We loved this property. The pool and the hot tub are beautiful, behind the tennis courts there are grills. The beds are comfortable and the giant fridge were a major plus. Smathers beach is a short walk away. The airport is less than 10 minutes away. Our only difficult was finding the right building. On the inside of the circle you will see a red "E" that indicates the correct elevator tower. It is the first one on the left when you enter the development from the automatic gate.

The property was clean, but I gave one star, cause it has bed bugs. Me and my wife had bites all over our legs. We had other small issues which were not major, i wont mention that.

This was a great location to be close to the beach and Key West activities without having to be right in the middle of the chaos which is Duval Street. We had a great time, the unit was well furnished, clean and stocked.
Would stay there again.

Excellent views of the water from the living room, balcony and master bedroom. Two twin beds in second bedroom were great for adult kids. Great apartment that is across the street from the beach and sunset water sports location. Will stay there again.

The unit was as described and clean. We arrived after office hours. We had received an email directing us to an online portal for details on getting into the unit. The portal appeared to have everything we would need to get into the unit. We arrived at the gated entrance and had no idea what to do. There were no instructions in any email or in the portal on how to open the driveway security gate. We snuck in with another car. The portal had the elevator code and the door code to the unit but no information on how to open the gate.
When we called the office the next morning, we were told we should have stopped by their office in downtown Key West to pick up the remote for the driveway gate. That was not mentioned anywhere. We went to the office after the phone call, and they gave us the remote for the gate.
While the unit clean and the description and photos were accurate, we did have one problem. There was no hot water in the guest bath shower. The guest bath sink had hot water. Since we were not using the guest bath shower, we did not call the office about it but mentioned it to them when we checked out.
We enjoyed our stay and will likely stay there again when we come back to Key West.

Very nice condo, we had a great time exploring Key West, next time we will fly right into Key West. Ft Lauderdale and Miami traffic are a brutal experience. Advise=fly into Key West! We were only disappointed about the Sargassum, but it didn't ruin our trip! The Condo complex is beautiful and has a gorgeous pool!!

This was a beautiful condo. It was mostly updated and comfortable. The only complaints we had were the smell from the beach, which you essentially get used to and is out of everyone's control, the window in the second bedroom being covered with plywood, which made it very dark during the day but was nice for sleeping, and the dishwasher not working and not being repaired while we were there. It has a lovely view and worked well for our family.

We checked in late evening. I noticed a few smaller insects as we turned in lights in the kitchen and bathrooms. The next morning I saw several more. I sent pictures to our extermination company at home. Unfortunately I was correct. The current residents were German cockroaches. I notified the leasing office the morning of the second day. On the morning of the third day as I opened the reservoir to add water for a cup of coffee a few more roaches crawled out of the reservoir. At that point I called the office and stated we can no longer tolerate the conditions. They moved us to a diff ent location that evening. I do appreciate the fact that within two days of us notifying the office they relocated us for the remainder of our vacation. However having a night free a few nights free or being compensated for the move would have been a nice gesture other than just expecting us to be grateful they moved us out of a roach infested location.

We spent a lot of time searching ways of transportation, i.e. bus availability,Duval loop , taxi’s etc. as we were not in the center of Key West. Uber was readily available. The location was terrific with a beach right across the street. The office did not have much information about transportation into the main attractions.

Nice place
I enjoyed this property, comfortable bed, good shower, comfortable living room furniture, and a nice view of the Gulf of Mexico from the tiled balcony/patio.
There was some noise from the busy street, but it was really only bad on the weekends.

Key West Vacation
Very nice property. Very quick walk across the street to the beach. Parking was great. Pool and community were awesome. Great location but was just a little noisy outside based on the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Hot weather
Had a great time with friend but the weather was unfortunately too hot for us. But we did the best we could, ate at some great restaurants, went parasailing, shopped and visited several museums. Very nice condo with all the amenities one would need.

This condo was even better than the pictures! Very roomy, comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, and a GORGEOUS ocean view. We loved having Smathers Beach directly across the street, plus the complex pool and hot tub. My only (and very minor) complaint is that the road noise at night is noticeable for a light sleeper. I recommend bringing ear plugs if that bothers you. Even with that, would highly recommend this place and definitely come back!

Very clean condo with exceptional view
Overall enjoyed our stay. Group of guys visiting key west for the first time and didn’t know what to expect but enjoyed the place. Check in process could be smother with having to go Duvall street to pick up keys but wasn’t too bad. Walking distance to beach.

Great view in Key West
This property was a great find. Location was great. Covered parking and washer and dryer were unexpected pleasant surprises. Right across from the beach. Balcony was great for relaxing in the morning and evening. Can't wait to visit again.

The unit itself is pretty nice, but we had some issues:Upon arrival, the floors had not been swept...it was obvious.Double bummer...NO BROOM to sweep with?! I mean it would have been nice if the housekeeping staff had cleaned the floor prior, but not leaving a broom?There were dirty towels in the MB hamper. We washed them.There was an ironing board, but no iron.Lastly, the remote in the MB didn't work, but we never watched much TV, so like all of the above it was livable and fine. Dishwasher was temperamental, but the maintenance man showed us you had to slam the door to get it to work.Just seems like a little more attention can be paid to cleanliness/housekeeping. 1st impressions count. It was across the street from the ocean which was wonderful and had a great pool. You have to drive to downtown.

Scenery
The location of the condo was great. Condo was clean except for the occasional small ants in the kitchen which wasn't a huge issue. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning sipping on coffee to capture the awesome sunrise. Condo wasn't in the hustle and bustle area but beach was right across the street. Husband and I would rent condo again, it had everything we needed for our week stay.

Great view of the beach, just like the pictures. Located in a nice gated community. The pool area is great too! I rarely complain about anything. The only thing I would really stress to anyone wanting to stay here is that the smell from the beach is so bad that you can't even sit on the patio and enjoy the view because its unbearable. The smell is from all the algea and seaweed washed ashore.. I thought we would just get use to it but you never do!! Due to the smell we tried to do something everyday to be away from the property. Unfortunately, no fun sandy beach time like we were looking forward to doing on our trip. Maybe another time of the year (not the summer) is a better time to visit this location. Other than that, it was a great property, just the wrong time of the year to go. Wish we would have spent our money going somewhere else in Florida for our vacation this summer.
