3 bed Ptarmigan condo with great amenities - Shared hot tub / Pools / Whitefish Lake access
*** Umbau abgeschlossen im Frühjahr 2019 **** Neue Türen, Zierleisten, Klimaanlage, Möbel und Entfernen des Holzofens, um den Wohnbereich geräumiger zu machen !! Diese 2 Schlafzimmer plus Loft-Wohnung wurde in den letzten Jahren renoviert und verfügt über viele Upgrades einschließlich aufgerüsteten Boden, Schränke und Geräte. Die Wohnung selbst bietet Platz für 6 Personen und ist perfekt für Ihren Urlaub in Whitefish. Hauptebene ist das Wohnzimmer, kleiner Esstisch, Küche und gemeinsame Veranda. Queen-Bett im Dachgeschoss. Twin Kojen und Queen Schlafzimmer in der unteren Ebene mit Vollbad (Duschkabine). Die Wohnung befindet sich in Ptarmigan Village Community, die perfekt zwischen der Innenstadt von Whitefish und dem Skigebiet Whitefish Mountain Resort gelegen ist. Es gibt auch ein kleines gemeinsames Deck. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten des Ptarmigan gehören: Innen- / Außenpools und ein Whirlpool im Freien, Zugang zum Whitefish Lake Beach, Tennisplätze, ein Fischteich und Wanderwege.

We loved our stay here! Perfect location to enjoy Montana mountains and the amenities at Ptarmigan Village are great. This house was great for us and our four kids.

It was good enough. Not bad, but not great. We booked late and there wasn’t many options. Place was small, no real usable outdoor space. Beds ok. Downstairs shower was tiny, mostly used main shower, which for 4 people wasn’t ideal.Overall didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit so it worked fine.

Condo was good for 2 adult couples and 2 kids. Had a kitchen playset in the bunk room, which the kids liked. Had everything we needed, including basic spices and oil. Is about a 10 minute drive to Whitefish. There was an indoor pool but we didn’t use it because we preferred the beach in town. The outdoor pool temperature was too cool for our kids. The condo gets hardly any natural light during the day, but that’s nice at night for sleeping.

Much better value than a regular hotel. Our balcony was small and shared, which didn’t lend to relaxing there. Otherwise, it was great and I would stay there again.

There were a few things that needed fixing. Wobbly toilet downstairs, drawer on stove, no screen on patio… The patio/deck was a very strange shared space. The indoor and outdoor pools were not close enough to walk to although they were very nice! The beach was very nice too. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it. Most of our trip was back and forth to GNP west entrance which was 45 minutes each time and there was road construction on Big Mountain. It was too much driving.

We loved the condo and it was well stocked, clean and cozy. The place was perfect except a little dark. No sunshine in any of the windows or on the deck.

The place was fine, we really only slept there as our focus was being in the Glacier National Park.
My only suggestion would be to invest in new mattress for the bottom bunk and the bed in the loft. They are pretty bad mattresses.

Great for family bonding. We were able to enjoy our time together and cherish lifetime moments hiking and sharing meals after an arduous day communing with nature. The place is a sanctuary as we share laughters, reminiscing great memories and building new ones. We highly recommend the place for family trips.

This property was as advertised. The living room/dining room space is quite tight and the kitchen could use better lighting. In addition, if you are looking to do a lot of cooking, the kitchen is not very well equipped. We are a family of four, and it was really nice to have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms do not have TVs in them so that was a bit of a disappointment, as the kids like to hang out in their rooms at the end of the day and watch TV. The condo was located close to town and Glacier National Park. The kids did enjoy the outdoor and indoor pools.

We enjoyed our 5 days in this condo. Our family of 4 was comfortable. The pool and hot tub area were very nice and we enjoyed the tennis courts (although disappointing that the tennis courts a very short walk from the condo are no longer usable and appear to now be for wood storage so should probably be removed from the resort map). Had a great time at on the mountain, in Whitefish and at Glacier.

Noisy Neighbors
Friday and Saturday nights the neighbors had a celebration for the bridal party and an after wedding reception party. We could hear it throughout the condo. I was in the loft, I felt as if I were at the party. I called the number listed in the info book, they said I'd need to call the sheriff. I email the manager, she responded the following morning. She said I could have called her directly, although the direction stated that I call the after hours line. With that said I was there to hike, the hiking was very unpleasant on zero sleep.

Excellent stay at nice property
Clean and matches the description online. All 4 of us were able to comfortably sleep. Enough supplies in the kitchen to cook our own dinner. The hot tub was a great bonus too. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Mountain experience
We loved this condo and all the extra supplies (towels, t.p., paper towels, blankets, etc.). We spent many hours at the pool and their private beach on whitefish lake. Super close to the resort and downtown-it’s a gem!

Great getaway property
It’s about 20 minutes from town but it was a great place to stay! We had 2 adults and 3 teenage kids. There was little something for everyone. We used the outdoor pool and the fishing pond. The condo is a like smaller than the pictures show but we weren’t on top of each other

Great location and property but small
This is a very convenient and accommodating place for skiers. It was very clean and the communication with the manager was excellent. However the pictures posted in the listing are misleading to the actual size of the condo. It was much smaller than it appears in the pictures. It was cozy. Otherwise it is a recommended stay.

Snowboarding Trip
This was the perfect space to stay for a little snowboarding getaway with our friends. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room. It was so nice being so close to the whitefish resort and the town! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family, & if we ever make it back to whitefish, we will be booking here again!

Perfect weekend getaway!
We chose to stay here, b/c of the proximity to GNP. Due to weather issues, we didn't get to visit Glacier. We had fun at the pool/hot tub, exploring the grounds, and playing board games at the condo instead. It worked out perfectly. The residence had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. Bedrooms were comfortable. It was nice having two bathrooms. We cuddled up and enjoyed a movie too. We had a wonderful weekend. The only thing we didn't use was the loft and only b/c we didn't need it.

Great place for family
This unit was fantastic. There was more than enough space for my family of 5, and the location was perfect to get up to the mountain and into the city below, as well. GNP is only a short drive away. The private beach area is a great touch for some privacy to enjoy Whitefish lake. Highly recommended!!!

It's a small property and the pictures make it look a little larger than we thought. No problem though. We enjoyed the property but did not spend a lot of time there. Was really just for bed and showers then we were off to the lake.

Perfect for what we needed it for!
It was a very cute condo! Smaller than I expected on the inside but perfect for what we needed it for. The pools were easy to find. And the neighboring condos were spaced out just enough so it didnt feel like you were staying at a hotel.

Great Family Getaway on the Mountain
The property was as described. Our family of 6 fit fine. A little cramped at dinner time but otherwise it was great. Great location right next on the mountain and a short drive to the ski hill. My only suggestion was to put up more hooks in the property. With wet snow clothes we could find enough places to hang out stuff to dry over night.

Top notch except for creaking stairs and thin walls.
Honestly this place is just as advertised. The stairs going up to the loft creaked a little when trying to go down to main level and not wake up everyone else. The neighbors got up about 45 minutes before we wanted to, and you could hear them pretty well. LOL. no big deal.
