Unser modernes Strandhaus liegt im Herzen von Seaside, nur wenige Schritte von der Promenade entfernt. Treten Sie durch die Hintertür und spazieren Sie entlang des Wanderwegs in die Innenstadt von Seaside oder hinunter zum Strand, um ein Picknick oder ein Lagerfeuer zu machen. Unser wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus verfügt über eine brandneue Luxusküche, die komplett mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet ist und alles Notwendige, um köstliche Mahlzeiten mit Freunden und Familie zubereiten zu können. Der 8-Personen-Esstisch, die neue Waschmaschine und der Trockner, WLAN und luxuriöse Bettwäsche lassen unser Zuhause wie zu Hause fühlen.
Es ist ein geräumiges und gemütliches Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, in dem 8 Gäste bequem Platz finden. Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein komplettes Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett. Im Obergeschoss haben wir 2 Schlafzimmer mit Meerblick mit brandneuen Doppelbetten. Das dritte Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten mit neuen Matratzen und Bettwäsche. Das Badezimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ausreichend Strandtücher und Ablageflächen für alle Gäste.

The location of this property is perfect, however the condition of the home made the stay not so perfect. The house is not super clean. The stairs leading up to three bedrooms are super dirty with sticky handrails and walls. Carpet seemed new, but not vacuumed. Multiple light bulbs were out throughout the house. Sink and shower drains were SUPER slow which led to standing water while showering. No AC with only two window units and no additional fans available. Garage door would open but not close with door opener. The house needs some deep cleaning and care before I would stay in it again.

This rental is in an amazing location…. You couldn’t actually ask for a better spot! I don’t think the listing does this rental justice on the space. The open concept living space is QUITE spacious and there’s even a loft/landing space on the upper floor that’s not really furnished but can be used for “kid space” or a reading nook or even yoga space!
The kitchen is super stocked. I mean all pots, pans, utensils and even ziplock bags and platters. We were at the house for thanksgiving and we were really impressed with the kitchen!
The hot tub is nice and the kids LOVED it! A huge selling feature of this rental!
Now to the opportunities:
1. The upstairs bathroom is sub-par. The vent in the ceiling is hairy and disgusting. The shower Is moldy and doesn’t properly drain. My family all used the downstairs shower and that felt like a bummer.
2. The house did not feel clean. There’s some general maintenance that would go a long way but so would a deep clean (or two).
3. The beds were not very comfortable for us!
4. The “brew basket” in the coffee pot is missing so dare I say - a new coffee pot is needed.
4. The house is well stocked but we couldn’t find any trash bags. Thank goodness we brought a couple with us! This should be a stocked item.
5. The hair dryer upstairs didn’t work. We tried in multiple outlets.
6. The house was hard to keep comfortably heated and cooled! We were there during a very cold stretch but it felt like we were either freezing or sweating.

The house is an adorable beach house. It had plenty of space to relax and the bedrooms were all a good sizes too. It was one house away from the promenade, which was great! The house was very stocked with all necessary kitchen items as well. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our 2nd stay at this cottage. Great family space, comfy bedrooms, nice bathrooms. Very short walk to beach for playtime & sunsets. Close to prom & many other activities. We were bummed the hot tub & fire pit were out of commission during our stay. Communication about those issues could have been better.

We had a blast! on the beach, playing card games in LR, cocktails on the patio, hot tub relaxation, the Seaside Aquarium, DT Seaside, Haystack Rock @ Cannon Beach, Ecola State Park, dining @ various restaurants, & visiting Astoria. Clean and well stocked, this beach house was a great place to meet some friends for some R&R. The hot tub was wonderful, the kitchen well stocked, and the beds very comfortable. The stairs were very steep but there is a bed and full bath on the lower level for those that can't manage them. Would recommend!

We had a great stay. The main level had been recently remodeled and was beautiful and comfortable. Great area for gathering to eat and interact. The rooms were still a little dated but the beds were comfortable and clean. The check in process was smooth and easy. The property was walking distance to the beach. We had a lovely stay here in summer, and everything was exactly as promised. The hot tub was great, the walk to downtown wasn't short, but along the boardwalk, so it was very pleasant. Cute decor and very clean. We had a little mix-up getting checked in and didn't receive the info. We ended up waiting an hour at the front door until the neighbors gave us the host's phone number. It didn't seem like something that happened often. I wish VRBO were more proactive in contacting owners in cases like this -- the chat was unhelpful.

Lots of space, very simple place to stay and very close to beach. Only couple downsides, no drawers for clothes for longer stays and AC doesn't really cool all the bedrooms upstairs which is most of the bedrooms and keeps resetting to 80 something. No curtain for back door to block the sun from people's eyes at dinning table and livingroom.

We usually stay at the north end of Seaside but we tried the south end and it was great! Right next to a golf course, Osprey's restaurant and just up the road from the rope course. It's a little walk to the prom but not bad. The house comes with all the amenities and was great. Only negative thing I could say was that the hot tub could be cleaned better but overall, we'd be happy to come back to this location!

It was wonderful. Spacious and good for little ones except for the stairs. They had narrow treads and of course had to be blocked for the 10 month old. Easily taken care of and plenty of adults to watch one little girl. Kitchen was well supplied with nice cookware and tools. We would have enjoyed the fire pit but could not get it turned on.
