Spent five days at this property with my father and a family friend for a 70th birthday celebration and fishing trip. We could not have been more pleased with the home and its accommodations. The location was perfect for our fishing trips, as our guides from Missoula were able to pick us up each morning. The house was spotless and fully stocked with essentials. We have already recommended to our friends. Thanks for a great stay Margaret!!

What an absolute gem; we can't wait to stay here again as it was perfect for our family. We had a heat wave (103F) for the week of our vacation and the AC in the condo saved us; I highly recommend AC if you're looking for a place in Missoula during July.
The condo was exceptional for us (2 parents/2 kids) and as this was a working vacation for us, we were able to explore the hiking and biking trails in the morning and then work (remotely) in the comfort of the apartment during the hotest part of the day. Our kids attended day camp and they happily biked along the riverfront trail every morning on their way to outdoor camp adventures. We also loved the location: we tried out a new bakery/coffee shop every morning, floated the river, and enjoyed walking to the Thursday Night Food Truck event at Caras Park.
The only thing that we'd change would be to swap the (current) queen-sized beds for kings in the two big bedrooms but otherwise it was practically perfect.

We had a great stay at this property. It was exactly what was advertised and the primary point of contact was very responsive.
One bonus thing is that the manager dropped off a new coffee machine since the current one wasn't working well. They didn't need to do that, but it was a nice gesture that we appreciated a lot.

Our adult family of 4 stayed for a week and this was a very comfortable place. Comfy beds, nice central AC and centrally located. Walking distance to Clyde’s coffee, Veera donut shop, and the ice cream shop. We were able to walk into town to do a little shopping and walked to the bridge near Caras park and down the stairs to take a nice walk on the well populated walking/bike trail along the river. Would stay here again. We would recommend Tagliare for an excellent deli sandwich and Tandem if you are looking for a vegan/gluten free spot for lunch. There was good communication with the owner as well.

My wife, friends, and I loved our memorable stay in Missoula at 233 S 6th St E. The property was everything that we could have asked for. It was clean, comfortable, and located within walking distance to so much of what the city has to offer. Thankfully, Margaret was accessible to us each time we had a request or needed assistance. 10/10!

The townhome was extremely clean and functional. Excellent layout for different zones of activity. The second floor for rest and sleep and the first floor for those wanting to eat, watch TV, etc. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals and a spacious refrigerator. The dining table was large and the chairs very comfortable. The sofas in the sitting /TV area were comfortable as well. The bedrooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. I loved the Electrolux washer/dryer on the second floor. There was a convenient powder room on the first floor and a large bathroom with a tub/shower combo on the 2nd floor. One full bath was not a hindrance to our family group of four since some members preferred evening rather than morning showers or baths. We were well stocked with towels and had very nice soap, shampoo, first aid ointment, bandaids, etc available. The location was great to access our favorite places in Missoula. The only drawback might be traffic noise during the day but that is not a problem at night. We liked parking our car outside the garage in the back of the property but parking is available in front as well. The host is accommodating to special requests. In our situation we have a daughter who has strong negative reactions to scented cleaning products and detergents. The host had the bed linen laundered in hypoallergenic detergent prior to our arrival and provided some for our personal laundry. I would definitely consider staying here again!

I'm not sure if I've had a better home rental. The property was pristine, spacious, well decorated, and very comfortable. The location was unbeatable. Easy parking on the street out front and behind the unit. The location was so good, the parking might've been our most "used" amenity. Almost everything was within easy walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home with our family!

Walking distance to University, coffee shops, grocery store, and downtown. Every morning we walked about 2 blocks to a local coffee shop. Nicely decorated and clean. Convenient parking spot in back of unit. Bathroom well stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

This is an excellent property - perfect for multiple adults. Small downside is one shower for 3BR, but there is another half BR - so we made it work. The property is very clean, well taken care of and in a great location. We will definitely stay there again.

Visited our daughter in Missoula for Thanksgiving. This condo was perfect for the 4 of us. The kitchen was lovely and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. There were fans in every bedroom. Our host provided everything we needed: a pound of local coffee, sugar, spices, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent and more. The condo was updated and very upscale. The location was perfect! Walking distance to the Hip Strip, the university and downtown - very close to coffee shops, restaurants, the Roxy theater. Also had off-street parking. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Missoula!

This condo has everything you need. It's great to be able to BBQ in the back and the parking is great. It's very clean and we enjoyed hanging out at the counter top and table in the kitchen. Very user friendly!

Excellent property within convenient walking distance to downtown Missoula. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, overall property was extremely clean. Owner was very pleasant to communicate with and very organized.

Great central location
This house was very homey feeling and clean, with everything that we needed. Walking to the cool downtown part of Missoula and the campus is easy, and there is even an ice cream shop a few blocks away! This was a good house to share with my family while in town for a wedding.
