Six of us stayed here from Mar 19-28, 2024 on a golf trip. It has 6 well appointed bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with a pool table upstairs. There are 2 fridges in the unit along with 2 L shaped sofas. All very nice indeed. We had a comfortable stay. Tony was quick to respond. We did find a cockroach on our last day so that should be investigated. The biggest issue for us which was not resolved was the front door lock. It is faulty and we couldn't get it to lock reliably. It seemed totally random and really slowed us down creating unnecessary delays. We mentioned this to Tony and he said that he would investigate but we never heard back from him. To stay again we would want assurances that this problem was resolved. Overall really nice unit but Tony you need to get the front door lock fixed!

We had a great time staying at 102A! We love the proximity to the beach, the pool and hot tub, the large table to eat and play at, the openness of the living room area and the number of bedrooms! Our whole family fit and had the best time together! Thank you!

Had the basics. Loved the folded towels on the beds. As a germ-a-fob loved see antibacterial soaps in restrooms. Enjoyed the chill time out on patio with cool breeze and area was super close to so many activities.

Definitely would rebook this property again. Tony was awesome responding to my own oversight on where to find the parking passes . ME being a chef for 38 years i loved the lay out of the kitchen and open floor plan of the house..

We have stayed in the Myrtle Beach Villas before, the owner has done a good job decorating the place. The couch was comfortable, the appliances (tv, dishwasher, washer/dryer) seemed up to date.

Enjoyed our stay. We were a group of guys there for golf so we were not at the property much. Seems like lots of vacationers are there at this building, many doing the same thing. Rooms were all clean and host communication was great. No complaints whatsoever, lots of space and central to everything we needed to get to. Thank you!

The property was in good condition as advertised. It was conveniently located near restaurants, shops and activities. It was one block off the beach so beach access was not a problem.

Our family had a great time here! There were enough bedrooms for all 13 of us. We loved how close the condo was to the beach. I had read other reviews so I knew what to expect. We brought extra supplies for meals but I was surprised how much cookware was already there- even a crockpot. The only thing I would suggest to bring is a nonstick skillet. The ones there have seen better days. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo has everything our family of 15 needed. It was right across from the beach and walking distance to a lot of activities. The condo has plenty of space and was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and even had a crock pot.
The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by everyone and was very well maintained. Kids loved it.
The only thing you need to prepare for is the excitement because you are staying on a main strip of a beach town and people are enjoying themselves.
We would stay here again and the host Tony was every responsive and accommodating to our communications and needs.

I’ve never booked with Vrbo before but the process was easy, the owner of the property communicated well and the property was exactly as listed. Perfect experience for our vacation with multiple families and young kids.

The house is very spacious and accommodating for a large party. A very quick unobstructed all to the beach front. The owner/manager was very quick with check in instructions. . One suggestion I have for the owner, add some extra blankets to the house! There is one thin quilt on every bed and nothing else. We planned on using the futon but it was leather and had no linens, sheets or blanket, in the house for it. I went to Walmart and bought an extra blanket for my bed as it was cold during our stay. They are about 15 extra pillows but oddly not one single blanket. This is my second time staying in. This house and overall it’s great! I will be staying again next winter, I’ll just be prepared to bring some extra blankets.

The property was just okay. It needs an upgrade. The floor is pretty sad looking. The furniture is worn out. No blankets were available which we needed since it was January. Very little bath towels were provided. No towel to step on coming out of the shower. We had a terrible issue the 1st evening with some guests in the pool area cursing, being loud and playing loud music. I had to call the police. The neighborhood is not the best. I didn’t know that going in. Pluses. Close to the beach and airport.

Great place to stay just as advertised. Very short walking distance to lots of stores, mini Mart, liquor and 2 restaurants next door. Place was very clean, none of the women had any complaints!. Would highly recommend. The only drawback, if you are looking for peaceful and quiet it's not the place to stay. The courtyard which overlooks two buildings and the pool echoes and it magnifies voices and music. At times the 11:00 p.m. quiet time rule did not apply, but you are in the heart of many activities, restaurants, and walking on the beach during the day and at night felt very safe. We will be back and I'll be sure to recommend to those going to the area.

Was in good shape for the amount of people that stay there. It was close to the beach and there was security around the building. Hot tub and pool could be cleaner but what do you expect with people with sand on them. List on fridge with how the place should be left. Had one day that the air did not work upstairs and i put a call into the owner and a repair man was there later that day.

Had a great time on this visit. This was my second visit to this location. Once for work and once for vacation. Both times were exellent experiences.
I would would recommend. We have already booked for next year.

Loved the condo. My only complaint is one of the night shift security guards, he would kick everyone out of the pool by 10:15 pm even though all the posted signs said 11 pm, he was also very rude to some of our teens that were sitting on the balcony. The room itself though was very nice.

Fun for all ages!
This was our first family vacation with all 4 generations, ages ranging from 4 - 84, some folks driving in and some flying in from Oregon.
The location was great for both daytime family fun and nighttime adult festivities. The fireworks on the 4th were fantastic. We felt immersed in the amateur show on the beach and the professional show on the pier was beautiful.
The home was set up very well! Our two that have difficulty walking were able to stay downstairs where the family gathered most of the time. Being able to walk to the beach was great because everyone didn't have to pack up in cars to go there and return. We brought a wagon that helped tote the stuff back and forth. The lazy river pool was fun, too! Great grandma enjoyed watching everyone from the balcony. The grills were convenient to use and helped make a few of delicious meals.
The kitchen had more amenities than we anticipated, and they were appreciated. The collection of beach items were great, too.
We hope to be able to return!

Family vacation
Our family had a wonderful time at the property. We were able to let our children (teenagers) enjoy themselves at the pool while watching from the balcony. The beach was just a few steps away. Great proximity.

Plenty of room for the whole family kitchen was well stocked needs some upgrades shower doors need replaced and can use new mattress on the beds overall place was neat and clean the kids enjoyed the lazy river and pool. Every morning they would come and treat the hot tubs and clean the pool area. Also the complex was very well patroled. Would recommend this place

Great location, easy in and out access, any constructive comments... a week of maintenance to fix all the broken patio door locks, tv's & lights. Tired furniture could do with tlc / upgrading. All in all would recommend it for guys golf trip or the likes but I wouldn't take my wife & family there.

The amount of space was very accommodating for our family of 15 and we had an amazing time together. We did family dinners at the huge dining table and put away all phones and just conversed. It was located right across from the beach & walking distance to the boardwalk. When I had a couple questions, Tony answered each one! 10/10 definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas beach getaway! The condo was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Tony was very helpful and available when needed. Would recommend to any large party needing a place for everyone to stay together
