was in the perfect location and is close to everything from shopping, the beach, and entertainment. The host response time was very quick. The online pictures does not do the house any justice. The house was immaculate and we loved how the bedding was white which gave us comfort to see that they were clean. The host had everything we needed for our stay. We did not have to use anything that we brought or go buy extra, which was a first because most hosts only leave starter supplies. The backyard is fenced in and was spacious enough to have an egg hunt. The only negative I have (which wasn’t major) was there were a lot a gnats flying around. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay at this location again when we are in town. Maybe even book the apartment in the back also. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. It had so many extra amenities that we weren't expecting. Plenty of room and loved the option of renting the spare "apartment" in the backyard too. Very close to so many activities. Will definitely stay here again!!!
