Location was great and staff were amazingly helpful

I was somehow charged double on my credit card, however when I brought this to the attention of staff they were very apologetic and fixed it straight away.

amazing staff, beautiful hotel

This location is spectacular and the hotel is beautiful, but frankly the room service food was disappointingly cold and the spatchcock and fish dry. Room blackout is absolute! Staff are delightful.

One criticism - not everyone wants to be in a refrigerated room sleeping under a hot doona. We asked for a light blanket and were first offered a mattress protector, only to find out the doona was the only option - seems a short-sighted arrangement. We used towels instead and were quite warm enough.

Incredible location, rooftop bar and pool were beautiful to watch the sunset over the river.

Breakfast was delicious, the roof top bar was great and so quick with drinks!

making more of a deal about special days. it was our anniversary and I let them know but it didnt come across as they cared. maybe because so many people try this i dont know but thats only thing i can think of

Location and style

Great location, lots of options for food and drinks as well as an easy walk into the CBD.

Limited parking

Refused to allow my partner (who arrived 90 minutes earlier) to check-in to one of our rooms as she was not the person who booked. Unaccommodating. Could have called me. Left her in the lobby in scrubs until we arrived. Rest of hotel is just ok. Won’t be back!

location was amazing, staff were lovely, room was gorgeous … received a bottle of Prosecco on arrival for an anniversary celebration which was a nice touch.

pool was very small and located in the bar area - didn’t want to swim with so many people. in-room coffee was awful, would have liked some snacks in the minibar

great location. clean

pool and public access bar in the same area hmm not very relaxing. also Sunday afternoon DJ at the pool !! terrible idea. there was absolutely nowhere to sit and relax in the hotel grounds.
