the location for us was fabulous. The house was really roomy, and the parking was brilliant. the decor is modern, really good showers.

The property was very nice, cosy and comfortable to stay in it have everything a family needs and great size for families with young children who needs space to run around and release the extra energy.
Lovely garden for children's to play around had 2 living room space to give grownups some space to relax and watch t.v peaceful.
I would recommend this place to other families to live in.

The garden was great. Location is good. showers are really nice especially the bedroom with ensuite. The airport is close by so the children enjoyed watching the planes fly overhead throughout the day.
Downstairs TV in the lounge has no Freeview aerial. Not enough cutlery and utensils in the kitchen for a big family. A few more cooking pots required. No cupboard space to store any food. A washing line of some sort in the garden would be very useful along with a washing machine for longer stays.

Only 1 mirror for the whole house (minus the bathroom) and the rooms were really light as soon as the sun came up which meant we didn’t get a lot of sleep - recommend some sort of black out or at least curtain.

*Great location as we visited the NEC, Tamworth Snowdome, Drayton Manor Park and Birmingham Indoor Arena. All less than half an hour away.
*It was very clean and spacious.
*Heating and hot water was efficient.
*Ample car parking.
*We were a party of 6 in a self catering property but there was only 3 forks and 3 desert spoons.
*Only one room had any hanging space so had to live out of suitcases.
*Could do with somewhere to hang coats and also hooks in bathrooms.

The property was a good location for us as we were going to Drayton Manor theme park. All rooms were nice and comfy. Adam was on hand if needed and very helpful when we arrived.
There needs to be somewhere to put your clothes in the bedroom…. So if not enough space for a wardrobe then maybe a clothes rail?
The kitchen needs more utensils etc, oven gloves, kitchen roll, baking trays, enough cups/plates/glasses for everyone.

Spent Xmas with my family here and enjoyed every minute of it.
Clean. Quiet. Modern. It was everything I needed.
The property owner was spot on and very local in case of any issues (we had none but he let us know he was close had we needed anything)

Highly recommend and possibly will be staying again if I get the need. Would stay tomorrow if I needed too, happily . Truly lovely property.
