Dies ist ein tolles Ferienhaus am perfekten Poe Creek! Das Haus verfügt über 3 Etagen mit toller Aussicht auf jeder Etage. Eine Renovierung und Ergänzung wurde gerade am Haus Mai 2016 abgeschlossen.
24 ft 2006 Bentley Pontonboot mit 90 PS Mercury Motor zu vermieten. Platz für 10 Erwachsene bequem, zwei Kapitänsstühle vorne. Lokale Verleihe kosten zwischen 1400 und 1550 US-Dollar pro Woche. Dieses Boot ist für 1.000 US-Dollar pro Woche erhältlich und am Dock, wenn Sie dort ankommen! Der Bootsverleih ist von April bis November verfügbar.
MAIN FLOOR ist ein offener Grundriss mit einem 47-Zoll-LCD-Fernseher, einem Blu-ray-Player, einem offenen Familienzimmer, einer aktualisierten Küche, einem Vollbad und 2 Schlafzimmern (beide mit Queensize-Betten). Der Hauptdeckbereich neben dem Haus befindet sich auf dieser Etage und ist 46 m² groß und mit einer Veranda und einem Gasgrill abgeschirmt.
UPSTAIRS: Hat 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Vollbad. Der Meister hat einen schönen Blick auf den See mit einem Doppelbett. Das andere Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für 6 Personen in Etagenbetten.
KELLER: Verfügt über einen Billardtisch mit einer umwandelbaren Tischtennisplatte, einen großen Flachbildfernseher, eine Blu-ray-DVD, einen großen Lederschnitt, 1 Schlafzimmer, ein Vollbad und eine Waschküche. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett.
AUSSEN: Der Garten hat einen eingezäunten Garten, der ideal für kleine Kinder oder Haustiere ist. Das Bootshaus wurde im März 2017 umgebaut. Das Bootshaus verfügt über einen überdachten Bereich mit zwei Bootsliften und einer seitlichen Rutsche, um ein drittes Boot oder einen Jetski anzubinden. Es gibt 3 Kajaks. Der Bootslift und die Kajaks stehen zur Verfügung. Das Hauptdeck auf der unteren Ebene ist geräumig und verfügt über einen überdachten Picknicktisch und ein Sprungbrett. Der Badebereich ist privat und wird vom Nachbargrundstück vor Booten geschützt. Our families 2nd year at this beautiful property. We all loved the newer pontoon boat and the kids jumped off the diving board and the top of the boat house non stop all week. We have already booked here for next summer.

We stayed there for a week in 2023 and again this year. It meets all of our needs. The screened in front porch is stellar and we ate several meals there. We love the dock and sitting on top. There are no negatives for our fishing and golfing crew.

Really liked the layout of the house with 2 bedrooms on each floor. Great view from the living room and can imagine how fun the property is in warm weather. We still enjoyed ourselves on a rainy weekend in January. More parking than we expected as well.

We rent this property every year and it is always incredibly relaxing and perfect. The home is warm and inviting, spotlessly clean, and well stocked for everything we need. The kids always have a ball swimming, floating, fishing and paddle boarding. Thank you again for another exceptional family gathering- this home always makes it so special!

This place was perfect. It had everything and more. Beautiful house accommodations, everything you needed was available, lake was clean and warm, diving board, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. We could not have thought of anything to say negative about our stay. PERFECT!!

Our family loves this home in Poe Creek Cove! The house was clean and equipped with everything our family needed for the week. The location was perfect for swimming, jumping into the lake and riding jet skis. The owners were responsive and left very clear instructions. Our family of 10 had a perfect week at the lake!

The home was perfect for our inaugural three generation family vacation that included 8 adults, 1 teen, a 3 yr old, and 4 children under 3 including a newborn. We did have 2 disappointments in that a spa/whirlpool/hot tub was not an on-site amenity nor was there a sandy beach. The kitchen sink was very difficult/tricky to completely turn off and should be attended to considering the sensitivity of the septic. But truly, it is a lovely property, spotlessly cleaned, and very comfortable! We also enjoyed the 2 paddle boards (included with the kayaks) and we rented the pontoon boat from the owners as well. The boat was perfect for our family, too! Nearby Goat Island provided the sandy beach we wanted for our littlest people; be sure to visit there during your stay!

I can't say enough good things about this property. From the moment we walked in, we knew this was going to be a great week. Our three tweens were even more excited. They loved the ping pong table/pool table, as well as the arcade game. We all enjoyed the screened porch and ate many meals out there. The boat dock had a picnic table as well as additional chairs for relaxing by the water and watching kids play on the floating mat and jumping from the second level of the dock. The house was located in a very nice cove and had ample room for us to feel comfortable swimming. Mary was quick to answer our questions. This home had many small touches that gave the feeling of staying in someone's home. We look forward to our visit next year.

