The staff was very nice, and the restaurant was good compared to other places in the area. The hot tub was working and very nice addition with fantastic views of the castle and sea

The air condition was not really good enough for 35+ degrees heat if you like a cold room when sleeping. It took a very long time to cool down the room after entering each time.

The family room nice and spacious. Loved the swing on the balcony. Also with sea view. Very nice. Good Air conditioning.

Too many weird props, bikes on the wall and teddy bears every where creepy looking all over the hotel. 1/2 would be ok. Very dark hotel red lights everywhere. Needs better lighting.

Very close to everything : beach, shopping streets, restaurants and pubs. Nice view to the the sea on the top floors. Intresting interior of the coridors. And ofcourse the bicycle on the wall :)

Breakfast was a negative experience. Very poor. Almost everything was finised, no clean glasses for coffee. And it was about 1h before the end of time.

Helpful personnel, cleaning every 2 days, perfect location. Lovely teddy bears hanging all over the building :) Great value for price

Personnel is awful. The manager made me pay extra 200 tl for the drinks I did not order. When I tried to explain that it was a mistake he yelled at me. Check-out spoiled everything.

the only think which I disliked was too thin blankets. I mean unseasonably thin. Other than that all was very good.

Good location directly at Cleopatra Beach with a lot of options for shopping and eating in walking distance. Very unique hotel with a lot of seemingly random decoration items, including hundreds of teddy bears, life-size giraffes, old books etc. Clean rooms, good value for money. Breakfast is OK for a hotel of this size.

The dinner in the restaurant was a little disappointing. Mostly international dishes, tasteful enough but nothing special.

the hotel is just unique! never ever saw such authentic exterior as well as interior of the rooms! REALLY HELPFUL STUFF (helped with the early check in (even the hotel was full of guests), late check out, prepared lunch boxes early in the morning etc) at the reception desk, some of the speak Russian also. the location is amazing 5-10 minutes to the main sightseeings of the city.

The room was exactly like it was in the pictures, wifi was okay and i specifically liked that there was lots of options (shelves, clothing rack etc) to give all of our stuff a place. there was a small sink in both parts of the room and a big refrigerator. I really liked that the room was split into two parts, one part had a twin bed and single bed and connected to the bathroom and separately there was a space with another single bed that could be closed off, for us that meant our 2yo son could sleep in a dark and silent room while we stayed up a little later.

Though the room was nearly perfect, this hotel was really weird. The hallway that led to the room was dark with red lights, it felt like i was in a brothel. There was breakfast but most things didn't look or taste very fresh and there was barely any bread. There was only tea (for free) available, other drinks (water, coffee) you have to pay extra. I would have preferred paying a little extra beforehand and have a decent complete breakfast. Thus on the second morning we had breakfast elsewhere. Also weirdly they have a policy where they threaten that if you bring food from outside to the hotel they will fine you for it, but there is cutlery and a cooking stove in the room? Overall I would recommend this place for its location and good rooms, but everything outside of the room was just.. weird :p Oh and there were teddy bears outside of the hotel hanging on the walls and off balconies, might have been cute at some point, but now just creapy ;p

The hotel was beautifully designed The rooms were clean and spacious The breakfast was out of this world - the spread was just so vast I was not sure where to start. The staff were friendly and helpful Just a great stay overall

Breakfasts were terrible. Room was dirty especially floor. Floor was full of hair and dust. Hair was everywhere (on table, on bedding, on shelves). Lobby interior overloaded. Looks like chaos.

The decor and vibrant colors. Excellent breakfast and helpful and friendly staff! Excellent proximity to Cleopatra beach and downtown location. Balcony swing!

Wifi was subpar and barely useable at times

It’s so cute! We arrived late at night and the hotel looked gorgeous from outside. Inside it surprised us as well. There are so many things to look at! And these bears in the car, omg, so cute. And thanks for a warm welcome!

The room was nice but dirty. Next day we stayed at another hotel for the same price but it was much cleaner. So it is a reasonable remark. Oh, and!! No tea at breakfast. How come? No tea in Turkey? Is it even possible?

the staff were awful apart from one, they would laugh at you as you walked past wouldn’t help and be really short if you asked them a question did not feel safe and would never recommend staying there
