Dieses umgebaute Lake Lanier Haus ist der perfekte Ort für Ihren Urlaub in Lake Lanier. Die Renovierung wurde 2014 abgeschlossen und der Outdoor-Küchenpavillon im März 2016. Diese am Wasser gelegene Unterkunft befindet sich in einer riesigen Bucht und bietet von fast jedem Zimmer aus einen Blick auf den See. Das Haus verfügt über eine große, private Anlegestelle mit Partydeck in einer ruhigen Gegend des Sees in Gainesville - sitzen Sie im Schatten unten oder oben und genießen Sie die Sonne.
Dieses fabelhafte Haus am Lake Lanier wurde wegen der tollen Aussicht und dem idealen Ort am See gekauft. Es ist gut geeignet für einen Familienurlaub, Familientreffen oder sogar zwei oder drei Familien zusammen zu bleiben. Das Anwesen ist nur ein paar Schritte zum Dock und See, und die Rasenfläche fällt sanft zum Wasser ab. Das Haus liegt günstig zum Einkaufen und Restaurants in Gainesville. Lake Lanier Islands Resort und Wasserpark ist ca. 25 Minuten entfernt.
Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer (siehe unten) und 3 Badezimmer und ein WC. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer auf der Hauptebene und die anderen 3 sind im Obergeschoss. Zwei der 4 Schlafzimmer öffnen sich auf die obere Terrasse und haben einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See. Sie können Leute beobachten, skifahren oder angeln oder vom Haus aus angeln oder den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über große Fenster mit Blick auf den See. Die Küche und der Essbereich bieten Platz für 10 Personen zum Abendessen. Auf der Terrasse gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten.

Auf dem Dock können Sie sitzen und die Sonne am oberen Teil des großen Partydocks genießen oder unten für mehr Schatten oder Angeln bleiben. Day 1 was not good in that we were told we could check in at 2 pm, but shortly after the landlord/realtor arrived to come inside and take pics of broken shades. Then the lawncare crew arrives. Extremely loud and asking my parents to go inside so they can blow the grass they are edging around the property. This should have all been done prior to our arrival. I then had to clean a pile of trash off the shoreline, busted floats, alcohol bottles, a tampon....gross. We informed the realtor to be sure the grill was fiull of gas, it was, but it hadnt been cleaned in years, it took us an hour to take it apart and clean it before we could light it and then when we tried the stove inside there was no propane. The stove didnt work at all. The next morning we called the renter and they said they were aware the propane was low & switched the reserve tank on for us. That also should have all been done before arrival. Last thing we did not care for was that the renter said they own the house next door and it was vacant so her family decided to stay there & it truly felt as if we were being babysat on our vacation that we spent a lot of money for. The property is beautiful and this cove & dock are perfect for a great time on the lake. The following days were very enjoyable and I would recommend renting this gorgeous property, I would just ask the rentor to have these things managed better and ensure the rentee does not have all of these frustrations on day 1.

This property is well maintained and the very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The view is amazing and we enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. It was an unforgettable week for celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday! We hope to make it an annual tradition.

We have stayed in this home once before and found the home to be well maintained and perfect for our growing family. Ideally located very near where I grew up so that our family can use the spillover space at the rental to ease some of the hosting our Mom used to have to do.

We were a family of 10 (from 70 to 3 years old) gather for the holidays on this beautiful lake house. Property was clean and spacious, kitchen well equipped, the bedroom on the first floor was perfect for us, the oldest, while the youngest stayed upstairs, everyone enjoy the house and the beautiful backyard, nice firepit and very beautiful sunset. Location is great, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and church, but once you get to the house you feel like you are far away, in a very peaceful
place. Good communication with the host, easy check in and check out. I will love to rent this place again in the future, perhaps in summer time to enjoy the lake.

This house and neighborhood really fit our needs. We always have a family Thanksgiving in Gainesville and this is the best house we have stayed in. The double ovens are great for Thanksgiving cooking needs, the half bath in the laundry room comes in handy too, and the big dining table was perfect for our family to gather around for the big meal. Joni was very easy to communicate with and the view on the lake was beautiful. Highly recommend!

This is our second year staying at this property to attend the Divine Conference hosted by Free Chapel and it was again, a wonderful experience and stay. Joni is a fantastic host and immediately answered any questions we had. The house has direct lake access, which was very peaceful because of the house's location. Sitting outside with a coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine in the evenings was so lovely and tranquil. We also took advantage of the firepit as we enjoyed the weather and watched the stars You will not be disappointed with the property!! Thanks Joni for a great stay... we will see you next year!

The house was perfect for our girls trip. It had more than enough room for 5 ladies (6 were planned). We loved the lake view and spending time outdoors on the dock, front and back patios, and at the firepit. The owners even left us firewood with a starter log. Gainesville is close enough for anything needed (restaurants, groceries, etc.). We would definitely stay here again.

