The house was perfect for me and my fiancé for our little weekend vacation! It had everything we needed and so close to everything. The only thing we really struggled with was the temperatures were so high outside and the cooling system was in the back bedroom so the house never fully cooled off. It was too hot for us to spend much time in the kitchen/living room area whenever we were there. But the bedroom was very very comfortable! Definitely a 10/10 would stay again!

We loved our stay at Pineapple Cottage. Everything was exactly as advertised and Suzanne was a prompt and kind host. The location is great - close to grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. Easy drive to downtown Wilmington or the beaches.

We enjoyed this place quite a bit. Everything we needed and nothing we didn't. Great for 2 people, especially if they like each other! Comfortable bed, nice bathtub and shower, and a full kitchen. I'll be back!

My husband and I stayed at Pineapple Inn for a long weekend. It is a short drive to the beach (about 10 minutes) and is close to several restaurants and grocery stores. The property had everything we needed for a short stay. It is great for a couple due to the small size. It was clean and had everything we needed to cook dinner one evening. We would stay there again.

Love this little house. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood halfway between the Riverfront and beach.

Cozy stay for 2 people with great location for our business and personal needs. Clean and quiet. We ran into a small snag with the electricity however the owner was easily accessed and the problem was quickly managed. Would suggest adding a full length mirror . We would stay again.

We had a very nice stay! Loved the fact that it has it's own entry way and parking area. Inside it was very cute and cozy. Way better than staying in a hotel!! The owners were very nice. Will be staying again while in Wilmington!

It was a cute little tiny home. Perfect for us and super clean. Cleanliness is a priority for me, which is why I don't stay at hotels anymore.

The Pineapple Inn definitely exceeded expectations - not only was Suzanne accommodating with a last minute trip, checkout questions, and more but she did it with the most friendly attitude. This house was perfect for 2 people. Small, but just the right amount of room and the location was perfect-close to the beach and close to downtown. We will definitely be back!! I highly recommend this wonderful little rental house.

This is the perfect place for couples. The space is cozy and clean. The landscaping is beautiful, and the inside space is very well used. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Great location, close to everything we enjoy while in Wilmington: beaches, restaurants, shopping! We loved that the property was clean, and the perfect size!

My wife and I loved the Pineapple Inn. The place is great. It's very roomy. Everything is brand new. We loved the tiny home. Location is 5 mins from Wrightsville Beach and ICW restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet. It's a great value. The owner is great to deal with a very responsive. i really don't think you can find a better place and value without paying alot more money.

Just the right size in square footage. Location was great for everything we wanted to do. Quiet. Very pleasant. Our only problem was the height of the table & stools for dining and the height of the cabinets. I could not reach the seats so had to stand or put plate on my lap on the couch to eat. Neither of us could reach the top shelf in the cabinets. The plates, utensils, pots & pans were very nice. The soaps, tp and paper towels were very generous. And the small dish of chocolate...nice touch. I use a very firm mattress, so had issue with the one there, but my husband really liked it. Overall? Really enjoyed the cottage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this cute cottage. It has everything you need, is close to shops and restaurants and most importantly for us it is close to the beach. Can't wait to come back!! Thank you Suzanne!

Had a great stay at Pineapple Inn. Don't be fooled by the small size. From the outside, this place looks tiny, but once inside, the open floor plan allows for a lot of room. This property was extremely clean and well taken care of and the neighborhood was quite quiet. Unlike another renter, we did not have any issues with light coming in through the front. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be renting here again.

The only reason that this place didn't get 5 stars is the light through the beautiful front door window. At night a city or business outdoor light shines in that window and right into the bedroom (unless you close the bedroom door). Worse yet, it shines on the side of the bed on which I sleep. For any other measure of beauty, practicality or location, this place is a 5. Let's say you like to go to the beach but don't like the "yucky" smelling water on the island (Wrightsville) or all the sand at ever place you set foot. This place has city water, virtually no sand but you can get to the beach in just a few minutes by car. Or, let's say you like downtown Wilmington but don't like the crowded, noisy, and expensive locations where you have to pay for parking or leave your car on a public street at night. Well, this place doesn't cost you "an arm and a leg" and puts you in a quiet neighborhood with off street parking, and access to a couple good quick routes (under 10 minutes) to the River Walk and the rest of the action. What's more, if you are visiting your college student at UNCW, you can be on campus before they have time to clean up their room. Good linens (bed, bath and kitchen), everything you need to cook, eat and clean up (including a grill outdoors), great cable, DVD and Wifi, handy closet with washer/dryer combo, and the always important, good lighting. Heating and AC a little tricky but works like a charm (hint, watch for that switch behind the door). Oh, and take care of it...we'll want to be going back to this place. I'm going to sleep on the other side of the bed!

The cottage is exactly what we hoped for. It is the perfect retreat for my wife and I. It is beautifully built and gives you all the luxuries of home. The appearance and the decor are absolutely gorgeous. The cottage is super clean and anything you need, pots, pans, well appointed kitchen and the bedroom and bathroom feel like you're literally at home. Such a comfortable get away and can't wait to set our next reservation dates. We've found our home away from home for when we visit Wilmington.