We had a great time. Our family have been here three times and we love it. So well equipped. Love the screened porch!!! All of the kids had fun tubing, skiing and kayaking. The playroom with the ping pong and pool table was great too. The owners were so responsive if we needed anything. Can’t wait to come back.

The property was perfect for our annual family vacation! The downstairs area with pool table/ping pong and arcade game kept the teenagers occupied when the weather kept us inside. When the weather was nice, the paddle boards and kayaks were a favorite of the adults and teenagers. The house has many areas to gather. The screened in porch was a favorite spot for everyone to sit and relax and the outside firepit with chairs was a favorite for making s’mores. The owners were great to work with and we would definitely rent this house again.

Our church life group (6 married couples) visited for our annual weekend getaway without any children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What really made
It a wonderful house was not only was it well appointed and clean, but the details were thought of. Lots of books and magazines around, a few games and DVDs, each room had a sound machine, cabinets and light switches were well labeled, hair dryers with diffusers in each bathroom, and everything was in perfect working order. We also enjoyed the fact that the living rooms, dining table, and outdoor seating areas could support the number of people it slept. All too often we can find a house to sleep 12 but then the dining table or couches only seats half that number. We retreat for the weekend to enjoy each other’s company and dine as a family which means being able to sit together it important to us. The house even had a packnplay and toddler booster seat which was a nice touch for those bringing kids.
We also really loved the heart of the owners and the fact that they choose a charitable organization each year to support. Many of us have supported Compassion International and loved knowing the owners were helping support CI with the proceeds of this house. What an amazing testimony! Many thanks to an enjoyable and comfortable trip where many memories were made!

This house was fantastic top to bottom! It was very clean, organized, had plenty of space for our group and the kitchen had every utensil & device we needed! The living room had plenty of videos and puzzles & the pool table was a hit. The only downside was that it was too cold to be outside or on the lake. We hope to come back in warmer weather. You won't be disappointed in your stay.

This is our second time at this home. It is terrific. We love that it has 6 bedrooms . The one feature too that the kids love is the ping pong table. We have tournaments with the whole family. The porch is like an extra room on the home. This house has everything and we can't wait to get back in the summer. Love the fire pit and the pontoon boat. This home is so well equipped. Love Love it!!

We had 11 in our group,plenty of sleeping space,large kitchen with everything needed to cook,we never ate out.I rented the house to take my friends to the Lions annual seafood festival,we all had a great time.We enjoyed the pool table also.We would love to rent again next year gor the festival,but looks like it is already reserved.If you book this house,you will kot be disappointed.

Amazing!
This was a wonderful vacation because this house had so many amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and spices to cleaning supplies. It was so clean and easy to find everything because they have everything labeled. Owners were very responsive to our questions and so helpful. What a great family vacation for all of us. The splash pad was a big hit as well as the jump from the top dock. The pontoon boat was fantastic as it was there and ready to go at check in. Thank you for giving us great memories!!!

Relaxing siblings vacation
Renting this property was easy no hassle no back and forth. Put in for it didn’t take long for owners to get back in touch with and approved answer. Every thing went smoothly. Nice big place to enjoy family with enough rooms. Great views great fishing spot. Owners are great even though we never meet. Loved just sitting on screened in deck watching boats passing by. You would love it here. Check it out. We will be returning in future.

Communications with the owner was excellent. Being able to rent the pontoon at the same location is a plus you don’t find at many rentals. Great water levels off the dock and cove is a great place to ski and tube and very close to main lake

Great Lake Front Home!
We had a great stay at this property. What made the stay was renting the pontoon boat for the week as we took it out multiple times daily. We had 5 adults and 4 kids with us and never felt overly crowded. Screened in porch is great and we had most of our meals there. Fire pit space was a good size with ample seating. The pictures they provide do not do it justice, much better in person. We would definitely stay here again. The location halfway down the cove provided calming waters and the evening cruises to watch the sunset were remarkable.

1st Lakehouse Vacation
I can't find all the words to describe how amazing this trip was. My entire family loved it. My kids won't stop talking about it. Everyone is already talking about returning. The online pictures really does not do the house any justice. It is nice in pics but so much nicer in person. I will be recommending this place to others, for sure. Communication with the property manager was great. She responded quickly to any and all questions.

Great Getaway
We were so happy with this rental property. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to use the kayaks and loved hanging out in the spirng sun on the upper boat deck. The fire pit area was also great! Thank you!