The house is as described and everything was in very good condition and very clean. The dock is very close to the house and also in nice shape. While we were there we had very little boat traffic. Joni was very quick to respond to questions. We had a great time and would definitely rent again.

Wonderful, relaxing vacation! Great time with our adult children. Great location, very easy access to shopping and entertainment. Lake access was just steps outside the back door. We rented a boat one day and enjoyed kayaking and floating the other days.

Property was great for our large Family gathering. Awesome Lake views and double decker dock on a quite cove. Great outdoor kitchen and fire pit with gentle slope to dock. Plenty of parking with well maintained grounds. Comfortable bedrooms, nice bathrooms and open seating areas. Loved the large dining table, adjacent kitchen and laundry room. Worked out great for our Family and would definitely recommend to others. Would book again next time we come back to Lake Lanier.

We did a staycation with our family - Most of us live within 40 miles of the property. PreThanksgiving week here was a perfect choice for our family -We had plenty of room and the outdoor fire pit allowed us to hang out as well - The house is at the end of a dead end road so it stayed really quite.

The house and location was perfect for our large family over Thanksgiving. We rented the main house as well as the guest house, which accomodated our large family. Close enough to visit Dahlonega, Georgia State Parks, Atlanta Botanical Garden, Gainesville and of course several grocery stores. We look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean, easy! What more can you ask for? This place is in a beautiful setting on the lake. Windows on back side of house provide beautiful views of the lake. Geese, ducks, herons, and maybe an eagle were part of the natural beauty. We enjoyed a very relaxing stay here and it's very convenient to Gainesville for restaurants and grocery stores. Very easy and intuitive home. No clutter to shift around to make room for your things. Easy to find lights, fan controls, operate everything in kitchen. Very nice lay-out with many gathering areas. Our family enjoyed our stay here. It was just the restful weekend we all needed. Highly recommend.

We have rented many times over the years and this location was overall the best. House was very clean, great layout with a wonderful view of the lake, a quality dock, great bbq are, etc. Will likely rent this one again.

This property is BEAUTIFUL! An added bonus were the deer roaming the property. It was pretty common to see them frequently throughout the day. The sunsets in the evening were beautiful! The house was perfect for children and adults. Our 7 and 5 year grandchildren loved running and playing in the yard and the youngest just turned a year old and enjoyed playing with her toys in the common space downstairs. Having the master suite downstairs is great for anyone who has mobility issues and the walk to the lake from this house is an easy grade. Kitchen if fully equipped. We have family in the area and they also really enjoyed coming to visit us and have dinner with us. We will definitely like to stay here again in the future. Next time we will look at renting a pontoon boat for a day. We did spend one of the days in Helen enjoying the town which was an easy drive from the house.

Booking and communication were fantastic! First, the online pictures and descriptions were completely accurate. If you are looking for a great spot on the water this is it. The house is in a cove, not at all in a busy area so swim right off of the dock. The dock itself comfortably fit a large pontoon and deck boat and had room for our paddleboards and fishing gear. It was an easy walk to the dock from the house. Nice fire pit and grill area which we put to good use. Kitchen has everything you need. It was very comfortable for ten people for a week and I would definitely recommend this location. Added bonus were all of the deer we saw in the front yard. Thank you for sharing your home!

Making Memories!
This was our second time staying at this property. I believe this is one of the best spots on the lake! The house is perfect for a group of 8-10, and the lot/dock are outstanding. My parents (in their 80's), really enjoyed the easy walk to the dock and the beautiful shady breeze. We had plenty of space for outdoor BBQ's, Cornhole tournaments and other family fun. Joni was very responsive and accommodating. We can't wait to book again for next summer!

Perfect long weekend with 2 families
This property is exactly what we were looking for. Very well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill area; we never went out to eat. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and easily could’ve had 2 more people. The dock is wonderful; we didn’t use the upper level of it but certainly appreciated the shade from it on the spacious lower level dock. It’s in a peaceful cove with long water views and a spacious boat slip with about 5-8ft of water all around it. Everything was very clean. Plenty of parking space. It’s in a great location, 10-15 minutes from groceries, tackle shop, and public boat ramp. I’m sure there’s plenty to do in town but we loved the house with its views, kitchen, quick short walk down the yard (on a bit of a hill but our 2 year old did just fine walking it) to the dock, and fire pit. The upstairs has a sitting area and table and its own deck so if you’re sharing the property with another family there is plenty of space. The water was about 75 degrees in late April so a bit cool for swimming but the location would be perfect for it in the summer without worrying about a bunch of boats running by. Overall just great, and easy checkout instructions. 10/10 would stay here again.

This home more than lived up to our expectations. Perfect kitchen for family meals, beautiful yard and amenities for enjoying fresh air and sunshine, and everything in between. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. We will definitely be back!!

Great spacious & comfortable
Recommend this home, its perfect for hanging out with the family or friends, we had total of 6 adults, never felt crowded, actually felt like home with plenty of space inside and outside with its porche, deck and outdoor kitchen. Host is friendly and attentive. All went smooth. I would stay her again.
