My son graduated from CU and I was born and raised here so most all of my family lives in Colorado. As such, needed a bigger house to host family and friends for graduation festivities occurring throughout the week. The house was perfect! Large spacious rooms, also large kitchen with everything needed to host a well attended graduation BBQ! Backyard and location was perfect, easy to walk to Pearl Street. And the built in steam room in the master shower was awesome! Would absolutely recommend it, clean comfortable and perfect location!

We rented this property for a business trip and worked out of the home for a week. The house was gorgeous and immaculate not to mention in a terrific location. Everyone enjoyed this home and the host was fantastic to work with. We will definitely book again in the future should we travel to Boulder.

Comfortable family room space and well equipped kitchen. Clean and welcoming space. Queen bed mattress caving in from both sides so one bed unusable.

This location is amazing however there were several things that we think should be addressed.
1. Sheets in one of the queen bedrooms were ripped & stained making it obvious that it hadn’t been changed.
2. The other queen room mattress was so bad that my son in law slept on the floor and our grand baby slept with us.
3. The white bath towels smelled mildewy need to be replaced.
4. We had to clean up trash two morning in a row. Cement blocks did not work to keep raccoon out. Trash cans need to be attached to the wood wall and bungee corded shut!!
5. Broken chair in the deck.
6. We feel that your cleaning crew should be re evaluated. Floor sticky in areas. Microwave dirty.
Bathrooms weren’t clean.
We certainly expect to receive our security deposit because we left the home cleaner that we found it.

Michaels house was great!! Great kitchen fully equipped, decks from both floors and only .9 miles from Pearl Street. Even with a clogging situation, occurred, Michael sent someone right away to fix the problem.

Two moms brought our three teenage sons to CO for a soccer tournament in Commerce City (not a bad drive). We loved being able to walk to so many great shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. I also enjoyed being able to walk up to the college campus to explore. The house had plenty of room for us and the kitchen is huge. There was lots of street parking and it was a quiet neighborhood.

Property was easy to get to and walkable everywhere. Construction in backyard was a bit messy but did not impede. Neighbors definitely do not like the property being a Vrbo. Missed the extra touches to make this a five star- Hand soaps kitchen supplies upgraded linens would make this a five star. Overall a solid four property we would go back to save the nosy angry neighbors.

We enjoyed the home immensely. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The porch is perfect for outside dining when the weather cooperates. It’s a reasonable walk to Pearl Street and the sights to see in Boulder. If it was any closer the noise and crowds might have been an issue. We’d definitely stay there again.

Had a small issue with the front door lock, but the owner came right away and resolved the issue. Great communication with the owner. The house is beautiful with views of the mountains. Walking distance to Pearl street. Fabulous Gourmet kitchen. This house has everything.

Our trip was great largely in part due to the home accommodations. Enjoyed the deck, the yard and being able to cook meals as well as bbq. Would highly recommend this home.

Daughter's Wedding
This home was perfect! There was plenty of room for our family. Perfect set up for the Bride to get ready. And the deck was such a peaceful place to sit and have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine!

People make the difference
The property was excellent and had top of the line everything but what really made it was the host Mike. He was extremely responsive to communications and was chill and if possible would make the effort to make your stay even more pleasant and less stressed. Thanks Mike!

Wedding Weekend
This property was beautiful! It was perfect for our family of 5, all adults, for our son’s wedding, which was held up in the canyon a short drive from the house. The kitchen was massive & the master bedroom had a stunning view of the flatirons. The view was so perfect that the bridal couple use it for their “1st look”! The neighborhood was quiet and charming and the owner was close by for whatever we needed. We would definitely consider staying there again as Pearl St and restaurants were so convenient! Kudos on all levels.

Great Location and Property
This property had everything we needed for our group of 10 for the king weekend. The location was close to everything and the property itself was extremely spacious. We loved the outdoor space in the back with a great view of the mountains.

We loved our stay at this Boulder home. The house was beautiful and the location is excellent. Lots of great restaurants but the kitchen is very well appointed if you prefer to stay in and cook. We would definitely stay here again.

