Great place, outstanding location, close to everything, and Mrs Rudene, the property owner, was just the sweetest woman with the most amazing ing digital, and is so accommodating!! I HIGHLY recommend this house!!!

We had the best time at Labuona Vita! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were a total of 9 of us staying here and it couldn't have been a more perfect fit for our family. The listing is incorrect on the bed count. There are actually 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds and a twin with a trundle (pullout) twin bed. There are 3 full bathrooms. One jack and Jill bathroom between the downstairs king and queen bedrooms. One attached to the king and twin bedroom and 1 upstairs beside the queen bedroom. The king beds are plush and lovely. The queen beds are very firm. My husband actually prefers a firm mattress, so it worked out for us. The home is older and has a small kitchen, but functions just fine and has everything you need. It was nice having the extra fridge in the laundry room. The best part of the house is the location! Only minutes from downtown Myrtle Beach, the skywheel and boardwalk! I can't say enough how nice it was to be oceanfront and have a pool and hot tub! Our teenagers and their friends LOVED that part and so did the adults! We also fit 2 big trucks and a car in the driveway just fine. There is a large dining table that fit our whole group as well, which was very nice to have at meal time. Yes, the home is older and could use some updating, but we didn't mind it a bit and the location and amenities much outweigh any cosmetic shortcomings. One downside to note is the upstairs queen bedroom doesn't have a working AC unit. There is a thermostat up there but it never worked the entire time of our stay. It did get very hot up there. We could have complained I suppose, but we didn't. Also, Miss Rudene was absolutely lovely. She said hello to us upon arrival and then left us alone the entirety of our stay. She let us know she was available if we needed her though. All in all, we absolutely LOVED our stay and most definitely would return again for future vacations! ❤

Nice clean home in a great location. The owner was very kind. We had an issue with the barbecue grill and she had it fixed right away. Home is a bit dated and needs some minor maintenance, but nothing major. We would stay here again :)

House was okay. Bathrooms needs an upgraded. Kitchen needs more silverware. Owners are lovely.

Couldn’t ask for a better location to the beach and restaurants. This house is far enough away from the busy hotspots and touristy locations of Myrtle Beach, but at the same time, not too far. The host is a gem. Very much looked after anything we needed. Only complaint is the pool was ice cold, but I knew that it was not heated before we rented. (Kids thought it was fine.) We wil be back!!

We looked for a beachfront property with a pool that could accommodate our family of 10. This property did not disappoint. It was in the heart of Myrtle Beach, but not in a high traffic area. Our hostess, who lives at the property, was most gracious and immediately addressed a couple issues we had. The house met all of our needs and the kids especially loved walking out the back door and jumping into the pool or hot tub. The beach was only a few steps and it was wide and sandy(my favorite place to be). The weather could not have been more perfect for our week! We all agreed as we left that we would defintely return!

Everything about our stay was top notch. The privacy, the proximity to all of our favorite attractions and the ease of traveling in the area was excellent. The owner of the property was sweet and accommodating. Greeted us on arrival and the last night thanked us for staying. Better than we could have imagined.

We had a fantastic family/friend vacation. The location of this house is perfect! A little dated but very comfortable and it has everything you could possibly need. Rudene is wonderful - very sweet and attentive. We saw dolphins while on the beach, shelled every day, saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets!!! The kids really enjoyed having the ocean as well as the pool and hot tub. My husband appreciated the covered patio for some time out of the sun. We all enjoyed relaxing on the beach and by the pool. Excellent vacation, location and accomodations.

Our entire family enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The house, the pool and the proximity to the beach could not be better. The homeowner upstairs is a lovely person. Welcomed us warmly and respected our privacy.

Our week in Myrtle Beach was just what we needed and wanted. With the beach a short walk away and the relaxing swimming pool and spa, it was a fun time for our family of 7 adults and 5 children. A few drawbacks was the outdated furniture and the fish didn't bite. But if you're looking for a relaxing stay, it's a perfect spot for a family get together.

The location of the property was perfect -- quick to activities and restaurants! Homeowner was very attentive but still gave us our privacy!!!

Owner is super friendly and sweet! Great location, about 50 steps to the ocean, private pool was amazing, our 2 year old loved it! We typically stay in North Myrtle and it wasn't a long drive at all to get to our usual eateries and entertainment spots. We even got to see the fireworks from the boardwalk from the patio! Loved everything about our trip and can't wait to return next year! Inside of home slightly outdated but very clean and decor doesn't matter to me when you have such an awesome location and amenities! But I know some people care if the inside is dated. Like I said very clean and neat.

We can't say enough about the amazing vacation we had. The outside of the home couldn't have been better. The pool was absolutely fabulous and the beach was beautiful and so relaxing. The home was equipt with beach chairs, umbrellas, games for the kid and pool chairs. The owner was so beyond accommodating. She lives above the rental home but you never see her as she keeps her blinds closed throughout your stay. She respects your privacy 100%. She was also available to help us with getting into the home initially as well as when we called her with some questions. The home has plenty of furnishings. The beds were very comfortable and newer. The bathrooms were clean although they are a bit outdated ( it didn't matter a bit bc everything else was perfect. The outside deck made eating meals very serine .. I truly would stay here in a heartbeat again! For comfort reasons I do think it would be best suited for no more than 6 adults and a few kids. To use a pull out sofa would really cramp things.. to us the focal point of this home was the property. Loved it!!!!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time enjoying the sun and the beach at Rudene's place! She was around just enough to make sure we had everything we needed and yet we truly felt like we had a beachfront home and pool all to ourselves. The outdoor area is just as nice as the pictures show, if not better. Rudene set the hot tub to the temperature we wanted and it was hot from morning to night. Since we were visiting in the spring and the mornings and nights were cool, having the hot tub was amazing as we were able to enjoy the view of the ocean no matter the temp outside. The beds were comfortable except for the sheets the management company provides, which are not nice at all. That's a bit of nitpicking but still worth noting. Nice tile floor throughout and the flat screen TV's in each bedroom and the huge one in the living room were all really nice to have! We also loved the outdoor grill and the outdoor table that was shaded pretty much all day long and provided a great view of the pool and ocean while we ate our meals. We ate every meal outside. The kitchen, living room, dining room and upstairs bedroom do not have views of the ocean, but the 3 downstairs bedrooms have nice ocean views. The location is fantastic as it's only a few miles from Broadway at the Beach and downtown Myrtle. Plus, there's a Walmart Market and Walgreens about a 1/4 mile away. We could also walk to a very nice putt-putt course in less than 1/4 mile. We walked to Burdicks our first night and they have reasonably priced and nice tasting burgers, along with fantastic soft serve ice cream. Since it's in the area of the beach where it's all houses, the beaches were pretty empty most of the time. Rudene provides 6 or so beach chairs, along with boogie boards and some pool toys. Pool is not heated so we weren't in it much, but it is very nice. The place is kept up well but the furnishings are on the older side, especially the couches in the living room. You can feel the springs when you sit on them...not comfortable but worked fine for us since we barely spent any time inside. You can't open any of the windows on the main floor so we couldn't get fresh air into the bedrooms nor could we listen to the ocean waves while laying in bed at night or in the morning. Also, the kitchen is VERY small and the bathrooms are small and older. The good outweighs the bad by a wide margin and we had a great time. The value is there and we highly recommend this property!

This property is in a great location, and the ocean-facing back yard is very, very nice. Our family of 11 had more than enough room, and I especially like the upstairs quarters away from the toddlers! We probably spent as much time in the pool as we did at the beach. It was perfect. The homes location is near many attractions, and the owner is available if anything is needed. I would definitely go back!
