This cozy cabin was perfect for my family. It was immaculately clean and very well supplied with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to everything. My school-aged children loved the tree house and swing. Bill gave us some excellent suggestions for things to do and see. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful cabin just past a campground near downtown Sedona. Exactly what we were looking for, plenty of space for the 4 of us. Kids loved going up into the treehouse and the swing. Bill reached out before during and after the trip. Minor hiccup checking in which was instantly corrected. To me it’s more important to have an issues fixed quickly rather than having none at all. My only criticism and it’s small is while it’s probably a 12 minute walk to Tlaquepaque it didn’t seem like a great road to do so. We did see some walking it though. Great experience overall.

Perfect spot for a family. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and BBQ and listening to the waterfall. Kids enjoyed the swing and you can walk to uptown and other nearby shops and restaurants. Hiking nearby too which my boys absolutely loved!

Comfortable, but the furnishings are pretty dated. Could use some maintenance on the sliding doors, etc. The river access is through the Mobile home park next door. Favorite thing about this place is the location. You can easily walk to the Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village, and also up the hill to the hiking trails.

The cabin is in a great location. It is secluded and quiet, clean and well equipped. Bill, the owner, was very communicative and answered all questions I had. My 13 year old loved sleeping in the loft! This cabin is definitely on my list for places to stay when we come back up to Sedona.

Location is fantastic and it’s a great cabin for a young family!

Overall, we had a fantastic stay in Sedona. We were in town for the MTB Festival, and this location was perfect for our needs. The house was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, providing us with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
The only downside was the check-in process, which could have been smoother. We waited for up to an hour after our arrival because we didn't receive the check-in code to open the door. However, once we were settled in, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
Overall, we would recommend this place to others visiting Sedona, and we would consider staying here again in the future.

We loved our 6-day stay for fall break!! Bill was a great host and communicative, check in and check out were easy, and I appreciated the extra info he provided on things to do. You really can’t ask for a better location and we spent a lot of time outside as the yard is amazing. The inside is cozy and cabin like just like the pictures show and well stocked with dishes, utensils, and games/DVDs. The kids loved the swing and the treehouse and I loved the fire pit and relaxing waterfall. There is one neighbor at the end of the street who wouldn’t let us go down a path to get to the creek and her house was not even on the creek. I understand not wanting a bunch of people from the RV park by your house but she should not act like she owns the street, the forest and the creek to someone who is paying to stay in a house in that neighborhood. They literally put a no trespassing sign and chain across the street. That is not Bill’s fault so 5 stars for him and his place! It just would have been nice to have an easier way to access the creek and to feel welcome.

We were trying to escape the Phoenix heat in August while viditing from the east coast. The cabin was a lovely retreat. Near Oak creek, with nice yard and lots of lovely big trees for shade. It was nice to be outside but not in direct sun. The home is very comfy. We only spent a couple of days and ate at many delicious restaurants but this would be a good home to be able to shop and prepare food for the family (a grill is provided). Very close to Sedona shopping and restaurants. Bill, the owner, is incredibly helpful and informative. Nice to have someone responsive and able to help if anything comes into question. We loved the cabin and Sedona!

We celebrated our anniversary with our family and really enjoyed the property and the creek. The home was well equipped although we spent most of our time outside enjoying the weather. The host was so kind and communicated so well. He had a great local guide available when you check in and his email was extremely detailed. We look forward to visiting again.

This house is a quiet oasis from the bustle of Sedona. We didn’t realize we were going during peak seasons and everywhere was crowded so being able to come back to the house and play in the yard or meander along the creek was a welcome getaway. Inside the house is a little dated but seeing as the yard was so lovely and fun (kids spent hours on the swing and in the treehouse) we really didn’t spend much time inside. The host checking in bwith us upon arrival and was easy to get in touch with about trails and restaurants recommendations. If we ever head back that direction, we’d stay at this house again’

This was an awesome cabin to stay in and a great location to all your needs in Sedona! It was very cozy inside and gave the feeling that you are truly camping out in the woods. Everything worked great and there is plenty of space for a group of 4.

Vicinity to shops, great food, the creek, and trails is unbeatable. Property manager/owner was helpful and readily available. House/cabin was warm and cozy and quiet. House was immaculately clean and all appliances were modern and easy to use. Kids love the treehouse and swing.

We loved this well equipped home for a long weekend. The kids enjoyed the tree fort and swing and the adults enjoyed the fire pit and sounds of the creek. We walked to Tlaquepaque and took a very short drive to trail heads.

