Ottima posizione e personale cordiale

Lo staff è stato molto cortese anche se abbiamo fatto il check in al telefono e la mattina ci hanno servito la colazione in maniera accogliente. La colazione semplice con cornetto cappuccino e fette biscottate. Unica cosa per la quale vale la pena venire in questo b&b è la sala colazione che ha una vista mozzafiato. Ma a questo punto basta arrivare al castello!

Rapporto qualità prezzo insoddisfacente: 90 euro per una notte a fine Settembre in una stanza vecchia e arredata come fossimo negli anni '70. Letto abbastanza scomodo e con media umidità. Dagli infissi è entrata l' acqua perché la notte c'è stato un forte temporale. Il bagno piccolo, con doccia impraticabile con una piatto doccia montato male e la tenda al posto del box doccia. Non accettabile, non abbiamo potuto usarla. I sanitari per fortuna nuovi ma il lavandino molto basso. Sarebbe stato accettabile per un prezzo di almeno 30/40 euro in meno.

Great location with a gorgeous view from the dining room (or the room with the balcony). Very clean. Daniella is spectacular.

Contrary to description, the breakfast is very limited. Choice of cereal, prepackaged toast, cold pancakes/waffles, and glazed/filled croissant wears thin very quickly. No fruit, nothing fresh/hot. The dining room is only open for said limited breakfast for two hours, again, contrary to reviews/description, there is no dinner served. Lastly, check in was very impersonal. Never met the owners, was told to download Whatsapp to communicate while we were waiting to get in at the front door as we never received the door code ahead of time. Keys to the rooms are really difficult to use, believe it or not. English is not well spoken, and while not a problem, should not be listed on this listing.

The view from our room balcony was exceptional and the room itself was lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good as well! Would definitely recommend!

This hostel/B&B was in the centro storico. The breakfast was really good Italian style breakfast. The lady serving breakfast gave us great info for a walk we wanted to do the next day. They are teamed up with a really nice restaurant in the Centro storico.

Some fruit for breakfast would have been appreciated.

The position in the center of Barrea and the size of the room. The staff at breakfast was very kind and friendly and the self check-in was very easy.

The bathroom..the sink was cracked and the water came out with very low pressure. There wasn't a shower mat. I found the cost for one night a little too expensive (but I get that it's high season).
