Charmantes Ferienhaus, das von der Stadt Dana Point geprüft und lizenziert wurde. Keine Wohnung, sondern ein Haus. Keine angrenzenden Wände. Zu Fuß zum Hafen / Yachthafen mit einer Vielzahl von Freizeitaktivitäten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Sehr komfortable 2 Schlafzimmer / 1 Bad Hütte strahlt gute Energie aus, wie von einigen Gästen beschrieben. Parken in der langen Einfahrt. Bequeme Gartenmöbel im Hinterhof. Ein Queensize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer und ein Ausziehbett im zweiten Gästezimmer sind in 2 Einzelbetten aufgeteilt. In beiden Schlafzimmern befinden sich zwei identische große Kommoden. Darüber hinaus gibt es im Wohnzimmer 2 Klappsofas (Futons). In der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Dienstleistungen. Die Gegend ist bekannt für ihr perfektes Klima. Es wird selten richtig heiß oder richtig kalt. Wir aktualisieren ständig das Eigentum, um es besser zu machen. Die meisten von uns angebotenen Blätter haben eine hohe Fadenzahl. Haustiere werden von Fall zu Fall berücksichtigt. Die Stadt Dana Point geht sehr streng mit Lärmbelästigungen um. Bitte beachten Sie die Dana Point Bestimmungen bezüglich einer Lärmbelästigung. Es gab noch nie ein Problem mit der Sicherheit. Damit sich unsere Gäste in der neuen Umgebung noch sicherer fühlen, haben wir NUR eine Außenkamera installiert!

Very clean and quiet
Room for one car in driveway, possibly 2 small cars.

Description says it will sleep 6, we booked for 5 and paid the extra charge. However there were only 4 bath towels and minimal bedding - luckily 3 of our party couldn’t make it - I don’t think it would have worked for 5. It was fine for two.
Very bare bones amenities in terms of toiletries and some of the nice touches of home, however the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils
The outside areas could use some attention

Thanksgiving in Dana Point
We drove out to visit our son who is stationed at Camp Pendleton. The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving with my wife, our daughter, son, and the family dog.

Enjoyed our stay for a family wedding! This cute cottage was close to the harbor, beaches and hotel resorts.

Our stay here was awful.I don’t suggest bringing a pet since the yard is not enclosed. This place is basically an old dumpy place but it was clean. There is no air conditioning so it was unbelievably hot. I would not recommend staying here.

Easy to find, sparkling clean, well appointed, and very convenient to everything in the area. A nice safe and quiet neighborhood. We loved the home! We will come again! Alex was great to communicate with. We felt at home! Lovely!

Alex was very easy to communicate with and a wonderful host. The house was very clean, it is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, the harbor and the beaches. San Juan Capistrano is so vibrant now with great downtown happenings and this house is so close. Thank you for a great stay!

Clean and comfortable cottage
The cottage was very clean and comfortable In a very nice neighborhood right off of PCH. Convenient to stores and restaurants. A bit of a distance to the harbor but lovely views for most of the walk. I’m always grateful when owners are open to allowing dogs since they are furry family. I would definitely stay here again.

Dana Point Cottage
We really enjoyed this property. It was cute and comfortable and the perfect distance from so many things. The patio was awesome and a great way to unwind after the day. The only things we didn't have were wash clothes and dish towels. The only improvement I could suggest was maybe some weather stripping on the exterior doors - you could see light on all sides. Definitely would stay here again!

Beach House in Dana Point
Our VRBO stay in Dana Point was a wonderful vacation for our family. So close to the harbor and beach and an unexpected bonus that the Whale and Dolphin Festival fell exactly the time we were there. The beach house was very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was there except a stool to reach the tall cupboards in the kitchen. A handicap for us short people. We casually looked for one but did not find it. Perhaps next time we will gift one to the house. Definitely will consider this property again.

Cozy and comfortable house
We love the house. Highly recommended for a great vacation. Close to the beach, Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm .

Fantastic house in great location.
Location is fantastic. Quite and safe family neighborhood yet Close to best surf spots, restaurant etc. the house is bigger then it looks on the pictures. Every detail has been thought of. Owner gives good information, is very responsive. We, nature loving, surfing and cycling family, two kids (10/11) simply loved it here. We would definitely come back.

A gem!
Alex was a very considerate host. Our family of 4 (plus our small pup) thoroughly enjoyed discovering the beautiful Dana Point area. Lots of great restaurants, wonderful vistas, and gorgeous beaches. We will definitely return!

A lovely little home base
This humble cottage is located on a quiet street and within walking distance to the Dana Point waterfront. I enjoyed watching 4th of July fireworks from the park overlooking the waterfront.
The home was stocked with many basic necessities and if I needed anything, I need only ask and was quickly accommodated.
For the heat intolerant, there is no AC. The breeze through the open windows were adequate enough due to the low humidity. We did have what I believe to be record temperatures on one day of my stay where my phone thermometer 🌡 registered 105. On that day, we hid in the shade of the small palm tree out back, with cold drinks and ice compresses. That was NOT typical weather for Dana Point. I only mention this at all for people with medical issues who may need to consider this.
If I could make a request for this VRBO, I would request steak knives for the kitchen and a small container kept in the garage that someone might use to soak their feet on a hot day.
Unfortunately, I missed the opportunity to sail. I’m hoping to return to this VRBO. It felt like Home.

Charming beach cottage
This home has a fantastic central location in a quiet neighborhood. The house had plenty of parking and garage . We had everything we needed and felt at home. Alexander was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend this Home. We hope to return again soon.

Start to finish was one of our best experiences w/VRBO
From the beginning, I knew our California visit was going to be a good one. Alex responded to our request in under 15 minutes and our place was booked w/in 20. Our stay in Dana Point was a good one from the time we pulled up. The neighborhood felt very safe and the home was cozy for my family of six. Two kids shared a room and two kids had a futon of their own in the family room. The kitchen was more than adequate for our stay. Our beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and was a nice respite from days at the beaches. There is a grocery store down the street and coffee houses easily within reach. Honestly, Alex's responsiveness and genuine interest in our overall enjoyment of his home were huge factors in why such a good review. We will happily seek out this home the next time we're looking in the Dana Point area.
