The accomodation is very well located. Close to Ilica road, very central. It is in an old building, which is very nicely arranged. I strongly reccomend because of the location and attentitive stuff.

The location and easy to check in and access and rather quiet (though not far from center) and parking possibility not that far.

Very small, not very well maintained and the beds were making lot of noise

You could not park outside - but we were given very clear directions from the owner (with photos) of where to park - and we parked easily at that location a short walk up the hill (free parking).

Room was divided like a suite in a hotel, with two rooms! Really nice decor! Every detail was thought through. Very clean. Easy to get there from the stations bit auto bus. Mattresses were a little soft for our preference but I would still highly recommend the place for a stay in Zagreb. Best of wishes

Location, room size and everything needed to have a comfortable and nice stay with family. We felt welcomed and pleased from hosts. Good explanation from hosts where to park our car.

Parking, even there was a spot where we were able to park it is not close and you have to move with luggage .

Very nice and clean apartment located in an interesting authentic part of the city, not too far from tourist attractions.

Th parking is not exclusive for the apartment so in case no space is left you may have a problem to take care of the car.

The accommodation itself is beautiful and very spacious, 10/10. Decorated very well and feels upscale, modern. The view from the terrace was lovely to take a coffee in the morning. The location is very good a pretty short walk to the main square.

AC was a little bit weak. The property did not respond at all to a few messages I sent before check-in asking if I could check in 15 min early and whether I could store luggage, so I wouldn't depend on being able to contact for any requests when making the booking. I stored my luggage elsewhere which was a minor inconvenience.

The apartment is good, enough for one or two (if you are a couple) It was clean and the location is good.

I can't say I didn't like it but I can say it was confusing for me, in the beginning, to decide which apartment to enter, also which room to enter.

Nice little apartment in the heart of Zagreb with everything you need for your stay. Moreover the host is very welcoming and helpful. Good value for your money. Supermarket, bakery, city center…all in walking distance

Great location to discover all Zagreb on foot, nice little terrace, clean and rather spacious little appartment with distinct kitchen and sitting room. Good value.

Communication with people renting the flat was hard. In our case no big issue because nothing urgent, but if we would have had an urgent question or emergency situation or something it would have been different. Respons time easy over 12h even throughout the day (either on booking app or over whatsapp)...An emergency number should be provided. The flat is nicely done, but some things look like they are not really done to proper good standards (a little water flowing out of shower cabine, hard to close window,...)

It was a cozy and clean, nice apartment :)

Only little issue we had was with the balcony door, when we came it was open and it could not close properly so we left it alone to not break it, otherwise everything was great

U fortunately the cleaning was not done properly, we trash bins with the mixes trash was full and the kitchen table was sticky probably from the previous guests. There is a construction inside the building and since there is no elevator in the building it’s not the best feeling to climb upstairs though the dust. The common corridor with the other apartments, where on the day of our checkout cleaning lady was ironing and blocked the exit.

It was definitely not as clean as presented in the photos. Not sure if it was just that day but...Black dust everywhere. Smell coming from the bathroom and the ventilation not pulling properly. Mold in the bathroom / shower area. Dust all over the chair which went up in the air when touching it with the palm of my hand. Beds were uncomfortable and we had barely had good sleep. Lower back was killing all 3 of us after sleeping there. I would not come back, but I understand my experience was so much different to everyone else's, so I did not want to leave a very low review.