Not as shown, poor communication, sad experience
In all the years I’ve used vrbo and home rentals if I wouldn’t have considered going back I usually just wouldn’t review the place this will be the first time I’ve ever had to leave a negative review and it’s very upsetting we don’t get to get way very Often and we are a family of 5 with young&teen kiddos this rental was expensive but seemed priced ok for the area but we are still talking spending my monthly mortgage on two nights that’s a big decision and a lot for our family but based on the reviews and photos I felt assured this would be great for our family , long story short all the “bill’s communication was great” reviews, I sadly didn’t experience as he chose to only message me one time during our stay and not agin until after we were completely gone! I knew the property was dated from the pics, No property is usually perfect and you have to get in and make your adjustments but the photos aren’t current and the bunk bed room for our girls only had a twin bed and my other daughter slept on the floor, (I did hear back from him on this after a couple hours …only time he messaged me …basically saying yah there’s no bunk bed anymore there is a brokenish wall bed you can try to use in the front room or the daybed in the loft which I knew about from another review where my son was sleeping) the main thing was the back fence to the yard was totally taken down and construction was going on 3ft from our window and yard we had men looking over at us and they started at 6:50am on Saturday our only real morning there… compression machines, nail guns, saws ….they even have a port-a potty backed to the yard they were using throughout day . I felt very uncomfortable with my daughters out there but what can we do I tried to communicate to the owner politely and was completely ignored until after check out when I received a message stating “what do you want me to do it’s been going on for months” please please tell people and be honest so they aren’t stuck getting into something not as advertised $1350 for two nights I could cry, I tried so hard to just make the best of it for my kids but how unfortunate!!!!! Just one other thing to note I was a little prepared based on reading a couple other reviews as I really try to research places but the level of Cobb Webs/ spiders inside and outside was more intense than I’ve ever experienced at any cabin we’ve been to It took more than an hour of going around with a broom and it was still all over especially outside.

We had an excellent visit to Sedona at Bill’s place. Convenient location to trails and shopping. Should we visit again, this would definitely be a place to enjoy again!

Pleasant place to stay for a Sedona getaway
Nice cabin in a quiet neighborhood, we were pleasantly surprised, that since this cabin is adjacent to a RV park, it might be noisy, but it was very quiet. Location is great because it is an easy walk into town, which is ideal because Sedona car traffic is quite heavy! Cabin is stocked with all the necessities. Bill, the owner, was good with communication and was helpful with suggestions or answers to any questions.

Perfection
Landscaped beautifully. Quiet and private. Perfect for what we wanted..we will come back to unwind and regroup.

Relaxing cabin
This cabin is a great escape from what's become a very overcrowded town of Sedona (compared to 10-20 years ago). The cabin is just a ten minute walk to the Tlaquepaque shopping area, but hidden away and near the creek gives the cabin the feeling of a retreat.
The lawn and firepit area are great spaces to use (compared to a condo or hotel where you just have your room). The cabin itself is 'cozy' but fit the five of us just fine. To be honest, you come to Sedona to enjoy the beautiful town and trails. We were out exploring most of the day but loved coming back to this quiet spot to eat and unwind.
The cabin is stocked with everything that you need. Extra bonus is the books and maps about the Sedona area that the owner has on hand for your use.
Bill is a great host - checking in frequently during the stay to make sure everything was ok and offering advice to make the most of our trip.

Amazing location & well stocked property
We enjoyed the cabin very much. Location is perfect. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. Also very close to popular hiking trails.
This property was good for us because we prefer to cook while traveling (kitchen has everything you need), plenty of quiet, outdoor space & being able to walk to town and not deal with Sedona traffic; while being only few miles to great hiking.
Great host who responded quickly to all my questions (even though he had sent the info earlier and I just missed those emails :)

Sedona Spring Break 2022
If you’re looking for a house that accommodates families/small groups/couples getaway… this is the spot! Located walking distance to town, Oak Creek, trails and beautiful scenery!! The house is comfortable and convenient! The tree house & rope swing was a HUGE hit! We ordered groceries through Instacart before we got to the house & had it delivered! Bill was always in communication and very accommodating, we will be back!

Great location! Exactly as advertised.
This property was exactly as advertised and what we were looking for in order to escape the heat for a few days. Great location near hiking, shopping/restaurants and with creek access. The treehouse, swing and fire pit were highlights for the kids.

Great spot
Really nice place in Sedona next to Oak Creek. Just a short walk to a few public access areas of the creek with tons of nature and cool swimming water. Bill was very responsive and check in was a breeze. Nice cabin with man made water fall, tree house, swing and fire pit in the front. Plenty to do in the area and the kids had fun during our time!
