How accommodating the host was

Location and breakfast was good. Laundry was $20. Pounds for 2 loads.

Too many stairs to bring up luggage. No cleaning of rooms because of Covid. Towels, toilet paper and Kleenex had to be asked for after first day. Rushed out on last day when not ready.

Donna was a great host and made us very welcome. Bed was very comfortable and the location was very peaceful.

Would have preferred ensuite bathroom

A beautiful home from home. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Facilities are lovely and Donna is a wonderful host. We had a great stay.

Property was immaculately clean and Donna was very welcoming kind person.

No early option for breakfast when leaving the B&B early for a day out. Additional costs for cooked breakfast and hot tub. No house keeping carried out during our stay, would of welcomed clean towels and our bed made after our long wet day at Goodwood festival. Price gouging evident for the Goodwood festival weekend

It was short visit ,only one night but very enjoyable. Everything was just perfect! We loved the hotel and beautiful rooms with nice designs, spotless tidy and cleaned . We fall in love with this place. We enjoyed a lots the pool with jacuzzi . In the garden there is some relaxing areas . You can enjoy listening birds or watching fishes in small pool . Lovely Dona looked after us very well. The breakfast prepared by her was so delicious and tasty

Everything was just excellent. But most of them of course pool with jacuzzi as I love bubbles massage :-)

Best place to stay in Felpham. Donna is a great host. Amazing rooms and lovely garden. We really enjoyed the hydrotherapy pool and hot tub.

Great location, amenities and exceptional service. Everything you could possibly need had been considered and supplied, the breakfast was generous, delicious and varied. The pool and hot tub were just the icing on the cake, and kept thoroughly clean with a private booking option meaning that you could enjoy them every day of your stay with flip flops and robes provided, there is even a Bluetooth speaker in the pool area so you can listen to your own music. Donna really has thought of everything! It’s even nicer than the photos and the room was very comfortable.

very clean and bright throughout. huge, brilliantly decorated bedroom and a second adjoining room. bathroom was bright and clean and a lovely shower cubicle. fantastic choice and quality of breakfast . Donna was a very helpful, friendly and attentive host. swimming pool, small, but exceptionally clean and warm. bath robes and flip flops provided. wonderful stay. thank you.

Donna was a fabulous host. The place is very clean and spacious. The shower in the bathroom so good and powerful lol. They also have a beautiful and relaxing pool. We loved the breakfast very much and the free coffee!

The bed was 2 single beds put together and it is not too comfy for us.

Pool was great, you booked your own private slot to use it. Rooms were also lovely, spacious and tastefully furnished. Location was convenient for thebeach with a pub just across the road where we went for dinner.

Unfortunately the outside hot tub was out of action.

The host Donna was a lovely lady and made us feel very welcome, she was very helpful and we would recommend her B&B to others ,the hydro pool was lovely and very relaxing and the breakfast was fantastic 😀

The only thing for us was Room 2 having a bathroom across the hall and if we booked again we would ask for one with an En suite
