Quello che mi è piaciuto di più è stato il trattamento e come ha risolto ogni mia esigenza. Chi si occupa delle camere? Il signor Giancarlos è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio soprattutto di rivolgersi a lui.

Easily the most disappointing travel experience I've ever had, and I travel frequently - atleast four times a year. The host only spoke Italian, which made communication very difficult as he couldn't understand us. Despite insisting on using WhatsApp to communicate, he failed to reply to our messages there either.
The bed was unbearably uncomfortable, forcing me to ask for an extra sheet just so we could sleep on the floor, which we did not recieve. My mother, who was travelling with me, developed back pain as a result of the poor sleeping conditions.
To make matters worse, the pillows had an overpowering smell of sulphur. I had to layer my clothes with an excessive amount of perfume just to make the air breathable.
Furthermore, the bathroom, which had no lock, was shared with two other bedrooms. This forced us into a sort of surveillance routine to ensure privacy while one of us was using the facilities.
Overall, it was a terrible experience that I have no intention of repeating. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room doesn't look like in the picture. It's a total scam. This place is not worth it for that amount of money.Bathroom was blocked continuosly, it was dirty. They are only for money, not for service. I don't recommend this place.

I left the room last day,I forgot the clothes when the room was be closed,cannot enter again.all the first information to the manager (Giancarlo), I am looking forward the manager send my clothes by post.for this situation,I will comment later .

The bathroom was dirty after other guests who didn’t comply with the rules, the floor and carpet was wet. We received 1 towel for 2 people, the room don’t have the window so it was hot inside. Up on arrival don’t expect to receive the keys on time, we were waiting 25 min.

It is very cheap but not clean at all. There is no cooling, there is small window that opens to common area and kitchen, but doesn't help, so it is very hot and very hard to sleep, also noisy because there is busy road there.

it was extremely noisily by one couple on the next room. They didn’t have respect for the silent night neither for the others who rent the room, speaking, listening music, calling , giggling loudly all night we couldn’t rest properly.

Very very far with city centre, dirty and the keys are accessible to all the room, that mean it is not safe at all. The owner is very rude. The phone keep ringing at night, so scary.

1. Very high price for these apartments 2. Additional payment upon check-in. 3. There is no blanket on the bed. 4. We waited an hour to be let into the apartment, check-in at 4:00 p.m., we arrived at 5:00 p.m.
