I liked how quiet and close to the beach it was. A 2 minutes walk and we were there. the AC was great and beach towels, beach necessities, and more was included.

The location is perfect. Half a block to the beach. Condo was clean and cozy. Mary was a thoughtful hostess. She even had cool water in the fridge and snacks for our arrival. It was within walking distance to everything you might need: restaurants, stores, etc.

Nothing. One of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had!

No communication from host about code. Had to email 3 times, call 5 times, and finally got a text after several hours.

Door needed a new lock plate by handman as it wasn't secure and bottom part of the door had partial gap. Air conditioner failed mid-way during the night. Overall, there is minimal security and the unit is quite exposed to the road. Furnishings are very dated (from 90s) - would be nice to upgrade these for a longer stay.

The ocean; Coffee', snacks

Master King Bed was so soft we both have backaches. My husband tried one of the small beds but was awake half the night. Place was dirty: floors, some dishes and silverware. Drawers did not open/close right. One kitchen drawer pulled all the way out; followed the directions. Left note. Our umbrella was broken, My daughter #6, spent $35 for a new one at CVS.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and I love it. owners are super responsive and wonderful to communicate with. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Excellent location for beach access (4 min walk), restaurants and ice cream!

The location was great ! Several restaurants within walking distance that serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Walking distance from Indian Rocks Beach, and driving distance from Clearwater and several other beaches.

stayed in 6b, everything available in kitchen, nice backyard with good privacy, close proximity to Indian Rocks beach. The beach trailer with chairs, parasol etc was perfect and a very positive surprise.

We needed more towels and wash clothesWe did not feel we should have to wash our own towels and only one was allotted for each person. We could not locate the stopper in the kitchen sink. Not enough silverware. The grout in. The bathroom was dirty looking and needs corrected. Light bulb in living room not working.

such a small thing - but I’m allergic to scented laundry detergent so it really bothers me when sheets and blankets are washed in it. maybe go in scented for those of us who don’t want to sneeze or cough all night.

This is very spacious apartment except for kitchen, it's crowded with 2 people but very well equipped. Even a crockpot and blender. A very short walk to the beach and the best restaurants of IRB. Very comfortable beds and furniture in apt 2. Highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely gem located a short block from beach with easy access. Nice restaurants nearby. Very comfortable two bedrooms cottage with kitchen, bath, living area and nice view. Extra amenities such as a large basket of goodies to eat. Excellent selection of coffee and tea. Hand sanitizers and mask supplied and well as everything you need in the kitchen, except your own personal spices, etc. Laundry on site. Lovely beaches you can walk or drive to. Cart with chairs and umbrella supplied as well as a cooler with wheels. Wicker picnic basket. All included in your fee for you to use. We had planned to stay on Sanibel and consider ourselves very lucky to find this place. We hope to come back someday!

location was great - near beach, restaurants yet in a quiet street. parking easy. Spacious & comfortable. Beach chairs & welcome goodies an unexpected bonus . very relaxing spot

it was very well equipped with everything you need for a holiday self catering, even chairs and umbrella for the beach

it was very old fashioned, like a throw back to the fifties. none of the doors worked easily and light switches and plug points were very difficult to work out which was which…
