Amazing location right next to the sea. The Beach Huts were very comfortable and kitted out with everything you need. The weather wasn't great but the underfloor heating made everything very cosy. I expect in the summer the Beach Huts would be even more amazing. Nice extra touches with wine, sloe gin and our puppy was well provided for too with a new toy and treats plus a nice bed and bowls for food and water.

Very cosy - and enjoyable. Super nice that the dog I able to stay. He enjoyed it as much as I did. The local pub is awesome - try it! Very friendly locals. The beach is to die for!

The room was immaculate, the view was wonderful (waking up to the sunrise over the sea), they were so welcoming to us and our dog. Great pool too!

The rooms are very spacious. The view of the sea is exceptional. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommended Beech hut suite for any one especially families as it is really a place worth relaxing and taking a break. One of the catering staff I would really want to commend and appreciate as he always was there to help as we were new to the area, and he went above and beyond to help with our breakfast; as we travelled a long way and checked in late and so in the morning we missed our breakfast time, but he made sure that my kids did not go hungry and organised it very well.

The sofa in the lounge had dog fur so if families with pets could be given designated suites that would protect children who have allergies as my son has allergy to animal fur and he was constantly sneezing and I had to encourage him to not sit in the lounge.

Three of our party chose to have the full English breakfast, with each of us having our own little requests for modifications, all of which were carried out to the letter. Fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection and served with a smile set us up for the day. Simply excellent!

Beach huts are absolutely lovely & location is fantastic. Tasteful interior.

Sadly we experienced alot of faults & unfortunately house keeping let this place down. I did tell the receptionist upon check out, the very polite man took on board our constructive criticism & was ever so understanding. Which is refreshing to know people in hospitality, want feedback, to help grow their business. Beach huts are worth it but the hotel is a huge let down. Staff friendly but need better management & training. This place could be fantastic! I honestly do hope they make improvements. This is a great place & one to look out for in the future. I would certainly return if the issues were seen too immediately. The same family own a South Wales hotel. Which i have watched flourish over the last years. I only hope this place does too.
