Cristina’s property was simply amazing. It had everything and more needed for a fun filled lake weekend, even in the winter! The beds were so comfortable and the house was very clean. Cristina was an excellent communicator and very helpful. I would recommend this house to anyone and stay again myself!

We arrived late on our check-in date after a long, traffic-filled drive from NJ. My family was tired and cranky...until we saw this house. It was everything we expected and more. The entire vibe was cheery and welcoming, and had a beautiful view of the lake. I am a self-admitted clean freak and this house just felt 'clean' from the moment we arrived. My three teens loved the pool table and other games, they were a huge plus. In addition, Cristina was easy to reach and very quick to answer our questions Overall, I would recommend this gem of a lakehouse!

Really nice size, layout, and location for our family. We had 3 couples, a single adult and a child, and it worked out perfectly. Everything was in working order, clean, and comfortable.
Communications with the property manager were the best we've had with any rental property. Highly recommended. We would definitely say here again.

We have been coming to Lake Gaston for the past couple of years and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed. It was so clean and everything was so beautifully decorated.
One thing we look for each year in a house is a table to seat all of us(11) for meals and a nice dock for fun at the lake. This house has both! It is also close to a grocery store.
We loved our stay hope to return.

Met our newest granddaughter (3 months) and bonded with the 2 and 4 yr olds. Lots of lap time, reading books, and paddling. A lovely setting and the house configuration was great for our needs.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! Everything you need to have a great time! Stocked kitchen, garage playground (ping pong, air hockey, exercise equipment and more). Water toys galore- paddle board, paddle boat, kayaks, floats, noodles, chairs and life jackets! We had a family of 9 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone!
Nice big kitchen with large table and bar stools, three outdoor decks, gas and charcoal grill, and absolutely beautiful lakefront! The water is about 8 ft deep off the dock!
Also, Cristina is the best host we’ve had in the 10+ years we’ve been visiting the lake. She must sit by her phone and wait for your messages because she gets back to you immediately and makes everything from check in to check out super easy

We really enjoyed our week at the house and use of the boat slips to store our pontoon and jet ski! It was so convenient after we finished our days out on the lake to just pull up and hop off for the short walk to the house. Loved all the amenities, this house has just about anything you can think of for a great vacation home.

Indoor property was very clean. Amenities listed were all there. Great property for families or groups with children and teens. There are many amenities and games to keep them entertained. One thing to note. There are stairs to the main level entrance on the left. I didn’t notice that when booking. Since one of our guests just had a knee replacement that was not easy for her to get to the main level. That was my fault for not reading the description closely. The walk to the pier is short and there’s a great walkway and plenty of lighting for enjoying the fire pit and pier in the evening. We had a great experience and our hostess was excellent in answering our questions. Would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Lakeside Leisure. The property was very clean and recently updated. Ideal location on the lake, near a large cove that provided a great place to swim, kayak, and tube.
The kids in the group really enjoyed the garage with foosball, air hockey, and ping pong.
Highly recommend staying at Lakeside Leisure!

This is the first time, in 5 years, we found a vacation rental that we would revisit for future trips. Cristina was by far the best host we have had and the accommodations were better than advertised.
If you are tired of being over promised and underwhelmed, we recommend Cristina and this property on Lake Gaston!

We had a great stay and the house/amenities were perfect. There were six of us and three boats/trailers. The private launch and spacious dock made getting on the water super easy. Electric hookups at the dock area allowed us to leave the boats in the water while charging our batteries which was a huge convenience. Overall it was one of our best fishing destination houses with great bathrooms/showers, kitchen area, hangout areas, spacious parking, and centrally located on the lake. Thank you for a great, memorable week…hopefully we’ll be back in our rotation of lake trips!

I have stayed at this house every spring and fall for seven (?) years for vacation and fishing tournaments. Community boat dock 100 yards. Covered slip at powered dock. Room for three Rangers. One hundred foot walk on medium slope from house to dock, not a killer. Room for three trucks & trailers if one is detached. Interior recently remodeled and it has all new baths, laundry and kitchen, fresh paint, great lighting. Very well equipped. Never wanted for anything. Two kitchens; one in basement no oven but micro and toaster oven. Great coffee makers. While we do not use them generally, there is nice pool table, foosball, ping pong, air hockey, weights. kayaks, lots of TVs and great internet, so there is plenty to keep them busy. Christina, the owner, put her heart into making this a fabulous find!

My family and I have vacationed at Lakeside Leisure every other year for the past 8 years. We had a wonderful time. We kayaked, swam, tried out the stand up paddle board, played pool, air hockey and ping pong. It was a blast! Thanks for sharing your wonderful house with us. We will be back!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this house! Cristina was communicative and easy to work with before and during our stay. We usually leave a house cleaner than we found it—that would be hard to do here since the house was immaculate on arrival!! There were thoughtful touches throughout—laundry hampers, tons of hooks and racks for towels, jackets, or wet bathing suits. The location was convenient to everything yet quiet. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property was very comfortable, guests could space out lots of room, lots of amenities, pool table, ping-pong, air hockey. Kayaks, paddle board, floats added to the lake fun. Firepit was a great way to view the stars and wind down the day with a glass of wine. Just a great lakefront home to relax and play as your heart desires. Premier host was very attentive, we wanted for nothing. Thank you Chris!

From the moment we walked into this beautifully renovated and decorated home, we knew our family would enjoy its comfort and amenities. The floor plan worked great for a couple and two other families with children. The quiet cove was great for small children to swim, paddle board and kayak. As advertised there’s a lot of fun things to keep children occupied rain or shine. The garage with game tables is a great separate space. There’s plenty of storage, great kitchens, 3 refrigerators for feeding a crowd and great new full size washer and dryer to handle all the wet towels and swimsuits. Groceries, boat rental, a great new bakery and more are very convenient and everyone there was so friendly. I can’t compliment the owner enough for all the attention to details and the kind timely communication. It’s obvious that she finds joy in renters having fun and making memories and that we did!

Property manager was available for any questions, house was spacious, clean, and so nicely decorated, there was something for everyone… board games, pool table, kayaks and other water toys, air hockey and other games in garage. Awesome location in a cove. Would definitely recommend!!

The property has been remodeled since our last visit and we loved all the new decorations. We have stayed at this property several times and we love it there. Always clean and a beautiful view. Easy access to our boat and to the lake. We will be there again next year for another two weeks.

Wonderful home!
This home was beautiful and perfect for us, our adult children and 2 grandkids. Christina was an amazing host! I felt very comfortable messaging her and she kept us up to date for anything going on. My 4 yo grandson had a blast catching lightening bugs and making stores at the firepit. The house had absolutely everything we needed and we can't wait to come back and spend our vacation there again!!!

Absolutely great place
Love the house layout and location. Very clean and definitely gives you that home away from home feel. The boat launch is literally next door and easy to get a trailer down. Cristina is an absolute pleasure to work with and always picks up the phone or immediately gets back to you. At no point did we feel we were "just customers in someone elses home". Definitely felt like it was ours for the week. The only knock I would give is that a couple of the mattresses could be better. All in all an excellent stay which I can't say enough good things about and we are definitely looking forward to coming back.
