Das Anwesen erhielt viel Lob für seine Sauberkeit, schöne Aussichten, gut ausgestattete Küche und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Gäste schätzten die komfortablen Unterkünfte, den einfachen Zugang zum Strand und die inkludierten Strandstühle. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienunterkunft!

Location, beach, and space was great! Condo could use just a hint of updating furniture and bath towels had holes in them. (I am very picky but only telling you this as I would want someone to tell me). Other than the small couple of items, we had a great time and would stay in the same condo again

Two friends getting together for a week at the beach. Beach is right behind pool and is easily accessible. View from the balcony just marvelous. Easy to get to restaurants and it is right off 98. We walked down the beach one afternoon for lunch at the back porch. Condo is more than adequate and comfortable.

The master bed is extremely uncomfortable and virtually falling apart. The hall bath tub faucet is falling apart. The condo over all could use some work we obviously knew we were renting and expected it to look like a rental but it looks much better in the pictures. We were looking for a condo to rent yearly and unfortunately this will not be it.

Breakers East 601 was perfect for our family of four. The place was very clean and smelled great upon arrival. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding for us to use during our week long vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with the needed items (cookware, etc.). We didn’t have any issues with the place while we were there. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend booking this place if you’re interested in staying in Destin!

We loved our stay! Only complaint is elevators need some upgrades. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. View was amazing! Beach was not crowded.. having beach chairs and umbrella as part of package was great! We will plan on staying here again.

Another great stay at Breaker’s East! This was our third year staying here and it did not disappoint. Sometimes the elevators can be slow but it is nothing that ruins the trip. Always clean rooms, stocked adequately, clear instructions on check-in/check out and easy access to the beach. I love that a chair and umbrella rental is included and set up each morning. We will be back again :)

Living room furniture was horrible! We had to put pillows on them to set. Had a few bugs in the kitchen which they gave us some bug traps for. The hosts were very easy to get hold of and were very nice.

Our only criticism upon arrival was that the balcony wasnt clean and had a little bit of noticeable dirt and sand. Other than that everything was great. Just wanna say that My wife and I enjoyed our stay in 601. One repair to look into is that the vanity sink in Master suite had a study drip from the faucet. Thank you for letting us stay. It was Very Peaceful and relaxing. 😊

I think this was our fourth time staying at Breakers East. It was our second time in this unit. We love that the units and balconies are large, but it is a smaller building. We walk the beach and notice how crowded the beach is at the larger resorts, but not at Breakers East! We love that beach rental set up is included in the price.

It’s the perfect location with an amazing view! We were very pleased with this unit, it was very spacious and looked exactly like the pictures. The condo was exactly as pictured on the listing. Check in was super easy and the views and location are magnificent! Other reviewers mentioned carpets being dirty. They were stained, but seemed to be cleaned well prior to our arrival. Upon arrival we noticed the master bathroom faucet was leaking all over the vanity when in use. We contacted the property manager right away and she sent someone out to fix it the next morning so that was great. Very well appointed and furnished and close to everything you could need or want while on vacation. Only minor complaint we had were the pillows in the master bedroom. They were very hard and flat, so I would suggest maybe bringing your own if that’s a possibility or if you’re picky about pillows. Other than that, this property was well maintained and fantastic for what we were wanting on our vacation. The beach is so clean and beautiful! Highly recommend.

This was our third time staying at Breakers East, but our first time in this unit. We love Breakers East because the units and balconies are very large. This unit was very nice. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen looked well equipped. Unit was very clean except for the bedroom carpeting, probably time for it to be replaced. The living room furniture and beds were comfortable for us. We especially like that this is an end unit which allows for more light. Having the beach chair service included is a great advantage!

Very nice condo. Very comfortable, clean and updated. Has very large rooms. Located in a beautiful stretch of beach. The included beach rental was very convenient. The grounds are well maintained. Management company was very responsive to the couple of issues we had . We l could see the sunrise from the side windows since this is an end unit windows . Tennis courts were being resurfaced during our visit . Looks like they will be in great shape upon completion.

Our family of 4 adults and two children under 10 yrs. old was an enjoyable experience. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The large covered balcony was a big plus especially when it was raining outside. The pool and the ocean were the children's favorites and we appreciated the community beach toy box, they nets were especially great. Centrally located to restaurants and activities it was perfect for our family. We would love to book this unit again in the future.

The Views
This property is in a perfect location. The walk to the beach is less than 2 minutes. Views from inside the unit and the balcony are perfect!! Nothing beats looking out into the ocean. Plenty of gated parking and the free beach chairs/umbrella were a bonus. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. We couldn't have found a better property for the price. Looking forward to our next visit to Destin.

Just as expected, wonderful!
The beach front condo was great! It was clean and in a great location. Access to the beach was quick and seamless. Pool was nice and warm during chilly days. Beach was clean. The only downfalls were that there weren't basic condiments like salt, pepper and cooking spray. The living room couches weren't very comfortable but we didn't use them much. Also the elevator was down part of the time but the people were working on fixing them. All in all it's a great property that we plan to visit again!
