Comfortable, ocean view, fully functional kitchen

This condo was exactly what we wanted. Great location, beautiful view of the ocean from the deck, close walk to the beach/attractions, and a very nice pool area. The spacious bedrooms, in unit laundry, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable living space was perfect for the 6 of us. Thanks!

This was our second stay at this well-appointed condo. We enjoyed being able to walk to several close by restaurants and the deck is perfect for watching the sunrise with that first cup of morning coffee. Although several units around us were also occupied, we enjoyed a very quiet and peaceful stay.

Everything as described

This beautiful condo was the perfect spot for a family getaway! Very clean, comfortable and so nicely decorated. We felt right at home - had everything you could need. The views were just spectacular and the gorgeous sunrise each morning was a blessing from God to start the new day. Close to everything, quiet part of beach and we got to see a launch! Was an added bonus. We will be back!!

We had a great time relaxing & taking in the sights around Cocoa Beach & Cape Canaveral. We even got to witness a rocket launch! The place was as pictured & we had plenty of room for 5 adults & 1 child to have space for several days. Would definitely recommend!

Really great condo with the best views you will find.

This was our first time at this property in Cocoa Beach for the 4th of July. The condo was perfect! The layout was spacious, updated and with beds that were so comfy. The condo had everything you would ever need and more. I’ve never stayed at a condo where they had the kitchen stocked with all essentials and beyond, extra towels, bedding, and even first aid items. We were thankful for the beach chairs and umbrella as well. Fantastic and quiet location yet walkable to restaurants, liquor store and grocery store. We ate at the 4th Street Fillin Station, which is a short walk across the street, 4 times. Just loved everything and we hope to come back again!

I live in Florida but not close to a beach. My best friend from NH came for the weekend with her 6 y/o and and I have a 17y/o son so what better way to make everyone happy than a trip to the beach for the weekend. The condo was more spacious than we expected and we had all the comforts we could need. The view couldn’t be beat. The perfect Sunrise spot! I had read the reviews that mentioned the broken elevator but one would have thought it would be repaired by now. However, that is more of an issue with the Spanish Main development than it is with this particular VRBO. It was just a challenge because the other elevator is the total opposite side of the buildings and you might as well hike up the 3 flights of steps. The beds were comfy, the place was pristine, the pool was great, Beach access was right there. I would have loved to stay longer. I would definitely go back! Beautiful place!! Thank you!

Amazing views of the beach, very short walk to the beach, stocked with everything one would need for a day on the beach. Nice pool on site, quiet, AC works great. Well stocked kitchen and all amenities! Best rental we have had!

This condo was everything I had hoped it would be based on the listing. The view is outstanding, and the high chairs great for seeing over the railing. The interior is just as clean and fresh as in the pictures. The pool is a little small, but the water was wonderfully clean and refreshing after swimming in the ocean. Plenty of kitchen items if you want to cook. A short walk to several good restaurants, less than10 minutes drive to many more excellent restaurants. There is a great breakfast/lunch place right next door. Book with confidence. We hope to be back in the future.

Fantastic ocean view, warm pool, great location, clean, comfortable unit. Beach stuff a plus. Loved this property so much last year so we came back.

The unit was very updated and clean. The view from the patio was wonderful. We enjoyed watching the air show right from the patio. We had one issue with the door key. The management company sent new keys over in short order. The elevator was out of order the day of check in. It was OK for us but could be challenge for some people with health issues. That elevator does need replaced. Overall the place was very nice and we really love Cocoa Beach. It is a hidden gem.

Our family had a wonderful time during our week staying in your condo! The beach views were absolutely stunning, and the ease of getting to the beach was great! The condo was beautiful and comfortable!

This condo is directly on the beach and all the updates inside are well done. Well stocked for all your needs. Would definitely return for another vacation. Check in and checking out was different experience but all worked out. We have never had to return keys etc to the property management's office. Not great when we do not have private vehicle access. Overall a great rental!

Great location, perfect beach/ocean views for incredible sunrises! Also really enjoyed the open floor plan with large kitchen. Hot water was a traveling mystery. One day the kitchen sink would have only cold water, while bathroom sinks had water so hot it would take your skin off. The next day the kitchen sink would have very hot water, but bathroom sinks were cold. Both showers never got above lukewarm. This is a shame because this is such a clean condo with awesome views and location. I’d definitely visit it frequently throughout the year if the hot water was reliable when you wanted it!

Older building but update unit. Great view and all the comforts of home. Would not hesitate to book again. Parking sometimes is limited to the overflow area in front of the building, but still not an issue.

Beautiful condo and great ocean views. Condo has everything you need to enjoy your time. Easy walk to many good restaurants and a small market. Right on bus line too. Only drawback was having to go to rental office to pick up and drop off keys. We didn’t have a car and it was too far to walk. Recommend a lock box or number lock controlled by Wi-Fi. Otherwise nice condo

Great stay. More than 1 functioning elevator would be helpful

Amazing view and great neighborhood Highend appliances, finishes and fixtures in the unit Well maintained and well stocked unit Older complex, but spotless and well-maintained. Only disappointment was one of the elevators was out of service, but the other one was always functional.

This unit was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious with an amazing view of the beach. The access to the beach was just a short walk down the path. We enjoyed the amenities that this property had to offer. We would definitely stay again!!!

This condo was one of our best VRBO experiences. Everything still looks new. The beds were very comfortable. It was so nice to have two king beds where most rentals only have one. We had a view of the ocean from our pillow in the master. We were meeting up with friends and family and this condo provided the perfect environment with plenty of comfy seating in the living room, dining room and patio with the best view. The building is very dated but that didn’t impact us a bit other than the elevator being a little slow. There’s a full size washer and dryer in the unit (better bring detergent though) and the kitchen had nice pans in it (although it needs to spatulas). My only problem was that neither shower had “hot” water. It was barely warm. If it had been cold outside it would have not been tolerable. But the sink faucets had hot water so it seems to be a configuration on the shower valve that limits the hot water. My only other annoyance was that the property management company has poor policies on supplies. They leave one dishwasher detergent tablet and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Seems a bit ridiculous for a condo that sleeps 6 and we were there for 5 nights. At least leave one dishwasher tablet per night. No one wants to buy a full pack of detergent when they are flying home. Next time we are in cocoa we will stay here again.