Wedding weekend
I can’t say enough good things about this property. We were in Boulder for our daughters wedding. We had grandparents and siblings staying with us (6 adults) The house accommodated us perfectly. The location was awesome, we walked to Pearl St one morning. We had the bridesmaids come for brunch one morning and the big open kitchen was plenty of room for us. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this house.

Headed to CO to watch the Minnesota Gopher/Colorado Buffalo football game. Plenty of space for our party of 10. Loved the kitchen island for gathering around and the view from the deck was great.

Great house right by the mountains
Great house for a group, clean, spacious, well stocked. Has a nice backyard for lawn games and a huge porch for grilling. 6 min drive to the mountains. 12 min walk to downtown Boulder. Would recommend this for a group trip for sure.

All the bells and whistles
This property is gorgeous and well-maintained, but also very well-equipped. It made our week long stay feel more like we were staying with friends than in a rental. From games to cookware, the house is fully equipped. Beautiful home in a quiet, lovely neighborhood close to CU and all that Boulder offers.

Large Boulder Home near Pearl Street
The home layout and size were great for our group of 7 -- 3 couples and a teenager. Many in the group were working from home most days, and the internet never failed!
The kitchen is a great gathering spot and has what you need and more! Lots of "hanging out" space on the main level.
We did have a couple of issues (hot water issues the first few days; no A/C on the main floor the last two days; no propone for the grill). The host was very responsive to these issues and did his best to remedy the issues. In fact, he hand-delivered a propone tank within an hour of us letting him know the problem.
For a "high end" home, we were surprised that there appeared to be deferred maintenance and deferred deep cleaning. These items would not necessarily detract from your visit; but they were surprising.
There was plenty of street parking, although multiple neighbors politely asked us to not park in front of their home.
Great back deck with a fabulous view that made the home a good choice.

This house was perfect for what we needed it for, a long weekend for college visit. Kitchen very well stocked with pot, pans, etc. which made cooking very easy. Beds were OK. Thank you to the host!!

Perfect location and gorgeous home with all the amenities
We have learned, during several trips to Boulder, that Bluff Street is the most convenient location to all Boulder has to offer. We have now found our most favorite home to rent there. This home has absolutely everything we needed, and a lot more. As I told the property manager, it felt like home from the moment we walked in the door! We will definitely be back!!!

We had a great stay on Bluff St. The manager was great, house located was perfect, and everything was well-stocked. The decks have a great view of the Flatirons.

Great house. Nice service
Nice property in a great location about 15-20 walk from Pearl Street. Owner was helpful allowing us to check out at 5pm for no extra charge. Hot water went out and he was there to fix it as soon as he could. Property has a bit of deferred maintenance (nothing too major) but was still nice and a great stay for our family.

Sweet spot in Boulder
Fantastic place to spend some family time in a welcoming and warm neighborhood. We spent several weeks at Bluff St and loved walking the neighborhood with our dog, hanging on the back patio for hours, walking/biking to Pearl St. Great location in nice neighborhood. Cooked several great meals in the well-appointed kitchen. Everything worked great and management very responsive to any needs (which were few). So much to do so close by - hiking biking mountain climbing, shopping. Great restaurants too in Boulder (bonus!)

Very Comfortable Stay in Boulder
Our family of five stayed at the Whittier Property recently during a family vacation and CU School Tour. The house was very comfortable and the pictures were very true to the experience. Check in was very easy and we barely communicated with the owner since everything was very easy to figure out. Kitchen is definitely a highlight with tons of space to gather and very modern appliances. We would suggest that the kitchen windows get a good cleaning to enjoy the view. The bedroom configuration upstairs was perfect for our family with a master, 2 larger bedrooms sharing a bathroom and smaller bedroom with a bathroom next door- all teenage children were very happy to have their own space. We thought some of the furniture upstairs was a bit dated (for example, dresser in master needed repair and would have been nice to have a closet available rather than an old garment rack). Still, the imperfections were small inconveniences and overall it was a very comfortable property. Location is great to east end Pearl Street which is getting more restaurants, very close to Whole Foods, and easy drive to the rest of Boulder. Parking was readily available right in front of the house each day we were there. Overall a very nice stay- thanks Mike for the use of your property.
