The view from this property is actually more beautiful than the images show. The street is so close to everything yet so quiet. You can walk to uptown and restaurants easily. Miles is a great host and we will be back !

Comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The house included more amenities than listed. For example an espresso machine. Unfortunately there were no instructions included and we couldn’t figure it out. Overall it exceeded our expectations.

This a wonderful property that's inviting in many ways. One of my favorite things about it is the relaxed, open feel of the living space and kitchen, along with the tasteful and comfy (but not fussy) furniture. Outside temperatures had plunged for our stay, so we didn't get to fully enjoy the decks, but they are extensive. The only quibble I have is with the windows. It's hard to enjoy the 360-degree views from inside the house when the windows are not clean and clear.

Lovely home with a lot of space for our group. Great location close to town and close to many hiking trails. We loved this place and the wrap around deck was perfect for stargazing!

Outstanding views! Top restaurants very close by. We loved Creekside Bistro. The house was roomy and the beds were super comfortable. Arrival and departure couldn't have been easier.

From the moment we drove up the driveway to walking out on the wrap around balcony, our family was extremely pleased with everything about this house. Both sunrises and sunsets were seen from the balcony along with famous Sedona stargazing. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything that my husband and I along with our 2 adult sons needed. We were able to totally relax at this house and felt far away from everything though it was only a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. A big thank you for the water filter pitchers in the refrigerators!

We enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sedona.

I can't say enough great things about this property -- totally exceeded our expectations. The views are spectacular! Sunrise and sunset sedona magic everyday. Nature everywhere. The beds were comfy. Everything was super clean and homey. Quiet street close to town and shops - though we liked the house so much we didn't want to leave! Great for couples or a family -- lots of privacy with the 2 floors. Just be sure to bring any toiletries with you as shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, etc is not provided in all the bathrooms. 10am checkout was a bit early, too, but gave us plenty of time to drive back to Phoenix for the flight home. We loved this place and plan to come back every year. Highly recommend!

Great location just up the hill from Tlaquepaque. Spacious home with every detail thought out. Amazing views from the porches with comfy furniture. Would definitely stay here again.

My family And I were truly satisfied with this beautiful home. It had the most beautiful view and a perfect location close to everything. Easy access as well as completely stocked with whatever you need. We enjoyed it so much that we can’t wait to come back. We actually didn’t want to leave. It is worth every penny that we spend. the people that were in charge of responding to our request, were very quick to reply. So thank you for lending your feel good home to us. That’s what my family and I named it. So every time we want to take a getaway trip to Sedona we would always say, “ let’s rent the feel good home”! ❤️

The home is very nice and just a mile from downtown Sedona. Only downside was not be able to walk there comfortably due to 2 lane road leading to 89A or 179 but driving was easy access. Pictures of views did not disappoint. We had a problem getting into the home because the lock was apparently new and the locksmith had not given the property manager, Miles, the correct information. He was very responsive and had the locksmith there within the hour. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. Very nice place!!

We loved staying at this property. It was clean and comfortable. It had great views where we were able to see the eclipse from the balcony. We were there for vacation so we didn’t cook but the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils. It’s very close to town, but I would still drive because there’s no road edge to walk on. We’ll be back next year and we’ll try to rent this house again. It was perfect for the 6 of us.

Nice place

This was a great property centrally located with amazing wraparound balconies with beautiful views of the sedona scenery. We would definitely recommend staying here and plan to return in the future

Suggestions: When entering for the first time we entered the key code as directed, but door did not unlock. We finally realized there was a small unlock symbol on the key pad to push after entering code. This should have been included in the instructions. Also there were no instructions on how to lock the door when leaving. We finally figured this out, but should have been included. The parking instructions were confusing. It read like like someone else would park in front of our garage . All you need to say is "don't park in or block the neighbor's driveway" Lovely place, well furnished with spectacular views.

The house had everything we needed. Easy walk to the Brewer trail head which leads to other trails for hiking. Enjoyed eating and reading on the deck.

So much room for us 6 . Teenageds loved their suite downstairs. Wonderful outdoor space and views.

Perfect getaway for our monthly winter get away from cold weather.

My family and I stayed here for a week during Christmas and had the most wonderful time. We brought my parents along so it was perfect that there was the more private downstairs unit for them. The house was well equipped, even to cook Xmas dinner! Waking up to the views was just unbelievable. The house is just a 10 minute walk to Tlaquepaque ( on the road or you can go through the resort) and very centrally located. We came to mtn bike and quickly found you can ride to many trails from the house. There is even a steep but short little hike a few minutes up the road that has 360 views. This place is the best of both worlds...a quiet relaxing sanctuary that's close to all the fun! We will definitely be staying here again. My only suggestion is to turn the water temp down on the faucets. A bit too hot for us and our toddler. Thanks!

Great stay! Home was clean, comfortable, and well located. Lovely views. Had some concern going in about condition based on past reviews, but everything was in excellent condition (and much of the furniture seemed relatively new). Kitchen was unusually well equipped for a vacation rental. Fantastic value compared to other Sedona lodging options. Would recommend without hesitation.
