Truly lovely apartment. Spacious rooms perfect for 2 to 3 guests. Great kitchen with excellent appliances and cooking utensils. Plenty of storage. Very clean. The owner is very attentive. Excellent stay in a great location.
A contemporary one bedroom spacious apartment in a prime location. The apartment is very clean, comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all one needs. The host is available and responsive. Restaurants and supermarket
are close by. Rockefeller Center and Broadway theaters are walking distance. We highly recommend this apartment and would gladly return in the future.

Excellent stay in the heart of NYC
Modern clean spacious apartment equipped with all the conveniences of home. Comfortable bed, nice towels. Very convenient location not far from Time Square, Rockefeller Center and Fifth avenue. Kitchen well equipped. Supermarket and liquor store close by. Host always promptly available. This was our second stay in this apartment and we loved it.

Fantastic place to spend a month in the City
This apartment is perfect in every way: clean, bright, modern, warm, quiet, in a great location and in a well-run building. We enjoyed every day of our November stay and would definitely hope to return. The apartment is modern, with top-notch appliances. It is "impersonal" like an executive apartment and not filled with someone's personal items. The building staff are pleasant and professional; with two people in the lobby 24/7 to welcome us or wish us well as we went out. It is clean and attractive. The location couldn't be better: close to Grand Central Station or buses in every direction, and walkable to most of Mid-Town. We highly recommend the building and this particular unit. It makes for a most enjoyable Manhattan month. Thank you, Nilesh!

Fabulous stay at this property!
Just returned from a 2 1/2 week stay at Nilesh’s apartment — a perfect stay in every regard. The apartment is great in a very well run building. The apartment has everything you could possibly want or need — including a little balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails! Additionally, the location (mid town East side) is ideal for walking, shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. Subway & bus service a few minutes away. I liked the location and apartment very much, and plan on returning as soon as possible — my new home away from home! Thank you...

This was my third, full-month stay in this beautiful apartment. Hats off to Nelish for the recent renovations, which have made the property even more attractive. I enjoyed my stay; and I will not hesitate to come again.

We stayed here for 22 days and had the best time in NYC. The place is comfortable, clean and nice. It has great views and the location is superb. Nilesh is a great host, I will definitely recommend this place and I am sure I will be back. Thank you!

We were at the location for one month and found it to be perfect area of Midtown Manhattan to go to the Broadway plays the transportation system of Grand Central Station and an all over wonderful experience we highly recommend anybody that’s going to New York for a holiday to use this apartment. The manager was wonderful and helpful all through our stay and the doorman was always there for guidance and recommendations for restaurants etc. we cannot say enough good things about our stay thank you Nilesh

A wonderful experience
We stayed for the month of June in this wonderful apartment that
totally lived up to its ad. The manager Nilesh Had all the supplies we needed in the apartment including caffeine free coffee for the coffee maker.
We could not have been happier with the location and ambiance we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great location and a no worry vacation .

Our trip to NYC was awesome. The apartment was lovely! We especially enjoyed the balcony on the 28th floor!! We drank our coffee outside and listened to the sounds of NYC. Very spacious, sunny and bright and so neat and clean. Nicely furnished. The bedroom was very large with plenty of closet space. Wonderful kitchen with all necessary appliances. Listing description was accurate regarding the location and the photos also accurately reflected the rental's appearance and amenities. Homeowners were terrific! Always available to answer any questions or concerns. The whole building is well maintained. Subway and buses are nearby but walking is fun. Stop in the Waldorf Astoria for some coffee and cheesecake! Dos Caminos and Aperitivo are great restaurants in walking distance. Hillstone restaurant on 54th & 3rd Ave. has great Jazz from 6 - 10 PM every night. The doormen and concierge were very helpful, I would recommend this property to everyone. We cannot wait to return to NYC!! Thanks so much for a very pleasant stay!!

I found this apartment and loved it!
Perfect location: walking distance from Time Square, Grand Central Station, The Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, Public Library...all within 6 blocks away! There's a metro station 3 blocks away (Lexington Ave & 51st) and is very easy to find cabs anytime.
Quality living best describes the feeling when you enter the lobby of The Cosmopolitan building. The staff is very helpful and you will find them 24/7.
Malini and her husband were so easy to work with, and extremely helpful. They made all the necessary arrangements in order to get the apartment ready for us.
The apartment was extremely clean and the pictures very accurately portray the nice view from the balcony and furnishings. We found all that we needed: clean towels and bed sheets, great LCD TVs, our own internet wireless connection, free laundry room in the basement and all the kitchens tools that you can imagine.
There are lots of restaurants, cafes, pubs and markets in the area, so you've got everything you need right there.
I will always contact Malini and Nilesh for future trips to the city. I strongly recommend them!

We've always stayed in hotels and were a tiny bit hesitant about the idea of renting someone's apartment. All I can say is if I could have this experience every time - I would never stay in a hotel again! It could not have been more perfect. The apartment looked exactly like the photos. Everything was immaculate and we felt SO welcome. The location is perfect, the surrounding neighborhood is perfect, the doormen and concierge were extremely helpful and kind. Most of all the host made us feel secure and were very quick to answer any questions we had during the process. I hope to stay here again on my next trip.
