👍 this paradise deserves a six star review. The resort is built in the middle of a dense forest. So you are literally immersed in a therapeutic trance of water running, birds chirping and critters singing all day and night. The basic room is luxury in size, with a garden separating the ensuite toilet shower. The breakfast, lunch and dinner can be adjusted to your dietary requirements. There's a chemical free swimming pool that uses water from the mountains. Then there's a natural pool with water directly flowing down from the mountains. Ashley, the resort manager, has a heart of gold and he leads a team who will contort themselves to attend to your needs. The staff were just common village girls and boys, and they deliver friendly yet professional quality service, considering their humble beginnings. So tip them generously. Dilan, the massage therapist does a massage truly reflecting Sri Lanka's spirit -- relaxed, gentle and yet to the point. After the massage, you can use the wet and dry sauna. If you are keen to try Ayurvedic treatment, simply ask. It's a perfect getaway from city hustle bustle and paparazzi. A sanctuary for the soul. A place to heal your spirit.

The creaking bed

Everything! It’s hidden in the middle of the nature next to a beautiful river. The interior and architecture of the accommodation blend beautifully in the green area. You’re really in the nature, with plants, bushes, creeks, trees and cute animals sticking out everywhere. At the same time you have all the conveniences of a luxurious and gorgeously designed lodge. Just as the place itself, the surrounding area is amazing. There are stunning waterfalls and river spots nearby. Walking around is convenient as there are barely any cars on the roads. The staff is amazing. Helpful and kind in a serene way. Honestly the best place we stayed at in Sri Lanka, wished we could stay longer. We hope to come back. Visit it now before it becomes too popular.

Leider wird der Müll nicht recycelt und Plastik wird nach wie vor im Dschungel verbrannt. Hier könnte das Haus mit gutem Beispiel vorangehen und dem Begriff Eco im Namen gerecht werden.

1. Персонал немного невнимателен, ошиблись с заказом. Также вайфай настраивали в нашей вилле при нас, что мешало сделать это перед заездом гостей? 2. Холодный бассейн. У нас вилла стояла в тени, и вода в бассейне не прогревалась. Мы в нем пытались поплавать, в итоге ничего не вышло, очень холодно. Ну и просто отмечу, что это джунгли и насекомые вам в номере обеспечены)
