The property was very clean, and the layout was very appealing, as we could all have our own rooms and restrooms for the most part. The neighborhood was quiet, amazing sunsets could be seen from the balconies, and everyone who worked and lived there was friendly. We loved the location of this property as it was in the middle of the community and made it easy to access the beach, pool, jacuzzi, shuffleboards, and the road out of the community. The host was very communicative and responsive. Her instructions and recommendations added extra stops to our trip, which made it all the more memorable.

Gaviotas is a lovely community and this was a great property for our extended family. There was good separation for adults to stay away from our 2 year old who joined the trip. The hosts were very helpful and communicative. The property itself is a little more updated than the photos seem to show (or maybe lighting is more favorable in person, it’s a very cozy home), and there are thoughtful additions for visitors (like tennis rackets and some beach chairs). Would love to return!

My friends and I stayed at this beautiful home in Las Gaviotas. Joy was very responsive and had everything ready for us upon arrival.
There were 5 adults that stayed here and plenty of room. Perfect for multiple couples who need space.
The beds were comfortable and house was stocked with all the essentials. The patios and location to the pool was great.
Last but not least you can't beat the amenities and food at the pool during the weekends.
This home is definitely recommended as I will book this again in the future.

We were looking for a home that could accommodate two families with kids under 14. This property has plenty of space. The casita is a big bonus. Loved the garden out back and the balconies where you can take in the amazing ocean views. Well placed in a nicely maintained private community. The house has good amenities. Recommend they add a drying line out back for bathing suits and towels plus hooks or towel rail in the casita. We had a minor maintenance problem and the property manager was responsive. The issue was fixed promptly. Overall this property is great and the area is fun to explore.

Loved the early check in at noon! The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The only bummer is that the property does not allow children in the jacuzzi and the pool is a little chilly, but the private beach makes up for it.

House is clean. The layout is interesting but works. Interior has an old Mex vibe. They could use a few more lights for the evenings. Would love it if the beds were a little bigger . My group has a few of us that are 6'4"

Joy promptly answered all of our questions and made our trip logistics easy and flawless.
The house is super close to the water and has plenty of space for 4 couples. The house was clean and well equipped—we appreciated the space heaters and extra blankets. We can’t wait to come back!

Also has plenty of entertainment in and around the property with the pool, small beach, shuffle board and surfing. We stayed for a long Labor Day weekend and the community was fully occupied. As such, the power went out to the entire community on a Sunday morning and Joy was available as soon as we texted her regarding the outage. She made it very easy and stress free for the inconvenience. Power was back on in less than an hour thanks to the security and staff at Las Gaviotas. All in all, a wonderful weekend that we all can't wait to repeat.
