Location was nice, Furniture was very comfortable. View was great. Swimming pool was not too crowded. Met interesting people. Nice short walk to the beach.

Was not allowed to turn air conditioner below 72 - I run mine at home at 68 and 66 at night to sleep, so too warm to sleep good. Only two towels in Master bath so every time we showered I had to do laundry, not cool when I'm on vacation. Had an assigned parking place that was taken by someone else on at least three occassions, the property manager did not want to have them towed and would just put a note on the window and I had to park somewhere else, not cool. Good thing it didn't happen again as I was going to call the tow truck. Only left ONE extra trash bag for the kitchen !!!!!! I did buy some, but was tempted to put trash in can without a bag and leave it, but I didn't but really TWO Trash bags for the kitchen (1 in can and 1 extra) for a whole week !!!??? I take mine out daily at home.

all was good until we received on 10 hours notice to evaluate due to hurricane Ian. we never received any follow up from any staff or management to see if we were safe or if we could get back into property. No phone call requests were ever returned and all the staff could do was apologize for any inconvenience. we are not getting reimbursed for unused days due to the hurricane because we did not purchase insurance which would have been another additional charged along with additional $900 we incurred. the advertised price was approximately $1000 then another $900 in incidental fees. instead of having compassion for the inconvenience we incurred due to the hurricane and providing a refund for the 3 unused days, we were only provided a 3 day credit until the end of Dec 2022 for this unit only and only if it was available and we would have in pay any increases. at this point I would not recommend any one to stay in any Vacasa property!!

the view and location

unclean , no pool for last 3 days of vacation due to maintenance which had been booked for months without letting us know so we missed last 3 days pool , sheets dirty , bathroom not cleaned well . floor sandy before we were in

I Like the appartment space and location, the pool, beach.

the cleaning wasn't good,it needs to be improved. When we arrived there the apartment was smelling too badly. The apartment needs a good mattress upgrade. the master bedroom carpet have to change because it's old and dirty.

Parking

The location and view was amazing. Easy access to a private beach.

Home was a little dated and some items needed fixing or replaced. Overall the home was great and the location made up for some of the kitchen items (bakeware) missing and being dated.

Everything was pretty clean. The rooms were tastefully decorated. The furniture was very nice and comfortable.

The beds were a little too firm. The refrigerator had water dripping from the freezer, and the freezer had about 1/2 inch of ice in the bottom which we chipped out. I called the lady about the problem and she said to put a towel in the refrigerator to soak up the water. She said she would have someone come to fix it on Monday. I don’t think anyone came, but everything worked fine afterwards. The towel was frozen in the refrigerator when we left. This condo could use a storage area in the parking garage like some of the others have.
