thé property is in a good location.Next to the house you can find whatever you need.Like 24h Supermarket,ATM,the subway is ~10 mins walk.Close to the center ,restaurants and bars😊It’s a quiet and nice. householder is the best I have ever met:)Was very helpful ,gave me all information and was very patient with all my 1000000 questions))

Very comfortable location in scenic Old Tbilisi, not far from shops, restaurants, metro station and a tiny park suitable for kids. The host is excellent, always in touch to help. Thank you, Zaza, I'll be glad to stay here again!

Staff very friendly! Received 2 x messages ahead of time to welcome us and ensure we arrived easily. Met on arrival with introduction to the room and location. Big spacious very comfortable room - exceeded expectations and felt like a home away from home. Clean. Romantic lights above the bed a very nice touch. They had local metro cards ready to offer us during our stay. Ability to contact them during our stay via WhatsApp was HIGHLY useful and greatly appreciated. Printed our PCR test results for us at our request due to airline requirements. Fantastic hospitality and great value, would love to stay here again next time I'm in Tbilisi. Thank you Zaza! The hotel might look deceiving from the outside but once you are inside the apartment it's a completely different story. A well maintained apartments, just like the pictures that you see on the website with all the amenities. I would recommend this to all looking for an affordable stay with family in Tbisili. Just walkable distance from the main tourists spots and for the long city trips please also make use of the application called Bolt, you will get a taxi at your door step within minutes.!!!!

It is very nice place, newly renovated and spacious with comfortable beds and good bathroom. There is also a fridge as well as kettle and mugs. It is close to different restaurants. We could also pay by card what is not so obvious in Georgia. The owner very kind and communicate in excellent English.

The airco did not really work well so it was a bit too hot in the room. The TV with only Russian programmes.
